    Iced latte

Haven't been in here and there is a wait. Quick and easy with reasonable prices. I got the iced latte 2 days in a row now it's pretty good! Whole milk is the way to go. Touristy beach boutique with souvenir and clothing items for sale.

I was very happy with this little spot. The coffee was good and the souvenirs are very cool. I got my friend a cute shot glass that I did not see at other stores. The staff is also very nice!

Ice cream and icey. That's all I need to say. Right on the beach . Easy walk up. You can sit all around it. Watch out for the birds. Lol

    Philly cheesesteak & fries

I decided to do an updated review of this place after trying their Philly cheesesteak and cheese pizza. (Previously, I always had the Barefoot Beach House's Cheeseburger in Paradise.) The cheesesteak and pizza both exceeded my expectations, and I would order them again (see photos below). Note that while the front (street side) of the Beach House (which sells coffee and ice cream) stays open late, the restaurant counter in the back (beach side) closes at around 3:00 pm. So far, everything I've tried at this place is great, and the Barefoot Beach House is the cheapest place for lunch (beverage prices excepted) that is right on Clearwater Beach.

Cute little shop that offers coffee, icecream, and souvenirs! The staff was SUPER friendly and the location was fantastic being right on the beach!

This ice cream place was pretty good and the owner was nice. It's on the center of Clearwater beach and a few steps away from the actual beach which is pretty cool especially after being in the hot sun and water! When you're lazy and don't want to walk too far for a good ice cream this is the place lol.

    Beach chair rentals

Had the pleasure of meeting Drew and Mike while staying at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for our honeymoon. They gave us amazing recommendations and made sure that our time at CWB was nothing less than spectacular. We will definitely be back! If you're looking for a great vibe and amazing beach chairs and cabana rentals, look no further.

Surprisingly good mochas, and a great view of the beach off the back deck. I'd give this 4 stars if not for one thing: The terrible music played all over the deck. The view of the beach is pretty fantastic, and really peaceful, until Avril Lavigne and Nickelback ruin it with their terrible, terrible, awful music. They even leave the bad music going after they close! It proceeds on like an emo zombie. Turn off the music. Save Clearwater. Save America.

Well we did not walk with barefoot from the beach but we still enjoyed the cappuccino and chai latte very much. After spending couple hours at the Clearwater beach it felt like life needed a coffee and yelp pointed us to barefoot beach house which was like half mile away from where we were in beach (yes Starbucks was only .2 miles away). Pretty cool not-exactly-coffee place, lots of souvenirs, cold beverages, cigar lighters in the shape of a women in bikini, saltwater candy, hats and what not. We were 4 of them and ordered 4 beverages but had to repeat the order 4 different times since they were not able to remember what we ordered LOL. anyways enjoyed our coffee and a great fun time at the beach.

Salted Carmel Banana Foster in a waffle cone. Single scoop

Salted Banana Carmel Foster is amazing. Upgraded to a waffle cone. Cost around $6.00, worth every penny. The associates were super friendly and attentive offering all the samples you wanted. Cute little souvenirs also. Quality and service way better than Ice and Cream down the street. Open late which I loved!

Best ice cream we had on the beach our entire week here. Unfortunate that the workers were very very rude though.

The staff is always super kind and friendly, there is so much ice cream to choose from, and their grilled hotdogs on grilled buns are so good. They come with a bag of chips and are the perfect pre or post-beach snack. Lately, we've been adding a canned sangria to the mix. The back patio with the beach breeze is my favorite. This is old-school beach joy.

They have "the only shell shop in Indian Rocks Beach", with all sorts of trinkets and souvenirs. We had ice cream cones, one with luscious toasty toasted coconut, and a vanilla with big sweet cherry pieces. The real headline here? Kooky Coconut makes a great Cuban Sandwich. We come here pretty often. We love their "Tampa" version: Roast pork is marinated in a traditional mojo sauce mainly of orange, lemon, lime, plenty of garlic, some mint and oregano. It's tender, a little sweet, and very flavorful. It's sliced thin and layered with ham, Genoa salami, and Swiss cheese. And the sandwich is pressed and crispy-toasted in fresh handmade Cuban bread. Very rich! They brag, and we agree. This was again delicious, and it's our go-to, and in part that's because their smaller 4.5-inch Cuban is only $7.25! You can get up to a 12-inch for $16. (Jan 2026). They have a variety of Cuban-sandwich spinoffs including an Island version with mojo-marinated meats and pesto sauce, a Chicken one and a Chicken & Pesto, and even a Reuben Cuban with corned-beef, sauerkraut, Swiss-cheese, & reuben-sauce! They make burgers, veggie-burgers, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, veggie versions of those, chips, guacamole, hot-dogs, and even crab-cakes! They have shakes and malt-flavored malteds, floats and smoothies, soft-drinks, beer & wine, hot-chocolate, espresso, coffee, decaf, affogato ice cream with espresso, almond-milk, coconut-milk, and good rich ice cream, sherbet, and sundaes, too, in around 20 flavors. When we went this time (Jan 2026), we ate at their umbrellaed tables where we could see the sunset sky. There's outdoor seating for around 45, indoor seating for maybe 8 more, and parking for about 8 cars for their customers. They don't have any extra parking for a walk on the beach, even if you bought something, so please don't do that to them. Don't worry. There is beach parking nearby, and there's a $5-per-day trolly between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach that stops half-a-block away. Look for the bright sun symbol on a round blue sign. You could eat here under $12, every day for a month, and never get the same thing twice! And they have really nice staff making and serving all this delicious fare. We always make time for Kooky Coconut :-)
