    Short rib agnolotti
    Sequoyah V.

Went here for our anniversary dinner. Our server was great and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the Brussel sprout appetizer and it was probably some of the best Brussels we've ever had 10/10. My husband ordered the bolognese and he said it was average a 6.5/10. I ordered the short rib agnolotti and added steak tips, it was delicious 9/10. The drinks were well made. Ordered the flourless chocolate cake, we werent fan of it. It was more of a thick chocolate mousse, makes sense being that it was flourless. The quality was great though. The establishment is beautiful, clean and elegant.

I was excited to visit the Tampa Olivia restaurant for brunch as I enjoy the St. Pete location. The dining room is bright and beautiful. My party was celebrating two friend's birthday and was immediately seated at our reservation time. Kate our server was super helpful and friendly. I initially ordered the prime burger and asked for it to be well done. Once I received my plate, I was ready to dig in and decided to cut the burger in half as it was so big. Good thing I did because the burger was totally rare on the inside. In the meantime, I decided to eat my side of couscous and discovered there was hair in couscous. I informed the server and she took the dish to the back. The manager did come to the table and was apologetic about the undercooked burger. I decided to order the chicken and doughaffle, instead of another burger, which was cooked to perfection. I would come back for that dish alone.

So this was our first experience at Olivia and it was a good one. You must try the Chicken Parmesan served at table side it was amazing. The vanilla butter is a must try on a croissant. The pizzas are amazing as well. Great atmosphere and good service. Free valet

We had an amazing girls night here on Thursday night. It was definitely packed. Despite the busy restaurant service was so fast and friendly and so attentive with table wipe downs in between courses . We made a reservation early for 530 parking lot was small, but they have complementary valet, which is so convenient. They have a special vegan menu and vegetarian options as well and the drinks were awesome as well. I got the strawberry Fields mocktail, which was perfect. I also got the spicy vodka sauce, pasta, and the olive oil cake dessert which was so delicious. Would highly recommend for dinner out or girls night.

Went to Olivia after reading about it for a while and it did not disappoint. Beautiful setting although much louder than expected. Our server was excellent and advised us of her recommendations, which were spot on. We started with the garlic bread, which was unique and delicious, probably the best we've ever had. We also tried the brussel sprouts and again some of the best we've ever tried. My wife loved the arancini as well. But the star of the night was the viral chicken parmigiana, which was massive and delicious. I added a side of cacio and pepe pasta to finish off the dish. The attention from management was also top notch as they knew we were celebrating our anniversary so they brought a glass of champagne for my wife and non-alcoholic drink for me (I was driving) I even received an email from the general manager the next morning. Overall a 5 star experience and we will definitely be back.

This was my first time visiting Olivia in St. Pete - we were seeing a show at American Stage early afternoon and had wanted to go. I had visited the one in Tampa, which I enjoyed. The food was very good, but the service was a bit slow. I would leave more time in the future if I was going to see a show as it became a more leisurely breakfast/brunch experience than we had hoped for. I would definitely go back though - the food was high-quality and tasted good! I would also want to go back for dinner. The atmosphere is bright and trendy -- a really good spot for a Sunday morning brunch. We enjoyed the wild mushroom crostino with poached eggs, the avocado crostino also with poached eggs and the goat cheese sformato (which is actually an appetizer but plenty for breakfast/brunch if you wanted something delicious but not too heavy). Our friends ordered some cocktails as well as they were equally as delicious! Yum!

Olivia's is one of my favorite places to celebrate my birthday--this was my third year in a row, and I still absolutely love it! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and the wait staff is always great. Our waitress this year was amazing--attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered four appetizers, and everything was delicious. My all-time favorite is the burrata, but the Parmesan bread is a very close second--so good! Their pizzas are always good , I myself went with the filet mignon, and it was perfectly cooked. The only thing that would make this place 100% perfect is the noise level. It was quite loud--we had a hard time hearing each other, and even our waitress struggled to hear us at times. Overall, still one of my favorite spots, especially for special occasions!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Now as you know by now, I tend to be a bit snobby when it comes to Italian food. This place has by far exceeded any expectations I had. We started with beverages, the Italian lemonade is delicious with you feeling like you are sitting amoungst a lemon tree farm. For appetizers we got: Garlic bread- I have never had garlic bread like this before! Delicious!!! We had the Burrata, OMG the Pesto sauce that comes with it- Never in my life have I had a creamier, smoother, fresher Pesto. Absolutely incredible! For main dishes, my husband got the restaurant special chicken parmagiana, served table side with the fresh mozerella, parmasean, fontina spicy vodka sauce. He still hasn't stopped raving about it. I got the Caccio de Pepe- delicious! To top everything off, the Waffles Bomboloni- OMG died and went to heaven!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. All in all, especially for the price, for true delicious Italian food- Incredible service and a great experience- definitely come here!!!

