***BEWARE*** Doctor is nice, no qualms with him. DO NOT USE THE MONTHLY SERVICE OPTION. I have had issues with them since 2020. They accidentally created two monthly accounts under my name. I was being charged under two accounts; one on my debit and one on my credit. They were unable to refund me the three months I was double charged since both were "active accounts". I gave up after months of calling off and on since they had deactivated the other account. I went in for my 7-month evaluation on 11/13/2023. After my evaluation, they called me into the office to let me know I was behind on three months and needed to charge me that day? I said that is okay, I didn't realize I was behind and never got a message. SHE CHARGED ME SEVEN TIMES FOR $29 EACH. She admitted it was a mistake and that she didn't realize she had to refresh the page for each charge. I asked her how I could get the money back and she advised that I would have to call in. I called the customer service dept immediately after leaving. The billings department told me he would put the credit (not really a credit since they overcharged, but he said he could refund me) on my account and that they wouldn't charge me again until the balance was back to zero. WELL, I was charged again on 11/25 and 12/25. (I normally am charged on the 25th of every month) I have called numerous times, and every time they told me it was escalated to the manager of the billing's department and that she would call me when she figured out how to rectify the situation. I have called at least once a week to every other week for an update. When I called last, they said there was nothing they could do AND they no longer saw the overcharge on my account. They said they have no idea where the money went and they can't help me. Absolutely do not go here. I am attaching photos of the charges. You can see that they all have different reference numbers. This happened 11/13/23...today is 3/12/24 and I still haven't been refunded or called back. read more

Dr. Hoover is great, however, did have to wait over an hour past appointment time So, MJ phone customer support is the worst, as bad as it gets if problem not straight forward. Talked to 5 different people to get problem resolved this morning, they're just kind of think, ya know, don't listen, repeat same bad information. Attempted to see a Dr here. When I walked in, it was dirty & sketchy, looked very unprofessional. Turns out they ARE very unprofessional. 45 min of paperwork, asking me to sign things that are completely untrue, such as, signing that I had received their HIPAA Privacy Policy, which I hadn't been given. When I asked for it, they gave me a hard copy of the questions I was answering, not the policy. I asked again, a few times. They said the questions were the policy. They very much are not. I've worked in the healthcare field for decades and know very well what a HIPAA policy should contain, like how they handle patient data, where it goes, and patient rights to see the policy anytime. None of that was offered. It just turned into an argument with people who don't know what they're talking about. They wouldn't let me talk about it with a Dr. They also insisted that I sign ahead of time that I had discussed my care plan, risks, benefits, etc. with the Dr before I ever saw anyone. That seems fraudulent to me. I will be addressing these issues with the governing body. Something is really off there and their practices are highly questionable. Stay away! read more

The only part of the appointment I don't care for is re answering all the questions. It's like reliving PTSD every 7 months which is mainly why I use the treatment to begin with. Not even a star fr- the Doctors here are great- mostly- the billing dept receives an F-, (esp one of the supervisors of the billing department. They have overcharged my card, I called them immediately to let them know- I was met with arguments, bad attitudes, the lady even called ME back to continue to harass me about their mistake; we have the proof of the overcharge on my husbands' bank account information. At the end of this day I was assured that a supervisor would contact me to issue the refund. ****Now, it is almost a week later and when I called to get our money owed to us back- the reps are acting like it never happened and I just made it up. Then, They harassed and gas lit me for 2 hrs today while I was taunted and laughed at - and I still haven't heard back from a supervisor!!!!!!I Fr____is the supervisor that has committed fraud against me. I have also experienced extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism from several employees and from this same billing department supervisor before- this woman has pretty much forced me to switch doctors. Healing is serious, and to be literally attacked by one of your symptom management methods that works really well for you is on the hinge of devastating. I would really appreciate if a supervisor or ANY other employee could please reach out to me about giving our money back. When I called right back, I found out there were three people working in the back and no one answered the phone. They promised me that someone would call me right back. That never happened. I have been to this location a total of 3 times. That's all it took for them F my prescription up. I thought I had paid the fee and I got my updated Med MJ card 2 months ago. Went to make a purchase on a Sunday and was told my prescription had expired a week or so before.... How can that be? I went to the MJ Dr. and was approved. Made a purchase next door that day. I am pissed to have been turned away after jumping through all of the hoops and paying the money for over a year without interruption. This is unacceptable service for such a huge company. I am planning to call on Monday morning to find out what happened and see just how screwed I am. Money doesn't grow on trees! I should have been on a pattern every 7 months. November 2022 through June 2023. I went in June and had to go again in November 2023 according to them. I went and was approved again! Well, now it is January 2024 and I'm locked out. Masks are required but the workers and drs don't seem to know how to cover their noses and some think you can get carbon dioxide poisoning from wearing a mask. I don't have any other Compassionate Use doctor's office to compare to but this location was great. Scott was extremely helpful and down-to-Earth. He understood my needs and showed excellent concern to my questions and requests. The facility is very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. This was just my initial visit to see the doctor and get my certification and paperwork filled out to get registered with the state. Upfront cost is $240 and is good for seven months of face-to-face visits with the doctor. Visits after the seven month period are $175. They work on referrals as well, so if you bring in five people, they begin to waive your fees. The doctor was very efficient and showed true concern to my current needs and we were able to establish a good management plan. I had a 3:00 appointment and was out by 3:45. This included time for filling out all paperwork, examination by the doctor and having all of my questions and concerns answered. Like I said, I have no other office like this to compare to, but if you're in the area and are in need for alternative medicine do yourself a favor and give these guys your business. read more

This is a real M.D., a doctor practicing medicine and trying to help you. My serious leg cramps are significantly reduced thanks to this prescription, from about a dozen a day to 2 or 3. Because I am disabled I was shopping for better price and I found another doctor charges $49 a visit I asked to match this price; I wait for her to talk with the manager and she come with the news I will have free appointment.
