I would not shop at this CuraLeaf for medical marijuana products. The store workers are always in a daze and (((RUDE))). They mess up orders lots of times. Every time I go there, someone gets mad because of rude employees. They yell at customers when things do not go well. CuraLeaf's products are some of the worst I have tried and are overpriced too. I was only shopping at CuraLeaf because they are slightly cheaper sometimes. However, people have told me they are the Walmart of dispensaries and not to shop there. CuraLeaf also brags that Florida is the most profitable marijuana state, including more than recreational marijuana in other states. This is not what I want to hear as a medical marijuana cardholder in Florida. Finally, they have no customer service. There is no phone number or a live person to chat with. Who does not provide basic customer service for their customers, especially medical patients? CuraLeaf is all about the money, not helping people. I do not recommend Curaleaf for any of their products, even if they are cheaper than other places. #WalmartDispensary Update 6.11.2023 - I read a lot of the reviews from others, and I see similar complaints (((Yikes))). I also discovered CuraLeaf fired their CEO last year because profits were down. Curaleaf did not publicly state a reason for firing Bayern, but it came after a period of declining sales and profitability. They then hired a new CEO who increased profits by 20%. It is disappointing they are overcharging and making record profits from medical patients while delivering low-quality products and customer service. Oh, and watch out. I left a review 2 years ago. Back then, I was quite dissatisfied with the brand new live rosin. Two years ago, let's face it, it was awful. Fast forward to 2024.....wow! Whata diffrent dispensary! I ordered from them about 7 months ago and they had a bad attitude. I told them that I don't sleep good and that my phone will be shut, I guaranteed them to be home. They basically threatened me that if I didn't keep the phone on even though I go to sleep sometimes at 9:00 a.m. that they would not deliver. Great compassion, NOT The flower that I got was short in weight and when I called up they were very flip on the phone. They offered $10 off the next purchase, this was the 2nd chance that they had from me. Their customer service is the worst, no wait trulieve is. Had an issue yesterday in the parking lot of CuraLeaf Palm Harbor. Some entitled dude parked his SUV illegally so that it was blocking the handicap ramp (he did not have a placard and it was not an actual parking space) and I could not use it for my wheelchair. I was very upset but my wife and I were saved when two other customers came out, saw the situation and went into action on our behalf. Then the Manager and Assistant Manager followed him to his car and let him know in no uncertain terms how they felt about what he had done. There is a reason that CuraLeaf is our go-to. Had to pull one star due to poor customer service. They are one of the few dispensaries who don't post active ingredient content online. This is essential for proper "Medical" use. As a result, I'm forced to call and inquire about this information. That way, I can make an educated choice regarding my medicine. I called on 3/9/2021 and waited on hold twice after I was made to feel like a bother for my call. I understand the concept of busy, however; that doesn't excuse horrible customer service. Sorry this took me a while to write, the incident took place in late August. I have been a long time Curaleaf customer in NJ and this one incident has made me a trulieve customer for life. I walked in and was met by a guy with an Ipad who took my card and submitted my order, seems simple enough except I had to repeat my information to him multiple times, not bad except one item was sold out so he had to resubmit my entire order and select a new item to replace the sold out item. He explained that the inventory refreshed after he submitted the order, As I am giving him my info for what was the 4th or 5th time I was waved to the counter. When I got to the counter an employee said "man you look pissed. Everything ok?" I responded with "Sorry I have a very low tolerance for people that waste my time", motioning to the guy with the Ipad. At which point the employee says "well we have a low tolerance for people speaking to us like that" I immediately asked for his supervisor, he told me he was in charge and that I could take my complaint to corporate as he walked me out the door. Does curaleaf really let managers talk to customers like that? At what point did curaleaf management stop focusing on customer service? WTF is wrong with curaleaf, I wasn't even raising a complaint about the clown with the Ipad that obviously didnt know what he was doing. At what point did Curaleaf forget that they are selling medication and dealing with people that have medical issues? Needless to say this disabled veteran will spread the word and I will never use curaleaf again! read more
