Mostly Good I've visited Addicted to the Bean a few times over the last couple of years. It's always been good, but with reservations. Either the staff is unfriendly or the dining room is dirty or something else is off. Today was better than usual. The coffee was good. The person at the counter was nice. And the dining room was in good order. I got a cinnamon roll, which they warmed nicely. Unfortunately, they don't do their own baking. I also got a breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. The bagel was pretty good, but the egg was unpleasant. It appeared to be a pre-formed disc that they just reheat, and it had a spongy consistency. Stew's House of Bagels, nearby, fries a couple of eggs on a little griddle in a couple minutes and it is so much better. One of these days I'll visit Addicted to the Bean and have a 5-star experience...maybe. read more

I needed a change of scenery to get some work done and I have been meaning to check this place out for years! I absolutely loved the inside- it's not a huge space but there is an ample amount of seating and you don't feel like you're on top of the next person. I chose a small cozy table with 2 seats, facing the window. It had plenty of charging outlets for my laptop and phone while I sat and worked there for half of a Friday. The food and coffee was solid as well. I asked for a hazelnut iced latte and later towards lunchtime had an egg and cheese croissant- great for a light option that got the job done. It's the perfect level of noise- there is chatter amongst the tables but if you need to focus, you can always bring some headphones. This is my new favorite spot in Largo!! read more

I thought the coffee was just okay, but I liked how they had a variety of different syrups to add/customize your drink. I studied here in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy nor was it too loud. I usually stick to a familiar flavor profile, but they do very well, so I am comfortable trying new things. The service is always great, and it's cozy enough for me to do a little work when I visit. Bold, just the right blend so could taste hints of both. The California breakfast sandwich had real egg and bread was excellent. Would have hoped for sliced avocado instead of the packaged guac that was used but overall, still flavorful and filling. Haus coffee has a fair price in coffee business. I alway think most of the coffee or tea place are overpriced. But Haus is fair on the coffee price. The coffee house also has the pastry, breakfast, or sandwich in mixed. Those item do attract more customers to enjoy. Their corner store has outdoor seating if you bring a pet. I was going to get one of the coffee but today they have the pumpkin spice special chai tea. I ask for a cold ice large cup. The chai have good taste. It is rare to get pumpkin spice. Staff is always friendly and super helpful - one dude even made me a special iced tea blend that wasn't on the menu after describing a mix of flavors. So cool! Okay so why not 5 stars? I realize this location is somewhat hidden in a strip mall and probably gets really quiet at certain late or off-peak hours, but there were a few early evenings when I really wanted to meet friends here and they were closed. I think this must be a northern thing because even Starbucks, in many local towns here, isn't open very late. So that's my stupid rant - wish they had evening hours. This used to be "The Haus" but is now the second location of Addicted to the Bean. The staff was helpful and food came out quick. The sandwiches stay piping hot as you're trying to inhale it. The coffee is top tier. My go to is with some flavor and oat milk in my cold brew and lattes and they got the ratio down here. The cinnamon roll was pretty good as well. Definitely is our breakfast spot to go when we're in Largo. The vibes of the coffee spot is great. There are tables near the window or you can hide further in on the couches. Now I know, and I could share this fun tidbit with Yelpers who read my review. I don't live anywhere close to The Haus, which is a shame, because it is a great place to get work done. They have fast, free wifi, both tables and couches, and it is fairly empty during the day, but still full enough that you don't feel like a creep for staying. There were actually a couple other tables of people getting work done, so I was in good company. I got a matcha latte with almond milk, a croissant egg, steak, and cheese sandwich, a peanut butter bar, and a key lime cookie. The matcha latte is unsweetened. If you are getting sweets like I did, you will be glad for the balance. The croissant sandwich was my favorite of what I ordered. The croissant is buttery and the rest is very satisfying. I actually wasn't a huge fan of the peanut butter bar or key lime cookie (I mean, I still ate it all, because I don't let food go to waste, but I've had better). They have a variety of baked goods that they say comes from a bakery down the street, so I'll just try something else next time. I'm not exactly sure what it was about the baked goods that I didn't enjoy. The cookie was moist and chewy, but I think both weren't as decadent as I'm used to. The peanut butter topping also had a lightness to it, as if they were backing off on the peanut butter flavor, that I wasn't a fan of. Again, neither were bad, just neither knocked my socks off. They have an actual changing table in the restroom. Five stars right there. The employees are friendly and it seems like some of the people that come in are regulars. I have never seen a coffee shop that serves wine! You can also buy bottles here, how convenient is that shit?! My friend and I needed a pick me up before we went to our boudoir shoot. This was right by our Air Bnb and photographer. It was so spacious, we were a little bummed we didn't get up earlier to hang out here! The girls at the counter were so sweet and helpful and didn't mind giving our half asleep minds a moment to look at the menu. We each got a different muffin (coffee cake and blueberry) so we could taste each other's, and the barista even warmed them up. We scarfed these in the car with no shame and wished we had more.
