The owner claims that they are working on their shortage of staffing but nothing has change at the Largo shop in over a year. Erica, I gave the second star because they have a good variety of bud, but TERRIBLE service and customer relation skills are non-existing . Place an order and MAYBE you will get notified that they received the order. I haven't on the last three orders I placed. Placed an order this morning, but received no notification the order was received, but I did get an email saying something was wrong with my cart. Went back in to fix it but the cart was empty. Checked my order and it showed as a received order. Went to the shop five hours later to check if they had gotten the order and if it was ready. As a pick up order I should have received a text when the order was ready. I did receive the text after I had arrived and checked in. Seems they had just then filled the order. And this is NOT an unusual visit! Fifty percent of my visits to the Largo store are pretty much the same. Always understaffed and ALWAYS have to wait longer than any other store in that I have been to in the Largo area. When they were first open it was a great store but, as with all companies that try to be the biggest without healthy growth, the base is showing cracks and crumbles. Three months ago they "upgraded" their IT and Customer Management systems and it seems none of it has worked right since. Too bad............. BUT, there are several other shops in the area that are run much more efficiently and have a much better atmosphere going on so at least there is that. read more

After they sent me home due to their own computer issues 2 nights a in a row, wasting my gas and time, they refused to provide any additional discount, and when I said that was unacceptable and just put me money down and attempted to leave she copped an attitude with me as if she hadnt just given horrible customer service and said I was no longer getting my order. I placed an order with them to have it delivered as I am having health issues. Ordered via chat. Was supposed to be delivered following day. Next day I checked on chat only be told they were out of stock. Never bothered to tell me that order was cancelled due to the fact they were out of stock. Never bothered to inform me. They have a ridiculous pricing structure, comparable to buying a car with M.S.R.P., but you pay less at checkout. The Internet price was $229 for 6 canisters that I ordered on a Sunday, but I was charged $170 at checkout when I picked up on Monday evening the next day, they had 5 canisters waiting for me. Because of the lower price - $229 versus $170, I assumed I made the mistake, and I only ordered five canisters instead of the six I thought I ordered the previous day. While my car was still in the Dispensary parking lot, I looked at the receipt, and I was charged for six canisters, even though they only gave me five. I was literally only out of the store three minutes when I walked back inside to point out the mistake. They first suggested I wasn't even in that day and then when I called him on that, then he said, well, I gave you everything that you ordered, and then he accused me of lying and trying to cheat them. I insisted they look at the video cameras, and I presented my receipt for 6 items, but they refused. They robbed me off $40 bucks. When I complained to management, they just ignored my pleas. I will never shop this Dispensary again, because they're unscrupulous and incompetent. read more

Turnover is huge! Sign says all must wear masks. Customers complied. But several employees were wearing their mask under the nose and even under the chin. There are immunocompromised patients using this facility. The manager on duty had his mask under the nose. I asked him to please have his employees and himself comply with their company policy. He refused saying he can't make them do it. I tried to reason with him and he became rude. His name is Sam Ricci. Punk asshole who needs to be working washing toilets instead of dealing with immunocompromised clients at a dispensary. I can not speak more highly of the staff and how fluid the intake process being a new patient was. The staff are knowledgeable about the different forms of medicine and truly look out for patients. Speaking personally, I went in hoping to get a couple carts and walked out with my carts and a quarter of some high quality flower...one of the best days I've had in a long time. I would prefer to go directly to the store, but it is not accessible for someone who is disabled. There are no handicapped parking spots near there and no ramp to help get over the curb. Strange and a real lack of concern for a medical dispensary. I have repeatedly asked them to address this. Then you get to the door and it's too heavy to open. Once inside, however the staff is wonderful. And I do love their ground flower. I've been using their home delivery service and that is usually problematic. I have repeatedly asked that they call instead of trying to text me about their arrival time; I do not have a smart phone since my arthritic hands make it impossible for me to use one. No matter how many times I've requested this and then complained when it doesn't happen, nothing changes. They apparently try to text me (unsuccessfully) and then just show up with no announcement, no phone call. Lots of empty promises on that issue. The delivery staff ranges from amazing to verbally abusive, and from well informed to difficulty with basic math. And I shouldn't have to tell them to put on a mask. If I'm wearing one then that should be a guarantee that they will. I'm taking several months off from this company and going to the ones who have their delivery service together. Maybe someone higher up will read this and actually address these problems. read more

The problem with TRULIEVE is as soon as you find a good med. strain for you, they quit stocking it. They have it in pre roll. No pre roll for me, buy oz at a time. Looking for new strain at new pharmacy that is consistent. Not shopping at TRULIEVE anymore until they can figure out how to have consistency in products. read more

It's great having a dispensary located in Largo. In the beginning, I felt like I was in a foreign country where everyone speaks a different language and I didn't understand anything being said. It can be overwhelming with all the different products. I usually just explained my pain/problems and let them pick for me. The dispensary is wonderful at taking back returns of items that you didn't like or didn't work for you. I had an employee by the name of Michael Deja wait on me a while back. Instead of gathering some new stuff together, he took the time to find out what my diagnosis was and then explained each product and how it could benefit me. I'm not out for the buzz. I'm looking for products to relieve me of my pain, but still being able to function in day to day life. He steered me in the right direction. I truly felt like I had attended medical marijuana 101. I had an order placed. Got in timely, brought a friend also with her medical card. Let them know I was just buying her a preroll. They take both of us back together put us on a register so we can cash out together and some girl pulls her over and starts her order for these prerolls she didn't even want. I had already payed for both our orders. I don't understand how hard it is to listen. Learn how to communicate. And my points also magically disappeared because of some "special" discount some girl gave me last time which took about 30% off my order. Made no sense. Now my points are gone. You guys seriously need to get your shit together. I'm sure you've heard it a million times. Happy with the eighths one is short .2 but you guys aren't worth the drive for that. At first the store was great. About a month into me going there they did me wrong. So they say they will keep your product 24 hours yet 3 times in a month and a half they sold my product out from underneath me, the last time within 2 hours, then to cover their ass checked me out as if I had bought them so this month I can't get the rest of my medication because they want to lie about what was dispensed to cover their shitty business practices.. I keep all my bottles and I only bought a little over an ounce. Wouldn't recommend at all and will never go back. read more
