Took my pup to Petco for a bath and had lunch here while I waited. What a great little find. The decor is clean and fresh. The staff is very welcoming. Got the impression he may be the owner. I ate in and he was very attentive and accommodating. A large healthy menu from smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, salads and regular bowls. Mine had quinoa but you can opt for rice. All the toppings were so fresh and tasty! The chicken was perfect. I loved the cilantro lime sauce. The portion was big enough that I had to take half of it home with me!!! Rarely do I leave reviews. But this place deserves every single star available. First, the menu is amazing. My medi wrap was SO FRESH! Second , my freshly squeezed celery juice was equally as amazing ! Third, prices are reasonable and fourth, the owners are genuinely nice. I'm glad I popped in by chance on a drive from St Pete to Trinity and let me just say, if they had a location in Wesley Chapel I'd be here DAILY ! read more

Our first time visiting- we ordered the prime rib sandwich, an avocado chicken wrap and the beet salad! Everything was beyond fresh & super tasty! The owner was great about making suggestions! Love that they don't use seed oils! Even the tortilla chips were made fresh. We will definitely be back! What a great addition to the area! The prime rib sandwich was great, tender beef, lightly pickled cabbage, and soft freshly made bread! It's one of the few places my whole family eats happily, between picky kids and a gluten allergy, it's a great choice! Just tried the newly opened restaurant called Ginger and Lime. If you havent been yet, I encourage you to go! It was delicious, and I already have my next meal planned! The owners are super friendly and accommodating, it's spotless, and has convenient parking (Curlew/US19, Next to Publix), and I felt the prices were reasonable because of the quality and taste. The Menu is clearly marked for Gluten Free, but even the items not marked can be made with a GF wrap. I chose the Chicken Avocado Sandwich with a GF wrap, and Cole slaw. I dont usually get Cole slaw but wasnt in the mood for chips. I gotta tell ya, IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD! There was another person eating and when she paid, she told the owner how good the Cole slaw was and I couldnt help chiming in too! It is not too sweet or watery, it was cold and fresh! I've been craving it ever since...not usually how I react to Cole slaw! HAHA The chicken was tender and moist and the wrap as a whole was really good, fresh and well made. I also had a side of Chipotle Aioli, which the owner said they made their own mayo, which made it even more enjoyable! While I was there a few people came and went and ordered smoothies and were pleased with their order. I was too full to try one but will go back again. My only true wish was that it was closer to were I live and not off the dreaded US19. Went in here because I read they have good sandwiches..... and it's true. I got the prime rib sandwich, and although I was hoping for more of a cheesesteak, my sandwich was delicious. Fresh crispy veggies, great bread and good flavors. I was going to eat just half..... but that didn't happen....and my need for a greasy cheesesteak was replaced by a delightful healthy meal. Try the pickled cabbage!!! All their food looks healthy and they don't use seed oils.... which is something I've been working on eliminating from my diet. Hard to find a place that doesn't. Highly recommend trying this place. read more

My first time here. Service seemed like it had that extra special touch with the owner taking orders and smiling all the time and the food was very fast. They don't have table service but today the attention to what we needed even after we were seated was almost better than wait staff. Food was very fresh. We had the artichoke bowl and the Eva bowl and both were super tasty and had a variety of ingredients and tasted in them. Not just another "bowl" place. A lot of stuff they make right there in house and the artichokes were hot and according to the owner and marinated in house. The eggplant, pickled onions, and other items had nice flavor. The decor and ambiance was pretty plain and lacking so it's not a place to go for fine dining, a good view or an upscale brunch... BUT our experience on food beat out almost every other restaurant in terms of taste, variety and it feeling fresh and honestly it was better service than most restaurants I go to with wait staff. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My job orders lunch from this shop, the steak sandwiches and acai bowls are our favorite. Everything is fresh and perfect even after traveling to our office. Staff is nice, friendly and accommodating. Ambiance is nice. Restaurant is clean, very new and updated, but kind of small. The food is healthy and fresh, and definitely not processed. I got a chicken sandwich and my chicken was very dry, but the hummus inside the sandwich along with the veggies made it delicious. I liked the cabbage coleslaw but it was on the sweet side and needed a bit more vinegar. My husband had prime rib sandwich. He liked the sandwich. The meat was tender, a little fatty, but seasoned great. The chips however, were unflavored corn chips that were tasteless. My husband stated, this would have been a fantastic sandwich had it had a side of fries or a good home made potato salad. Fries or pita salad are not offered. You get a choice of cabbage coleslaw or chips. This is a great healthy restaurant. It was a good dining experience. This restaurant will be a fantastic place to visit in about 7 months once all the kinks are worked out. read more

My first visit to Ginger & Lime Cafe. I had a good vibe as soon as I walked in. The first thing I noticed was how clean it is. The gentleman behind the counter, whom I believe to be the owner, was polite, friendly and upbeat. I ordered the Eve's Garden Bowl with quinoa, and it was a very good portion as well as very delicious. I was really quite impressed. I'm a big eater and I almost had to ask for a to go box, but I ended up eating the whole thing. Oh, and it was gluten free and vegan - just an fyi for those who appreciate that. If you want fresh, healthy food at reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere, then you should visit Ginger & Lime for lunch or dinner. read more

Great tasting fresh clean food. My favorite thing is the fresh home made bread. It makes such a difference when eating meals with minimal ingredients. I eat the medi chicken sandwich every time but sometimes swap out some things on it. It's great to find a place that the owner is proud of his food and menu. Service is always above and beyond. Since his birthday happened to fall on Thanksgiving this year, I needed to locate a bakery that could conduct a sale within a day or two of the huge holiday. Sweet Caroline's staff picked up the phone, took my order for two cupcakes, processed the $9.00 payment, and ensured my cupcake order would be ready for pick up the day before Thanksgiving. A nearby family member picked up the order (and reported the bakery to be packed), and dutifully stored the German Chocolate cupcakes in the fridge until it was time for the birthday celebration. I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but these cupcakes were absolutely divine! The chocolate was rich and the cake itself was so fresh. Pops loved the surprise. We had big hopes for this place, but it quickly fizzled. The food was bland at best, with the chicken being the biggest dud. It tasted like someone boiled chicken and threw it on a plate. What's more, my wife's salad was also lackluster, using canned ingredients. For those prices, customers deserve better. read more

If you're vegan and you haven't been here there is something wrong. Cancel your next meal plans and come here instead. As a meat eater, I also loved this place. They had a special for the sunny side up burger (all vegan) and it actually tasted like a burger with cheese and a runny egg. Look at the picture, that looks like an egg! I have no idea how they did that. It even tasted like an egg. The cheese tasted like cheese, which again was super shocking. I've had bad vegan cheese before so I know how special this is. They are known for their seitan. Some of our table got seitan and said it's amazing. Apparently on paper seitan looks easy to make but then you try to make it and it tastes like a$$ (quoting my vegan friend here.) The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it seems to have enough tables for the amount of people coming and going. Our server was super nice and the owner came to chat with our table. You won't find nicer people than the ones who are here. I would highly recommend checking this place out!
