It is a bit on the pricey side, but the portions are huge so you definitely get your moneys worth. The service is always friendly when I visit, and the food comes out pretty quickly. First time here and it came highly recommended by friends. Plenty of parking in their lot. When you walk in, you mobile order on a tablet. After ordering on the screen, you find a table. Staff will deliver your food to your table and then when you're done, you take your tray to the trash. They have tons of options and a wide variety of meals and meats. It made it hard to pick! I ended up picking the Birria Taco Salad bowl. It comes in a fried tortilla shell bowl. I picked birria meat. Inside is Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, avocado salsa, cotija cheese, and cilantro. Very food! So much flavor! I felt like mine could have used a bit more of the avocado salsa but I'm a sauce girly. Meat was so good!! We also ordered churros to share! Fantastic! Wow. We know this is a chain but the food is so good. I ordered the steak Quesabirria. The consume was so flavorful and delicious. We used the app and the food is made to order -obviously - so it took about 25 minutes. I would advise allowing time for them to make your meal. This isn't fast food. There was murals on the walls and tvs with displays of their food. The food.. it was okay. Birria Tacos: 3/5 3 tacos for 14 dollars. Expensive tacos for food that wasn't quite seasoned enough. Birria California Burrito with chips: 2.5/5 14 dollars. The burrito was large and parts the meat was flavorful but I didn't like the way it was wrapped. The burrito was way too big for me to get everything in one bite, but the only reason that was an issue was because everything separated. The rice was on the left side, the meet in the middle, very little fries and the beans on the other side. Because the ingredients weren't mixed together it wasn't a cohesive burrito. I felt like I was eating everything separately. It needed more seasoning. It was also too sweet for some reason as well. It's a cute place, but it isn't authentic Hispanic food. Food was super bland. The meat tasted somewhat old... I got birria with the crunchwrap but it didn't come with any birria sauce so it was incredibly dry. The staff was really nice though and gave me free birria and queso which I suppose made it kind of edible... that is why I am putting 3 stars. Kiosk ordering was a disaster! Actually had to place my order twice because it told me my card was declined. Card was declined 2nd time as well, so I had to order at the front with a "human" and used a different card. Went outside to call my bank while I waited for our food, and bank said available balance wasn't the issue, but the transactions were flagged as "fraud" and so they declined. Interesting! I should have just left at that point, because the total for 3 people in our party was $99 something! Drinks selection was disappointing as well. Don't expect regular sodas or tea on ice. Only bottled drinks or pricey specialty drinks. Oh, and for the dip "trio" appetizer $21.99. WHAT??? Our food was tasty, but I'll stick with my favorite place with the $6.99 dip "trio" and tacos and burritos that I enjoy just fine. I will never be ordering from here again my DoorDash fucked up my first order and gave me the wrong fucking order. Second time I order it, I order the same thing, Birria, grilled cheese and soup with chips and guac. No soup at all. I am pregnant, starving, and highly disappointed. I'm not sure how hard it is to run a restaurant, but it's apparently very hard to give things as advertised. Guacamole is the nastiest guacamole I've ever had to. BUT the horchata was way too thick and a medium size - it should be thin like water and it was like a smoothie! $5.99 and a waste of money. Who doesn't love tacos? I know I do! I was very excited to try a new (to me) taco joint. Unfortunately, I walked away rather disappointed. First of all, they prices were rather high for a few tacos. Normally, I'm okay spending more if I get a quality product in return. What I received was far from quality. Talking tacos has always been one of my faves and go to for a good lunch spot this visit I chose to go with Quesabirria along with the bang bang shrimp tacos the food is also amazing and the service is always welcoming and helpful. Pros: - Cute restaurant, the murals were cool. - The food we got was good- rice was flavorful, birria chicken tacos were good (though definitely not birria), burrito was good, etc. - The music was awesome (all genres of Latin music) Cons: - You walk in and it's Tijuana Flats with neon decor - The kiosk is self serve, no person to order with... which is fine I guess but I prefer to have the choice. This is clearly a way to not have to pay a cashier. - There are no diet drink offerings with the exception of water - It's expensive. It's really expensive for what they are serving. - you don't get your drink until you get your food because THAT part isn't self serve... so while you wait 30 mins for your food to come out, you are not waiting with a drink. I won't likely be going back. It's obvious they run light on staffing to keep costs down which makes everything slow and then to sit there with no drink or appetizer, even though you ordered an appetizer... it's a mess. read more

