Lakeview farm store is a gem! The produce is organic, very fresh and a great selection of both common and rare products. I would never have to shop elsewhere for healthy Whole Foods if I lived in Florida. They carry the freshest and healthiest meats, cheeses and much more. I came looking for duck eggs that are fed organic, no corn or soy feed and actually found it here. I've been meaning to stop by this store and finally made it there today. Very extensive selection of meats and things you won't see anywhere else. I purchased the most beautiful parsley, came home to process it and read the product origin was "San Juan Bautista" close to where I lived in CA. Great quality and wide variety of produce, both organic (in the refrigerated section to the right) and not (in the refrigerated section straight ahead). Several kinds of expertly homemade style breads that smell & look heavenly (on the checkout counter in the back right corner). They carry raw dairy (for your pets), which is such an amazing treat. I'm a licensed practitioner of Chinese medicine, and know from my graduate professional degree coursework as well as 14 years in private practice in NYC that raw milk doesn't produce phlegm, so very healthful, in addition to how delicious it is. In some states it's legal to buy it for people; in Florida, it's only legal to sell it for animals to consume. How whack is that??! (My dog thinks he's died and gone to heaven when I give him some raw dairy with his meal!). I remember spending Summers in Canada on my Dad's brother's and cousins' farms where they'd squirt raw milk directly from the teat of the cow into our mouths as kids. It tasted like warm ice cream‼ Ah! Raw milk! Too bad Florida doesn't allow it to be sold in stores for human consumption, but that's the upside down kinds of laws we have in this state. Sigh. My husband & I drive here once a week to stock our fridge. If you're a foodie, you'll love this place. The owner & staff are so nice and helpful, which just makes it that much nicer. Great variety of exotic fruits that are rare to find anywhere else in town such as: Soursop, Black Sapote, Mamey, Cacao (the actual fruit), sapodilla, dragon fruit, passion fruit, etc. They also sell sea moss gel and sea moss drink as well as kits to make them. Everything is sourced from local farmers. Add great customer service and you'll have a very enjoyable experience at this local farmers stand produce store. This amazing family operated produce stand is a treasure: raw dairy - cow and goat, includes delicious feta cheese, eggs directly from the farm and not irradiated, eggs from pasture raised hens never fed corn/soy/GMO, cheapest raw local honey I have been able to find, frozen grass fed beef, organs and a variety of organic and conventional fruits and vegetables. This all comes with wonderful service and an impeccable display. You pay less if paying in cash. Absolutely recommend checking it out. read more

I finally got to this produce store and was pleased with their selections of both organic and non-organic produce. I got some heirloom tomatoes, roma tomatoes and tomatillos for salsa and gazpacho. A delica squash jumped into my bag for a new recipe I want to try. Mateo was very helpful. I wanted just a few carrots so he brought a whole giant bag from the cooler for me to pick out big ones. I left with over $20 of fresh produce including cilantro and will be going back soon. read more

For over four years I have been trying to find this type of market. I love the produce and the micro greens are so fresh. The variety of items here is very remarkable. From Irish Moss to watermelons to fresh juice squeezed in front of you - if it is growing locally, the owners will source it. They carry Dancing Goat raw goat milk and products which is the best in Florida. I travel for work so always picking up new products from around the state and sometimes have to pick up raw milk on the road. Most goat milk is too goaty and smelly. This brand is always the best and mild tasting. I don't like their brand of cow milk, too earthy tasting and after research, found out it is a factory farm hours away selling raw milk and eating who knows what? I don't trust it. Lots of parking and easy access to the store. Owners are very congenial and helpful. read more

This is my go-to grocery store. I come here more than any other store in Clearwater. My guidelines for stores I frequent are this: great product, great atmosphere, great people behind the counter. Not only is the produce incredibly fresh, high quality and well-priced (better than Whole Foods, Sprouts, Publix, Walmart), the family who owns and operates Lakeview Organic Produce is kind, knowledgable and wants to exceed your expectations. They just re-painted their store and have baskets to make shopping easy, great signage & display and great offerings. I guess I'm the odd man out here - but what the heck did they do here to get 5 stars? I went once - and never again. The one time I visited here recently, I came for romaine lettuce, strawberries, bananas and tomatoes. None of it was fresh. The bananas were mostly browning, tomatoes were soft, strawberries appeared old. I took a risk on the romaine and got it anyway. Bad idea. When I got it home and took it out of the (non-transparent) bag, it was all brown and rotting in the back. Blech. Not to mention while I was there trying to shop for my produce there were flies all over the place - buzzing around everywhere. Nastiness. I was tempted to take the lettuce back for a refund but decided it wasn't worth my time for $2-3. Ultimately I will not be going back. On a side note I did like the indoor location they had in Dunedin on main st, but apparently that one is closed now - so that's that for me. read more

Shopped here weekly since I found this market. Great organic and local produce. Everything is fresh, lasts longer than any other market I've shopped, and I have used farmers markets in the area for several years. This is the best by far! Much less than grocery, discount, or even bulk stores. If you are trying to eat fresh and healthy, you must try this spot. And I hate saying that, would like to keep them as my specialty place!
