Every trulieve I have been to, they are always so nice. If I could make a suggestion, make sure the customer gets their change back.i always tip, but being that I haven't gone a lot I'm not use to getting money back from anywhere so I'm not use to this yet and I don't like how they have to do this transaction like it's an atm. I NEVER go to an atm and I'm not sure why they do it this way but that's the only thing I don't like, and why don't you take other forms of payment? I finally got to go the Trulieve store, and though it's not easy to get to, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I dislike that they play music loud enough to cover conversations with, but this may be more a me problem as the older I get, the harder it is to pick out conversations from the ambient sound. They practice good social distancing, and have hand sanitizer around for you to use. I was over all comfortable and happy with my experience. read more

They finally fixed the online ordering issues at this location. Prior to this pick up I did two online orders at this location and both times I checked in at the front desk and sat there for over a half hour watching walk ins get seen before me. The time before today that I was here it was during the time that most stores were closed due to Covid but dispensaries were open as essential. As a germ Afobe my anxiety was getting worse and worse as I stood there watching people without masks on get too close to me. Both times the first time I did an online order and the second time I had to speak up before they finally realized I was forgotten about. Hubby stinks posted a review because he was with me the second time and was in the waiting room and understood my pain. Maybe they read his review and felt like they should make these changes but who knows either way I'm happy. I did my online order and I actually got a text this time. Shortly after that I actually got a text that said my order was ready which never happened in the past either. I also was able to log into Whately when I got close to the dispensary to get in line and wait outside until it was safe to go in. Kudos for doing this so that the waiting room wasn't packed like the last time I was there. So much safer to wait in your car until you are ready to go in. Other than the reception not being so organized in the past (this time I didn't even have to deal with the reception desk at all only a security officer who told me my place in line) The staff inside has always been very helpful even with me being on edge and irate. Today was my best day at this dispensary and I hope everything always goes smoothly. I'm keeping this at four stars and hoping to bring it up to a five star in the future as long as the ordering stays consistent. I'll also be happy when the drive-through at this location finally opens! I have extreme insomnia and I am not a nice girl when I don't get good sleep. My go to is 9 pound hammer which is an 800 mg Indica that helps me sleep at night. Looking forward to sweet dreams tonight! read more

Not overly impressed with this location. My biggest issue is the long wait time. They offer online orders which is wonderful, the convenience of ordering online is that you get to order online, get a notification once your order is ready for pick up and thats it. Just don't see a reason why you'd have to wait even five minutes to pick up an order thats supposed to be ready for you. It should be a simple grab and go. At first I gave them a pass for the fact they were still fairly new in the area. After a few months you expect them to have a better system. Wifey had to wait over 30 minutes once, thats unacceptable. One aspect I like about this location is that they will be offering drive thru service in the near future (though they've been saying this since they opened and its still not ready). read more

coworker suggested Trulieve over Curaleaf. At Truelieve, I spent significant time picking out a large cart ($300). I thought the battery would be $5-$10. Many give a complimentary one or for new customers. I couldn't believe it was $35!, I canceled my entire order and told them they lost a regular, good customer over this $35 battery. Poor business practice. A good salesperson could have salvaged that purchase. Also, they're stock was minimal and were out of things I wanted. Also, the very young looking, thin, white boy was cocky and condescending. He was irritated that I didn't care to hear all the weed science about terpenes and said "so, what? You just wanna get high?!" As if I was an idiot for not knowing all the THC components...and not caring. Sorry but I'm busy, my time is valuable and becoming a marijuana connoisseur is not on my priority list. Someone was directing traffic and told us there's a long (too long) wait. He told us if we had a online order it would hold product and price until the next day.! Got a call this morning, out of my order. Bad business!!!!!!! So it's going to be busy again next year!!!!! I will try INSA, or another dispensary. My friend, who lives in my apt complex, placed an order today, and was told Friday would be her delivery date. My husband died recently and I forgot to be there for a delivery. One issue I have with them is having multiple Vape solutions, I get one is this or that company; but having 3 different pen types is just a bad method. If they have 3 different pen types; 2nd pen should be free if they don't have product I want in stock. I would really like an advanced ordering system. Ever since they opened, their website has never worked. They advertise you can order online or over the internet, but they don't work. They also close an hour earlier than stated. I got here at 5:55pm and the door was locked. I walked in when a customer walked out and was loudly closed, I pointed out the difference she said "Because we wanted to close, that's why". Just wanted to write an update of my last review. I was contacted by email and told that they wanted to make good on my bad experiences. Not sure if it was corporate or at the unit level, I was never told. The email said that they were sorry for my bad experiences and I was being offered a 10% discount on my next visit. That was a giant slap in my face and the faces of all medical cannabis patients! Remember, some of us suffer from chronic debilitating pain. There was no mention of anything being done to correct what caused my bad experiences or that anyone in the company actually cared that theses experiences were happening. I have talked to several other medical cannabis patients during my extended waits in the Trulieve waiting area. Most of those I have spoken with expressed that same feelings I have. Most people think that medical cannabis is a joke and that people just want a legal high. To those who have chronic pain know the truth and it's a Godsend. It's a shame that the state and suppliers look at this as a cash cow and the patients suffer. read more

