One of my favorite spots. I come here a lot to get the watermelon x-treme-is a refreshing, clean-ingredient summer option that features a blend of watermelon juice, strawberries, coconut water, dairy whey blend (sub vegan protein), and turbinado. or the pure recharge mango strawberry- Ingredients: Strawberries, Mangoes, Apple Pineapple Juice Blend, Pure Recharge® Enhancer, Electrolyte Blend. My most recent favorite is the acai coco haze bowl Ingredients: Açai base, Purely Elizabeth® Granola, Diced Strawberries, Bananas, Sweetened Cacao Nibs, Chocolate Hazelnut Drizzle without coco nibs sub blueberries. I was a little disappointed today that they didn't have the hazelnut spread, but I was recommended the peanut butter, and it's actually good. They're working on the formula of the hazelnut spread due to it being hard to squeeze out. read more

Smoothie's are delicious when they get it right, which at this location seems to be rarely. I bet the food waste cost here is insane. Today I ordered a 20 oz smoothie and 3 other 20 oz smoothies as well I said I did not want a free upgrade. I get my receipt and see I was charged for a 32 oz... I go to tell them I just want a 20oz. Guy looks at me like I'm the idiot and exclaims that it is free upgrade. No it's not 1 (charged on receipt) and 2 I only want 20 oz. Any more is too much sugar and will make me feel sick. After he hands me my now free upgrade to the XL smoothie he says he can refund me a dollar which is the difference. SMH. It in fact was like $2 but not worth the time to wait when they will probably mess that up too. When did it become this hard to take a prefer for a smoothie and make the right size and kind... I see them adding extra juice or water all the time too. They don't follow the rules well here and the quality of the smoothies on a regular basis are way off. Real bummer for people who love smoothie king. read more

Always tasty, they usually recommend something to add to give you something different. They have smoothies to stay slim, after work out and some that are just tasty. They have a fridge section of cold drinks and energy drinks and a wall that you can purchase protein bars, protein powder and more. read more

Stopped in as I had a BOGO coupon for the Healthy Rewards app expiring today, and enjoyed the clean space as well as a delicious pineapple pure recharge smoothie. My boyfriend got a peanut butter flavored smoothie that he really enjoyed as well, but as someone who doesn't frequent Smoothie King locations as much as I do, he found the menu pretty confusing. I tried to walk him through it, but it would've been nice to have one of the employees assist here. Instead they seemed busy cleaning areas and organizing, even though we came about 3 hours before closing. Inside was well orderly & organized, so you can tell the employees have that covered well. Customer engagement could just be a bit better at this location though. read more

Smoothie King is the OG smoothie pioneer with its beginnings in 1973. I am proud to say that my very first smoothie came from Smoothie King in the early 2000s! I stopped by the Smoothie King location in Clearwater and sampled six different flavors of smoothies: - Stretch & Flex Cherry - Strawberry-Blueberry Greek Yogurt - Lemon Ginger Spinach - Peanut Powder Plus Chocolate - Caribbean Way - Slim-n-Trim Veggie I enjoyed each one, but I love everything Cherry, so my favorite was the Stretch & Flex Cherry. I love Smoothie King's smoothies because they are clean blended. All smoothies consist of organic veggies, whole fruits and: - No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. - No syrups, trans fats, or hydrogenated oils - No gluten or soy There is an endless list of possible smoothies to order! Smoothie King also has a Healthy Rewards App so you can peruse the menu, order ahead, and earn points towards FREE stuff! Special thanks to Ravi, Amanda, Trisha, Jett, and the Smoothie King staff for your generosity and your hospitality. read more

Employee who made my smoothie acted like she could care less and the smoothie tasted like it was bad enough to gag a maggot.

Ordered some smoothies & it got a little confused in the process. The manager/owner immediately made it right , no questions asked. Excellent customer service is rare to find and what you want in a business. Highly recommend this location for their quality, cleanliness & positivity !! read more

This place sells pre workout powder C4 for working out. On two separate occasions now, we have purchased this product and it is outdated, not kept in correct temperature or expired. Look at the pics. This stuff is so hard, I had to use a knife to break it up. Its going back on Monday as it's Saturday and they just closed. This product is supposed to be a very fine powder. You guys make great smoothies, but if you cannot sell this powder fresh and not expired STOP SELLING IT! See you Monday for return! read more

Super quick service. easy to order online & it's ready so you can breeze in & out. We got the pitaya bowl &. It was delish

Are all smoothies created equally? Of course not! On the posative side Smoothie King: Has a large & varried variety of smoothies Uses fresh ingredients Usually clean stores Extras you can add to your Smoothies Fresh ingredients Made right in front of you Ok now the negatives: Excessive staff Slow service Not always consistent Overpriced If you must have a smoothie fix, they will do the trick. If you have the time to go to an independent shop, cost will be much lower What's a girl to do? Sometimes you just need a smoothie fix....now. read more

I just went for the first time today and got a smoothie, I paid almost 12$ for it, however I didn't like it. The two employees said they would make me a new one for free, so I picked a different one and it's really delicious! They said it was no problem and wanted me to be happy with what I got. It was so nice! I'll definitely return! They were so nice and kind, it's refreshing to see young adults that nice. I got the banana boat with added strawberries, I highly recommend that one! Thanks again! read more

I went way out of my way to come here for a smoothie and I'm glad I did! This location had a lot of employees working alongside the manager. There were a few orders before me but I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes. I love seeing the manager working and engaged with the employees! I will definitely not hesitate to make a special trip for smoothies! read more

