The yucca fries were crispy and the salad was fresh and the dressing was a great vinegar based dressing. The star of the show for me....the sauces. The Ají Verde was so good the cilantro flavor pairs so well with the chicken. The creamy ají Amarillo was also very good, smooth creamy and rich.
