Everytime I come to trulieve there's ALWAYS such a long wait. For no apparent reason, 1 lady was in front of me I've been sitting here nearly 25 minutes. What's going on Trulieve ? It's ALL your locations! Pick up here sucks! Every Trulieve has an express pick up that's never utilized. Liberty Health Sciences / MUV has you in & out with a pick up. This place is a joke, waste of time. Go back & they only have 1 person working but have 5 patients in the lobby now after me. If you want to Grow old then stop by this trulieve... they are always understaffed for some reason( lots of money coming in) still can't understand why it takes forever to get a purchase when you go to any other dispensary you're in and out in minutes. I have already went through two birthdays waiting in this lobby. Then when you go back to get your product it takes another two birthdays for them to process it! I was just humiliated and berated in this location today for being medically unable to wear a mask. I had a full on panic attack, hyperventilating and crying. #77 location is now officially open. I love trulieve and the many flower options they offer. They also have such a great points program as well as happy hour events and there is always some type of promotion to save on your products. They have conquered the checkin and check out process and as long as you order online for pick up. You'll be in and out very quickly. I find that trulieve is the only dispensary that has so many options and discounts. Definitely the best place to buy your cannabis products. read more

Very disappointed in the attitude and service of manager on 12/16/23 morning. The lobby was occupied with about 8 customers and I was checked in . I was called for my online order last, I asked the mgr why I had to wait 30 min for an online order and be served after everyone was gone. No answer from him, I told him I wouldn't be back, I'd stay with Curaleaf where they value customers and their time. He said "good", "I like Curaleaf". The product I purchased was $17.99. He tried to charge me $20.00. The defective cartridge I was exchanging was $30.00 on sale. He tried to charge me $35.00, the price of the day. Anya, Charles, and Ms Karen ALL trulieve employees went out of their way & helped me! The products change frequently, it's hard to keep up with, Knowledgeable staff goes above and beyond to help you understand and find what works best for your needs. I literally had three Trulieve employees fully dedicating time and efforts to helping me out. The staff very patiently explained The benefits to each, this hard-working team educated me very well! I had a fabulous experience and will return, the only time I felt uncomfortable was when the short tempered manager was towards the stuff and me who were working together.. it was weird, but once miss power trip left us alone I was able to continue learning from the fountain of knowledge in front of me LOL left a happy customer thank you Charles/Chuck , Anya, and Miss Karen, every time I come to see Miss Karen she cracks me up! Today i went to the Trulieve on Gandy Blvd in Tampa,their was only 2 people working in the entire store which I thought was odd for the location but anyways while I was at this location in the back where they dispense our medication they had 3 chairs set up for people to sit and wait at which I thought was odd, we had to wait on this older lady (the worker) to call our name to pick up our medication,from the moment we sat down I immediately noticed her judging us, sending us a scolding looks & she made everyone wait atleat 5 minutes before she called someones name and the moment she called us up to receive our order she got really nasty and was being very homophobic saying all kinds of nasty comments, and threatening to write notes on my profile, she also hid her name tag and lied and said her name was on the receipt I Thought Trulieve believed in equality but after today I will never be back at this location, I only stopped here because it was more convenient then going to the normal location where I usually go to, but today we were in Tampa and it was the closest location to us at the time, also If I could give this location no stars on yelp and google maps,I would but I'm pretty sure yelp needs to have it, if your reading this seriously don't go here they have a rude homophobic old heavy set lady with glasses working here, especially don't go when you haven't had your medication in a while. read more
