Banana split

Andy's Custard in Clearwater is great. You drive through or walk up to the window. There are tables you can eat at. I won a giveaway from Andy's on Instagram and with it also came two coupons for any treats. I picked two banana splits. One had cheesecake bites instead of nuts and the other is as listed on the menu with strawberries and nuts. I also added pineapple to mine. They are tiny but still good. Both of these were pretty tasty and it was a perfect cool snack.

I had driven past this spot several times and it had always caught my attention because of the retro vibes, and I finally decided to stop by! The custard was soooo good (I got the nutty waffle crunch without nuts, I changed it to Reece's instead and loved it). It was very sweet, but good for a little sweet treat. The service was amazing, the guy who took my order gave me his suggestions and recommendations, and it being my first time there, I loved my experience!

Built my own. Medium vanilla custard topped with Graham cracker and cheesecake

Definitely a sleeper hit- Under the radar and deserves more credit! It was my first time out but it's been a long time coming... I live right down the road and don't often make it out of the house after dinner and craving dessert. Today we did a Costco run and had dinner at the food court so on the way home I knew this was my chance to finally try it! There were a decent amount of people on line but that was ok because it gave me enough time to decide what I wanted. Their menu has a TON of options and I wasn't feeling anything too heavy like a sundae. When I got to the window, I ordered a medium vanilla custard and added Graham cracker and cheesecake. There was a sign that had that + strawberries but again that seemed like a bit much. My order came out quick, not even hitting 5 minutes. I was so excited and the consistency of the custarr looked promising... for me, I hate going somewhere that claims to do frozen custard but it's 0% creamy and tastes exactly like ice cream... Andy's knows how to make a proper frozen custard, similar to what I'm used to getting at the jersey shore. It was creamy and the toppings I chose were not overpowering, complimented it so well. Make sure to eat it fast cus it does melt quick. Fantastic first trip, I'll definitely be back ~ will be a struggle for me not to repeat my same order!

Excellent frozen custard at the Clearwater outlet of this franchise. Located on busy Gulf-to-Bay Blvd, it's easy in and out. There's a drive thru and walk-up service. The menu is varied, from plain cones and cups to sundaes to concretes. I have simple taste when it comes to ice cream so it was a hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream for me. The custard is super cold, dense and creamy. Just enough hot fudge that there is some for every bite. Service is quick and friendly. The store is bright and clean, with a few outside benches. It's pricey (sundaes start at $5.69) but the ice cream is good!

Love the concept but a bit pricey and the ice cream was already melting. I ordered an Andy's BYO Concrete. It's vanilla custard and you pick your toppings. I picked brownie pieces and strawberries. Everything was blended almost too much. When it was handed to me, it was already melting unfortunately.

Love this place! They have real hot fudge for their sundaes. Yum yum. Fast and easy to order.

OMG! This place is great! It's located on the north side of Gulf to Bay just west of the intersection with Belcher. They don't officially open until February 17 but the lights were on so we had to stop in. I would recommend parking and walking up because the menu is huge. On our first visit, we ordered the Ozark Turtle Sundae and the Butter Pecan Concrete. They make their custard fresh and you can taste the difference...really! The best part of these desserts was the roasted pecans. We got the smallest sizes and still the portions were big. Go try them out!

Decent frozen custard, but nothing out of this world. I ordered the chocolate with strawberries and brownies mixed in. I wish the chunks were a bit larger. Instead the mix ins are overly blended into specks. The custard itself was very smooth. The menu is very extensive so I would like to try other items to see if what I ordered the first time was just a miss. Also, a bit on the expensive size. Paid $9

I'm no expert on frozen custard or ice cream for that matter, but I can say that Andy's is better than any McDonald's chick fila ice cream I've ever had. I think the best way to describe this place is one or two notches above cold stone creamery. They've got so many different combinations so there's just about something for everyone at Andy's.

Decent custard. Outdoor benches only if you want to stay there, wish they had some type of picnic style tables. If it is chilly they do have a heater. A little pricier than we expected. You can add extra toppings and mix ins for extra $. Wouldn't crave it but willing to give it another try.

Today I ordered a 20 oz smoothie and 3 other 20 oz smoothies as well I said I did not want a free upgrade. I get my receipt and see I was charged for a 32 oz... I go to tell them I just want a 20oz. Guy looks at me like I'm the idiot and exclaims that it is free upgrade. No it's not 1 (charged on receipt) and 2 I only want 20 oz. Any more is too much sugar and will make me feel sick. After he hands me my now free upgrade to the XL smoothie he says he can refund me a dollar which is the difference. SMH. It in fact was like $2 but not worth the time to wait when they will probably mess that up too. When did it become this hard to take a prefer for a smoothie and make the right size and kind... I see them adding extra juice or water all the time too. They don't follow the rules well here and the quality of the smoothies on a regular basis are way off. Real bummer for people who love smoothie king.
