Chicken Gyro Sandwich

Zeko's takes fast food to a whole new level! The food here is served quick, flavorful, and for the most part healthy when compared to other fast food alternatives. The food here is real and you can rest assured that you aren't consuming something that is ultra processed, frozen, and fried. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quick bite in a pinch, have a late night craving, or are in the mood for some Greek/Mediterranean food. The restaurant is open till 9pm for either dine in or take out service, and the drive thru is open until 4am (really can't beat this late night spot). The take out experience was very quick and took about 8 minutes. I was satisfied in the way everything was wrapped. Food: We ordered two chicken gyros with a side of fries. It was so flavorful and fresh! Everything came out piping hot, especially the fries. The portion was large and we had absolutely no complaints. The tzatziki sauce was delicious and generously drizzled on top. The chicken was nicely cooked and they definitely didn't skimp on the portion. We were left happy and full!

2 stars for the delicious food, however they hire a girl named Precious with the worse attitude and customer service who rolls her eyes if you ask any question about the food. I asked if I can try a sample of the beef or steak to choose what I like, she just said "nah" and rolled her eyes. She just did not want to be there. I'd rather go another place next time than start my food with a negative unwelcoming attitude.

Yummy! Ordering was super easy, and the staff was friendly, funny, and clearly enjoying her job, which made the experience even better. The food was prepared to perfection! I dined in, and the area was clean with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a great spot to enjoy a good meal.

Fish Special

I would easily pay $15.99 + tip + tax at 7pm, instead this meal was $8.99 at 1 AM. Large serving and the food was very tasty. Miss Precious was also super kind to me and my friend. Service was great!

Chicken Gyro Sandwich

Solid Mediterranean food. They have really good falafel and an excellent deal on it too! 12 falafel for only $13.99 and it comes woth tahini and bread on the side. The falafel was crispy, fresh, and a good size. The beef kufta was also tasty. Tender and well seasoned meat. The rice and chop salad sides were just ok. Lastly the chicken gyro with a side of fires was ok. The sandwich was good with tzatziki sauce but the chicken was a bit dry and the fries were average. Nothing really stood out on that dish. The service speed was average and the ambiance is like a sit down fast casual restaraunt. Would recommend if you're looking for a mediterranean food fix at this price point.

Chicken gizzards

Another day, another falafel taste test in Tampa! I like that the food here is made to order, and I'm definitely a fan of the falafel. The menu says the falafel wrap is served "on our Home Made Flat Bread with a mix of Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumbers and top it with our own Tahini Sauce" but it was filled with pickles too and the wrap seemed like a typical burrito tortilla purchased from a store. I ended up opening it up and eating the falafel and veggies with a fork (minus the pickles). The large amount of tahini resulted in a messy dish, but overall it did taste good! I brought a 13-year old with me, and it was her first time trying gizzards -- she loved them! We both thought the fries were the right amount of crispy on the outside, too.

Baklava was good.

First time ordering. We picked up our order on a Saturday afternoon. It's located on a busy road right next to a 275 entrance. It surprised me to see potato salad in my Greek salad. I try to avoid potatoes as much as I can because I gain weight so easily but I was so hungry and it tasted so good that I ate it all. Ordered a side of lamb meat that was delicious. My husband had a gyro that he really liked. Don't forget the baklava. Yummy! We will be back.

Hummus is surprisingly good - plenty of pita bread to accompany

There was one other couple ahead of me, and only one person working, so I did wait a bit, which was fine since I needed to peruse the menu. There are a few tables inside to eat at, but I chose one of the three outside tables. After conferring with the couple in front of me, I decided to go with the Mezze platter - your choice of 5 items. I thought it was expensive at $24, but it seemed to be the best way to try a wide variety of things. The five items I got, ranked from best to least best: 2 falafels-really good, hummus-very good, cucumber salad-good, cous cous-fine, beet salad-meh. Make sure you ask for the hot sauce - it jazzed everything up. The platter was served with a couple of pieces of pita, but there really needed to be more to dip into all the salads. The only available drinks were to purchase bottled water or bottled soda. I only ate about a third, but I will say it did not travel well. Because three of the salads were placed in the same section, by the next day all three salads were a combined soggy mess, and the only part that was still edible was the hummus. I did enjoy the food, and the worker was incredibly friendly and hospitable, but it was a bit too pricey for one lunch for me.

The decor is sophisticated without feeling pretentious, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was polished, attentive, and well-paced, allowing us to enjoy the evening without feeling rushed. It's lively- too loud for a first date. The highlight of the meal was the tableside chicken Parmesan, which we tried with both vodka sauce and traditional marinara. Both preparations were excellent, and the tableside presentation was a nice touch. It's refreshing to see a restaurant put this much effort into both the food and the dining experience. The only minor criticism was the lasagna, which was slightly oversalted. A little more restraint with the seasoning would have made it a much better dish. As someone who appreciates good Italian cooking, I particularly enjoyed the attention to presentation and the opportunity to experience two different preparations of a classic dish. Olivia's gets a lot of things right. Beautiful surroundings, professional service, and well-executed food made for a memorable evening. Definitely a restaurant I would return to. Lots of gf options

I have had the privilege to order from them a few times recently. First I experienced their famous Nattiez Pattiez. These are basically like "hot pockets for adults". They are garlic butter infused dough that is stuffed with pasta, sauce, vegan cheese and lentil crumbles. These have to be shipped overnight, so I set up a delivery time instead of paying the overnight shipping cost. It was easy to arrange a time and they were delivered right on schedule by one of the owners. Taste wise.... incredible! I loved each and ever one of the ten I ate. My next order came through the mail and featured four of their cakes in a jar. I ordered a pumpkin, carrot, Oreo and Snickerdoodle. I was blown away by the carrot and pumpkin. The others were really good too but I preferred the veggie cakes. Through their website, Vegg'd Out also offers other sweets, cookies and specials based on the season. Like right now you can get a tin of holiday cookies. All their items are vegan and some, if not all, come with the option of being infused. The decor was the same and lovely but with the change in food and service, I have to believe that there was a change in ownership or attitude. Previously, the food was lively, tasty, and very fresh. Service, despite it being a buffet, was attentive and helpful. I could understand the crowds waiting to be seated. This time when we arrived, there was no wait and many empty tables. Hmm . . . Then the food - bland, bad, and not fresh. The paneer was tough, the chicken chewy, and all greasy in a very bad way. This is in comparison to our previous meals as well as our experience eating in some acclaimed Indian restaurants. Service was abysmal. The staff grouped by the station without purpose - no one asking if we wanted drinks, how our meal was, or even offering the bill. Given this, it's highly unlikely that we'd ever try it again. The experience was insulting regardless of cost. PS they remove bad reviews from Google. As I posted there, I saw 4 other 1 star reviews for today and now they are gone