PEOPLE PLEASE READ EMPLOYEE REVIEWS ON TRULIEVE'S INSISTENCE UPON SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS, THEY ARE LITERALLY ONE OF THE WORST RATED COMPANIES TO WORK AT FOR A REASON ** I will be finding the corporate mailing address and sending a letter regarding this matter. If a person reverts to the 1800s methods of communication, you know this is a very serious matter** If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was at the Clearwater location on 11/5/2020 and the cashier during my visit was named Dmitri (or some variation of that) and he was the most arrogant and rude person I have ever come across. I came in to purchase some wax today and the wax was incredibly dry with a clay like texture and was just in a sad ball. To anyone even remotely educated, this is clearly now an inferior product and should not be sold for full price. I was extremely polite before the employee began to act smug and found my requests amusing. He was laughing and he found it funny that I was apparently the first customer he encountered with any knowledge or standards, so after I began to get frustrated I asked if a manager could come over to discount what is obviously trash. The floor manager, she was short with harry potter glasses, came over and condescendingly informed me that I could use my own personal discounts but she wasn't going to "randomly" discount product. It was not random, to anyone with a working set of eyes this product was inferior and should not be sold at full price. After I explained this to her she seemed disinterested and began to repeat what she was saying at which point I was becoming extremely irate. I cut her off and told her it's no longer necessary to talk, and that I understood they didn't at all care about customer service. To anyone who even kind of cares about customer service this is pathetic. I purchased some crumble at the end of it all, and the employee intentionally went ridiculously slow while dispensing me, it took nearly 6 minutes. While he was handing me the product, he smugly and sarcastically was telling me to enjoy and have a great rest of my day. I was so infuriated that I just came home and spent THIRTY MINUTES ON HOLD with your call center, at which point I spoke to Nikki D. at the Clearwater call center at approximately 8:15 PM EST. Almost as if it is a running theme for your business at this point, the representative was wholly unhelpful and condescendingly refused to get up and get the supervisor that I know is there to speak to me for an immediate resolution. I do not want to wait multiple days to never be contacted. This was the most pathetic excuse for customer service I have ever experienced, all your employee reviews are right. PS please stop removing my Google reviews. I post a review then log into another Google account to check if it is there, and there are less reviews and the one I posted on the previous account is no longer there. Today yall have lost my business. I have been coming to only this location for 2 years and the drive-thru used to be a perk only truelieve offered. Now its "down" 90% of the time and I have to go in anyway. Today I went in to use my "signiture voucher" that takes $50 off after you spend $450. I was told my card was " a day expired" and couldnt use it. Im sorry but I was handed this card at the start of the month, and was expected to pay at least $450 just to get denied $50 discount? No. This is ridiculous and I'm done coming here. The $50 yall didnt want spare will go right to Muse from now on as far as I'm concerned. Other dispensaries have better incentives for their customers anyway. Moving forward yall should warn your customers about your faulty discount expiration dates and lack of drive through attendance. read more

The Clearwater dispensary was great when they first opened but now....twice recently I ordered on line and got confirmation they were working on it and never heard from them. Called next day to only find out it wasn't pulled but sorry they didn't have product I ordered. The same issue happened to my husband a few wks ago. As all you know today is Friday, with aches from the long week i pulled in this location. the ladies in front remember me from last time, friendly happy and in general a well balanced boomer. Love this place, a very corporate feel, not personable at all. BUT the product is good, takes away my pain and relaxes me. If you are going to vape, ask for the YELLOW LABEL 65% THC 5.0 CBD.
