Black and Brown customers:…read more Please pay attention before shopping here. I've never felt so ignored while trying to spend my own money. I walked around the store looking for assistance, making it obvious I needed help. Kay walked past me multiple times without acknowledging me. Moments later, I watched her immediately approach and assist White customers who came in after me. Whether this was intentional or unconscious bias, the experience left me feeling invisible. No customer should leave a business wondering if they were treated differently because of the color of their skin. Customer service should be based on respect--not on who walks through the door. Victor, as the owner of Abby's, you should know what customers are experiencing in your store. Every person deserves to be greeted, acknowledged, and helped equally. To anyone in the Black and Brown community: pay attention to how you're treated here. Judge for yourself, but don't ignore the warning signs. Respect isn't a luxury--it's the minimum standard every customer deserves!

The two people working were very nice and helpful. I had just come from a workout so I ordered a protein shake, the peanut butter one. It wasn't as sweet as other places I've been to but that's probably a good thing. It's also a tad pricier than other places I've been, but that's okay. Overall it was a good visit and I plan to go back.
