Came for work lunch... We ordered a byob and salad. We also got two teas and our bill was $41. The food came out and nothing was "so fresh". Chicken was cold and chewy. The noodles were either so hard I couldn't chew them or they were cold mush. I barely got any kale or toppings I ordered. My coworker's salad was half brown lettuce. She ate around it. I ended up throwing more than half my bowl away. The tea was watered down and gross. The worst part was both the bathrooms were out of service. There was a smell coming from them that was so foul it was hard to stay inside. So many better options in the area! I won't be back. read more

I popped in and was immediately greeted and told if I downloaded the app scanning the QR store in app (since it was my first time) I could get $5 off my order. Which was true. The workers were so friendly and informative! For them alone I'd go back. The restaurant was clean and well spaced, music was nice in the background and overall loved the natural lighting. The food 10/10 was DELICIOUS! I chose to make my own bowl and added blackened salmon and the poke tuna and both were amazing. The blackened salmon was well seasoned and didn't even need a sauce. All the ingredients felt fresh and the portion sizing was just right. I had some the next day and it was still tasty warmed up! I even got the smoothie and they were kind enough to add protein to it. I was really looking forward to trying SoFresh for the first time, but unfortunately it was a letdown. When I walked in, I told the front associate it was my first time and that I wasn't sure what to order and could use a little help. Instead of being welcoming or offering suggestions, she seemed very dismissive and standoffish. Because of that, I just said never mind and ordered from the tablet instead. When my food came out, the portion size was disappointing. There was so little in the bowl that you could literally see the bottom of it because nothing was covering it. I went back to the counter and showed the associate and asked if I could get more rice. Her response was that she didn't work in the back so she didn't make it, but she did give me one additional scoop of rice. Overall, the customer service and portion size did not make for a great first impression. Ordered twice at this location and it's a good place for healthy options. I have tried both the Bangkok warm bowl and the Poke warm bowl and I personally like the Poke more. Keep in mind, each bowl does not include the protein so that's an additional price but they do offer suggestions that pair well with the base. I will start off by saying I do enjoy the SoFresh brand. Many locations have been starting to go downhill in terms of quality and staffing. My go to protein is usually the salmon or the blackened chicken. I've been eating it for years and realize they've been cutting back on the portions, smaller and smaller, and the quality of the fish tends to vary every time. The staff at this location 90% of the time is quite welcoming and always has a smile. The inside of the store is usually clean. I've seen it quite dirty before, but it was a busy day. Overall if you haven't eaten here yet I'd still recommend however don't order too much at once. my last order I did get food poisoning though so I hope that this new staff they have works on food safety a bit more.Don't waste your money on the smoothies either. read more

The food that arrived tasted good. However, we were not provided what we ordered. Added avocado to two Caesar wraps for $1.99 each, neither had avocado. We ordered a quesadilla without chicken and it arrived with chicken. The bathrooms were in a state of disrepair. The women's bathroom had shit all over the toilet. The men's cleaning log hadn't been updated since 11/18 on 12/08. The freshness of the food at this point would be questionable. Eat here with caution. read more

Great food and fresh. I love how they renovated the dining room. It's even brighter and open now with more room to walk. There's a secret parking lot in the back that you don't have to deal with the traffic of the large shopping center where it's located. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. One of the best fast casual healthy spots in all of Tampa. I got a comfort bowl for $10.99 with garlic herb chicken added $3.19. The food was fresh, and delicious! Order the food at the counter and then they will bring the food to your table. I also tried a boca fiesta wrap for $8.49 + $3.19 with grilled citrus chicken added. I got food poisoning from this place on May 11th. I never have stomach problems, but after eating here I had a horrible stomach pain that lasted for 5-6 hours. I had to take medication to remedy the situation. I didn't have any food prior that day and was in great health and mood right before I ate, so there is no doubt in my head that the food here made me sick. This has not happened to me in ages! Not sure what kind of practices you have when it comes to washing produce, employee washing hands and using fresh ingredients but something definitely was wrong with the food you sold me on May 11th at 11.05am. I was supposed to spend the day at Busch gardens right after and ended up barely making it there for a few hours, and then rushing to the pharmacy. Wasted $40 on bad food, my health suffered and my Busch gardens experience was a waste which is not cheap in itself. read more

May I suggest: In times of this wicked pandemic its good to know there's still fresh healthy choices that I love and enjoy. You can still dine in and I do believe seating is limited, but I'm not completely sure about that as the dining area doesn't get very packed. I've been eating here since they have first debut back in I think 2014, and although the menu has changed quite a bit, the concept stays the same. You can customize your meal in anyway you wish, whether wrap, salad, or bowl. One of my favorite creations is their skinny bowl, which is zucchini noodles loaded with lots of veggies and pesto sauce. I had it with salmon today and it was delicious and shockingly filling, so don't let its name fool you. They have the nutritionals on their website, which helps if you are trying to stay on track of what you eat. There's also alot of choices here, so you won't get bored. read more

I ordered the Poke bowl $8.99 and Wild Caught Ahi $6.49 for my protein. I also ordered a Waterloo Sparkling water $2.39. They offer Pressed juices for about $8 a bottle. My bowl was delicious, and very filling. I would come back again but definitely not often. Great concept and friendly staff but, the place is filthy from the chairs ripping inside to the tables being dirty and even by the outside facing windows being filled with dead dried worms and bugs. The outside had flies all over. This is "healthy" fast food. The food was blah and not that tasty to the point that I didn't care to finish my plate. The prices are a bit high for the quality of food and location. First time trying so fresh and I thought it was good. I do feel like it lacked the flavor. It is a healthy option which is amazing. I like that they have vegan vegetarian pescatarian steak chicken, so they have options. I got my salmon with veggies and it was good, they forgot the balsamic dressing so it didn't have as much flavor but went for a remake and had some extra balsamic and it tasted so different. The place from outside you'd think it's like a fast food place but it's good. I got their strawberry banana smoothie, it's non dairy and I thought it was alright. I Wana really impressed with the taste honestly. Overall I would give it 4/5. I have tried others in the area similar to this I had better taste with food.
