This was my first time at DOD Coffee, and it won't be my last! The vibe was great, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the coffee hit the spot. You can tell they care about creating a chill, inviting space. Excited to come back and try more

Decided to check this place out after searching "breakfast" on Yelp. It got 4.9 stars and I see why. Fun decor, friendly and fast service. The iced mocha was on point as was the hot chocolate with a shot of peppermint. Our breakfast bagels were hot and delicious!

Huge menu option of food and drink flavors. Got one of the seasonal lattes, pretty good on flavoring. Very busy for a Saturday afternoon but service was still very fast. Will have to go back and try the food.

I love coffee, & admittedly Yelp reviews guided me toward trying DOD. I am totally naive about DOD, day of the dead. So the wall hangings, mural, & motif were a bit wasted on me. The aura from these items was "unique" to put it mildly. But I digress, as my review is based on the coffee. I ordered a hot almond latte, & I was genuinely surprised by how good it tasted. Smooth with excellent almond flavor. This coffeehouse shot up to be one of the best in my book. I don't understand the indoor motif, but I can greatly tell you the coffee is excellent.

The gold standard.

This is one of the most delicious coffees I've ever had. I took home their last pound of the Nicaraguan beans, ground it fresh like they suggest, and now I'm ruined because store-bought coffee is so inferior. Adina, you are amazing! Keep making people smile with your presence. Bravo. Thanks for putting such a world class coffee shop in Tampa Bay.

I love a good coffee shop and this one has my attention. Love the decor and the gentleman who waited on us was friendly, knowledgeable and excited to make us coffee. I went with my favorite, Cafe Mocha. Excellent. Right amount of coffee to chocolaty goodness. Go check them out!

D.O.D. Coffee Roastey is a brand new coffee shop where they only use the highest quality beans, make their own desserts and will roast in house soon! I popped in at 7am on opening day and was customer number one! The decor is Day Of The Dead themed and the place is well appointed. Cody and John are the proprietors and happy to open in Largo! The coffee on opening day was Harrar from Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia! Life is good with a new coffee shop!

Highly recommend for dessert, food, drinks, atmosphere and service! Went here with a group of friends after a visit to the Florida Botanical Gardens and Creative Pinellas. We enjoyed the friendly helpful service. Our lunch and breakfast orders were delicious, the desserts were delightful, and our coffee and tea drinks well made. The owner is a great guy and came by several times to check on us. The place is worth a visit and we will definitely be back!

This is a great little coffee shop in an area that could use one. Something a little different than the big chains. Lots of food and drinks to choose from! The owner stopped by and had a chat. Very nice guy! Give this place a chance! My coffee was great!

We did not try any food but everything looked delicious! It is located in a small shopping plaza. Extremely friendly and very clean. Service was excellent and everyone working spoke to us. We will definitely be back!

food is pretty good for a small coffee shop and the sizes are pretty large too. Matcha is also good if you're looking for that !

Upon entering I was greeted by one of the most warmest faces I saw all day named GIgi. Later to find that Gigi was the manager and the baker of the Driftwood. We exchanged pleasantries and she introduced me to her staff one of the time. First was Antonio a young gentleman with knowledge of the Kava in Kratom. There was Savannah who was the master roster that was well educated on all of the organic coffee beans that she would roast in 5 pound increments. She gave me a small tour of the process of how driftwood roast their coffee to perfection. Forgive me for not remembering the other barista but she had decent knowledge of the tees. I can best describe her by her having a Harley Quinn tattoo on her arm. For the 15 minutes I was there I ordered a strawberry shortcake cheesecake, Kratom to go for a family member, well I enjoyed one of the best double espresso's that I've had since my father had his coffee company in Atlantic City. They shared with me the camaraderie amongst the guests and on Sunday and Monday were the nights to come as there was game night and karaoke I believe on Sunday which I'm looking forward to going to! As much as I hate talking about it, Driftwood Roastery is extremely Covid careful. The restaurant and bar area are super clean and sanitary. All employees had masks. All of the uniforms were impeccable and each of their individual personalities was contagious as I was brought into each conversation. Gigi thank you for the Death By Chocolate! I need it 32 ounces of milk to wash it down! Bravo ladies!

Upon walking in during my initial visit, I immediately saw a bag of Coffee & Whiskey whole beans and I knew this place was right up my alley. Henceforth, my Sunday routine will be yoga, then coffee! I'm drinking their Old St. Pete and after sipping a bit of it black, over ice, I can't get the taste of smooth coffee enhanced with rich whiskey notes out of my system. This coffee is so refined, balanced, and straight (no bitterness) my hairs jumped on my arm. So the coffee is good, yeah? Yes. It's incredible. Those old spice commercials from the 2010's about who, what, where, why and how ("on the back of a horse on the beach") is the quintessential idea behind what you're tasting here. The price for this bag was $40 and it's steep for sure, I however I'm not regretting every little sip I take. 10 out of 10 coffee. Unforgettable experience, unique taste, distinct flavors, and drinking it black will put hair on my chest from the euphoria of sipping on it. One last thing, on a separate note, the hours and lack of communication hurt this business deeply. I was only able to get a bag of coffee as I happened upon someone inside working. For a "micro roastery" the coffee speaks for itself, I only wish the business spoke as much as their coffee.

Their black coffee was fantastic, not too bitter dark but not so light that it felt like I was drinking water. My travel mate also had great things to say about their cappuccino. I wish they had a medium size instead of just small or large, but oh well. One morning we tried their egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. It was not great, a bit salty, but at the time it hit the spot and it was good enough so I was grateful for it. Not my favorite, but would have no problem eating it again if it were presented to me. I also loved being able to sit out at one of their little patio tables and enjoy the Florida sun! Everyone there was super nice, and was very obliging to adding a few little ice cubes to my coffee when it was too hot and I just wanted to chug it.