If you are looking for a healthy snack or meal on the go that is both cooling and refreshing, this is your spot. The average cost is about $6 each. Personally I feel that the menu is overwhelming with too many choices. I just wanted a fruit and yogurt smoothie but everything has this special sugar product or protein powder. Maybe Smoothie King is for serious weightlifters? I don't know. I will leave that up to you. read more

This Smoothie King is SO DIFFICULT ! Every time I make the trip to go into this establishment when I am in Clearwater , it's always an issue . Today I attempted to order a Almond Mocha smoothie and realized AFTER I ordered it that it has non-fat milk in it. After I spoke to the employee and asked if I could get almond milk as a substitute , she said yes . Then a few minutes later she told me she was sorry she already put the nonfat milk in there . I told the young lady that I was allergic to milk and she said the whey protein has milk in it . When I asked for it to be remade , there appeared to be an issue with doing so. Nonetheless , I ended up donating my lunch to somebody else . I would not recommend wasting my time at this smoothie king . read more

Went here after work with me and 3 coworkers. Had our smoothies and sat and chatted for a bit while we finished them. After all of us got back home we all were sick as dogs. Threw up all of our smoothies. Idk what they are using for their drinks but it's definitely not fresh. read more

Came in to this location for the first time at a very busy time. There had to be at least 15+ people waiting for their smoothies. The gentlemen behind the counter were working efficiently and together as a team. It was awesome to see teamwork and communication come together to get the line down. The other location in Largo on Seminole do not have this connection with each other, and are usually rather rude. 5 stars to this location & staff. read more

I know several things. The Mangofest Smoothie is my fave. The pricing on a Power Crunch energy bar is ridiculous! I buy these as I eat one before every running race or Triathlon I do! I can buy them at Publix 3 for $4. I've also bought them by the box for a lower price. There's an Earth Origins store in Palm Harbor that crushes the Smoothie King price gouging on this item...$2.95 a bar! Rip Off. The owner wasn't there but I will run into him and challenge him on that pricing! The Mangofest still rocks! ;-) read more

This is the only Smoothie King I've been to, so the first time I visited I didn't have any set expectations. I was majorly pregnant at the time and just craving any combination of fruit. That being said, I was definitely in the right place. I've kept coming back ever since. The store, size wise, is nothing more and nothing less than it should be. The west wall is covered with a variety of healthful snacks and dietary supplements, while the north fall features the menu and the east wall is where the magic happens. My favorite part of Smoothie King is their menu. They actually show you how many calories are in each smoothie, for all three sizes of it. I didn't really care about back in my preggo days, but as a calorie counter now it definitely makes it easy to make a more educated decision. The service here is relatively quick. A handmade, freshly blended smoothie from this place is worth waiting for, though. My go-to is always the Immune Builder, which is a tasty concoction of strawberries & bananas, with some extra nutrients thrown in for good measure. Smoothie King, in my opinion, is certainly the king of smoothies! read more

I have worked next door to this Smoothie King location for over 2 years, and I must say, the ownership and staff are absolutely exceptional. I'm not even quite sure that "exceptional" does justice to their customer service, relations, and etiquette. Upon finding out about my departure from my workplace next door, they were kind enough to give me a gift consisting of my favorite snacks as a farewell and gesture appreciation of my business. Thank you, Smoothie King team! I will certainly be back to visit! read more

I really wanted to hate this place as I used to work at Planet Smoothie waaaaay back in the day. But I can't help it. The ladies here are very friendly (once they warm up to you) and the smoothies are exactly what I need. I was going to Tropical Smoothie until I found out that it was not as healthy as I thought it was. Most people I think go get smoothies for the health factor, which is why I go there. Smoothie King is awesome about telling you exactly what is in each smoothie and helping you determine what it is that you're looking for. For example, I am trying to avoid carbs. So I drink the Gladiator with peanut butter and strawberries. Perfect for my type diet. And I think the smoothies taste great. Very pleased with this location as well. And I also like their reward app system. Very user-friendly and you can quickly get free stuff with it. read more

I've run through here twice in the last week. I had a solid, quality smoothie with each visit. The staff seems hit or miss, with round one staff being friendly and helpful and round two staff being a bit dick. But, being fair, if I was 19, opening a store early on a Sunday morning while hungover and surrounded by only healthy items, I'd be a bit of a shit, too. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The children there should not be employed by anyone until they grow up and learn how to treat people. They are immature children who clearly think they are better then everyone else and that their time at their job is more important worrying about themselves then it is to worry about their customers. Clearly these children don't understand economics and where their paycheck come from. I will NEVER go back to this facility based on my experience. read more

The establishment was fine. The staff was nice and friendly. My issue was 100% with the smoothie. I guess I may have become spoiled with Whole Foods smoothies but if I order a kale smoothie and it is NOT green, you did NOT put enough kale in it. My smoothie was pink! I prefer a place where I watch them place cups filled with fresh fruit and handfuls veggies than here...... read more

2 people working, only 2 orders to make and I've been here 10 minutes already. This is ridiculous. Customer service please.

It's Saturday morning so it was pretty busy inside. But there was only one boy by himself making the drinks, so the wait was pretty long. There are chairs and couches for your wait but i do think there should be more than one employee on duty, especially on a saturday morning! All in all though, smoothie king is amazing! Great prices, great quality! read more

This place was really busy and the guys were struggling a little but they were doing very well for the volume vs customers. They kept their cool and were very polite.
