Less than stellar experience. My husband picked up his order of 2- 7g flower bottles, brought them home and left them on the table and headed to work. About 30 mins later I had laid my son down for a nap and went to put the flower in our safe and noticed the bottles looked like someone had twisted them open. I immediately contacted my husband to ask if he had opened them or anyone from the dispensary had opened them and he said no, that no one opened them. I immediately called rise Pinellas park and spoke to Hannah, told her the issue, she spoke to a manager and advised me to keep the bottles and use my discretion to throw it away or destroy it and my husband could come pick up the sealed flower in the am(i kept them just in case someone would request them back). Morning time rolls around he brings the receipt and explains the situation, the woman on duty immediately got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that Hannah has no authority there and he should of brought them back with him so he gladly told her he would go them and bring them back (thank god I didn't discard them like instructed, its also a 30 min drive one way to this dispensary and we made the trip 3 times) he returned back to the dispensary for the 2nd time and there was a male there that proceeds to tell him that those bottles don't have a seal, when the bottle clearly says "Void if seal is broken" so he went back in a pointed that out and then he just cut him off in a short manner and says "I checked the video footage and they weren't broken when they gave them to you" and then just ignored him further. They treated him the whole time like he was a liar and was trying to pull one over on them, when he just wanted medication that was sealed so we could be assured that nothing was done to it, or someone had taken some and wasn't getting his correct amount. . Now hes stuck with a half ounce that someone opened and over an hour of his time traveling back and forth and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in this experience. read more

Excellent, knowledgeable, kind staff with an abundance of patience. I have never been around any of these products before and did the people at Rise really educate me. The place itself is so well run and spotless plus has it's own parking lot. I also appreciate that no one tried to over sell or push anything on me......if anything they tried to say just get a small amount and try it. I LOVE Rise, I always went to the one I lived by in Illinois and it quickly became by far my favorite dispensary. My favorite brand of cartridges and edibles. However, this Rise is just as great but there are limited options. There were always so many awesome strands/flavors at home, this Rise only stocks on certain strands repeatedly. I was so excited to learn there was a Rise here too but disappointed when I kept checking back for months and it was the same thing over and over. I've yet to find cartridges i loved like the Rise in Illinois. I only wish they would incorporate more strands and flavors here and I'd definitely be in more often.