Everyone is trying to keep up with technology, but this place seems to have forgotten about the customer. The biggest issue with their business model is the complete lack of interaction. When you walk in, you have to use the kiosk to place an order. Even if you want to place a simple to-go order and the website isn't working, the staff has no way to help you or take an order over the phone. You're forced to go through an online robot--ridiculous. On top of that, when checking out online, it automatically adds a 12% tip. Tipping is optional, not an entitlement. I saw the awesome social media posts about this place and had to try it out. Great job on the social media! Walked in and ordered at the kiosk. You order at a screen and its a little weird but i like that you can see a picture of everything you're ordering. Whike ordering a girl came up to us and gave us a number to put on our table and told us to put the table number on the end of the order. I ordered the steak bowl and the wife ordered birria nachos. We ordered a corn cup (elote) to share. The place is decorated nicely with glowing paint with blacklights everywhere. The art work is awesome. We sat down and got our drinks quickly. They do not have fountain drinks but they have lots of mexican jarrito bottles and some Mexican fruit drinks. My wifes nachos came out after 23 minutes and they were cold. They probably would have been much better if they were hot. The birria meat didn't have any red sauce on it and didn't taste like other birrias ive had. It was good but different. The issue was that it was cold. My steak bowl and the corn cup came out at 30 minutes. Thats just too long to wait. My bowl was really tasty and I would order it again. The steak was hot and seasoned really well. The fried tortilla bowl was goood and the rice,beans, and everything else was an awesome combination of food. Maybe the nachos were made quickly and just sat there waiting for my steak to get done. The corn cup was average. I lived in Dallas for many years and the elotes there come layered with corn, mayo, hot sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and cheese. This didn't have all that but it was OK. Go to fuel city in Dallas and order an elote from the little cart out front and you will know what a true elote tastes like. My wife tried my bowl and said she should have ordered that. And by the way my wife is half mexican. The people there were really nice and gave us really good service checking up on us multiple times. Id give another star if the food didn't take 30 minutes. With all the fantastic mexican spots near my home im not sure I'd be back. Id eat another one of those bowls but I have the best tacos near my house for $2.25 each. The price for our dinner was $46 with a $5 tip. I can order 17 Tacos at my favorite mexican spot plus a small tip in Dunedin for that (enricos tacos). The machine wanted me to give a 20% tip but I changed it to $5. I normally don't tip anything if I'm ordering standing up. The people did bring our food and did throw away our trash. But I saw many others throwing away their own trash. I think tipping culture is a little out of control. Just pay your workers more if they aren't real servers. If you go here order the steak bowl. The steak is seasoned well and the bowl is awesome. This place is really new and I hope they figure out bringing food out quicker. New restaurants can be tough to get things going smoothly. This is the worse place for tacos. Hell taco bell is better. Bang bang shrimp tasted like it was made two day ago. Refried beans was like a bowl of slightly warm cement. Guacamole was watery. Ordered sweet plantains and never got them. This was a Togo order. Note if you do get a Togo order please check it out before you leave to make sure it's right. So this is a tough one for me, my tacos were quite tasty. I had the trio and picked the Southwest, Bang Bang Shrimp and the Mahi Mahi. Started w Chips and Guacamole and the guac seemed like it came off the Cisco truck, not freshly made. Where my issue is, is that for my wife and I to eat 3 tacos each, chips and guac, a water and a jarritos soda our bill was $57. There are plenty of sit down restaurants w a waiter and larger portions for less. The inside had fast food vibes and you have to use the kiosk to order. Food came out quick, was fresh for sure and tasted good, just too pricey for what you get. Also, one of my wife's tacos she tried was the vegan one and she didn't like it at all. read more

This is an amazing, Halal, Mexican place. It is fast food casual. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. There are two kiosks that you order your own food and enter your name and phone number and you get a text to tell you they have your order and how long your order will take. You get another text when your order is ready. My order was a to go order and it took 5 minutes to be ready. We ordered tacos, a burrito and a bowl. All of the food was delicious and the amount of meat was generous. The taco bowl was crispy and the rice was cooked to perfection. This place is not fancy but is clean and comfortable. My only regret is not getting side of consommé to dip birria filled Cali burrito in.