Wow. I don't even have words for how much I loved Olivia. This has to be some of the best Italian food I have ever had. We ordered the garlic bread, mini rigatoni, and table side chicken parm. There was not a single bad bite! Olivia is on the corner of W Swann and Henderson. The restaurant is visually stunning and everyone was super nice. They offer valet and self parking options. We also got the spritz and Sicilian lemonade to drink. I cannot wait to come back and try more!!

I like that it's a stand alone restaurant and very elegant. We went for Mother's Day and most tables had vases of pretty fresh flower arrangements. So many yummy things on the menu. My daughter had us split a croissant with fresh strawberry jam as an appetizer. For our meal I chose the waffle with ricotta and strawberries and my daughter had the frittata. Our server told me that their waffle maker was putting charred material on the waffle so if I wanted I could switch to bombini's with the same topping. 5 minutes later he said there was still one good waffle available. I took that waffle. Unfortunately there still was a tiny bit of charred specs on my waffle. The wait service is spectacular!

Visited Olivia in Tampa for a special occasion. Major letdown. I responded to the manager's email a couple of months ago to share our disappointing experience, but we never received a reply. The place looks nice. We arrived for our reservation at 8:45 pm, hoping to avoid some of the crowd. Nope! It was very loud and busy! Inside also looks nice, just very noisy. Unfortunately, the food was all disappointing. The service started well but declined to the point of being ignored by the end (my fiancé and I both spent several years as servers, so we are empathetic, pleasant, and patient). We really had high hopes after reading the reviews. But after talking with several other couples since then, they all said the same thing: the Tampa location isn't good, but the St. Pete location is great. We started with the Coccoli Fritto, which was nothing special, so we wouldn't recommend it. We also ordered the Wagyu Carpaccio, which was okay. The Wagyu was good, but there was just so little of it. I forget what it was served over, which might indicate it was underwhelming. For entrées to pair with the Pinot Noir, we had the squid-ink pasta and the Agnolotti. My fiancée didn't care for the pasta, but I thought it was okay. It's definitely al dente if you want it otherwise. The portion was on the smaller side, and on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 6. Nothing to write home about. She got the Agnolotti and said it was good. I did not care for it at all. I bought $100 in holiday gift certificates to get a $20 bonus gift certificate. I spoke to the manager at length around 4 pm to make sure I could use all $120 in GCs that night. When I tried to pay, they wouldn't accept the $20 gift certificate. I informed the server of the manager I spoke with earlier, and all the details. He took it to a different manager who never visited us, didn't care about the earlier confirmation, and denied us its use. I don't want it to go to waste, so I guess we'll try the St. Pete location next time we're in that area. Fingers crossed! We recommend going elsewhere and are putting far less faith into the whole Michelin Star system (not our only Michelin disappointment recently).

Soppressata pizza- salami and spicy honey

We had a table for 8 for brunch a few Sundays ago and this was a meal of gluttonous proportions. I believe we ordered all the apps. Literally all of them. We got the Waffle Bombolini that came with a chocolate and caramel spread. These were more like cake donuts that looked like waffles and probably should have been our dessert. Very tasty. The meatballs were solid, the truffle fries were perfectly crisp pillows of heaven, and then there was the garlic bread. I could write a 1000-word essay on this garlic bread. This was by far the best garlic bread I have ever eaten. The bread was crisp on the outside, slightly doughy in the middle with slivers of fresh garlic and tons of butter. Phenomenal. After chowing on all of this for a while we ordered entrees. 3 of us just decided to split 2 pizzas: The Soppressata and the Honey and ham. The honey and ham was by far the better of the 2 with that salty/sweet combo. The Soppressata was pretty good but I didn't like the chili powder flavor on a pizza. It wasn't awful but not to my taste. The service was perfect; the food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice.

Absolutely no complaints here! This was our first time at Olivia and it did not disappoint. Every single one of our dishes came out warm, fresh and delicious- we even took a dessert to go! Our waitress, Diane was incredible, offering suggestions to us as first timers, checking in on us regularly and providing us an overall great experience. When we first arrived, we were slightly worried about the noise and cool temperatures. However, it warmed up once we settled in and the noise really didn't end up bothering us but we sat right next to each other. Will 1000% be coming back!

Do they split checks for large parties?

Yes but they will add gratuity for parties over a certain number of people.

Is there a dress code or anything like that for dining in the restaurant?

There is not a dress code necessarily. People tend to dress nicely... I have seen people wear jeans with nice tops, cute dresses, sometimes a little fancier outfits maybe, and even nice shorts outfits.

Is there music nightly- live or not?

Every time I've gone there hasn't been live music

    What are your vegan options?

Yes. They have a separate vegan and gluten free menu!

    Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays?

    Yes

    What is the parking situation?

Self parking or valet, I have used both..

Is there a kids menu available?

No, but they do have some pizzas to choose from, & a Mac n cheese.

Do they have any vegan options on their menu?

Yes. And most dishes are easily customizable.

Hello, our corkage fee is $30. We kindly ask that our guests ONLY bring in bottles of wine that are NOT on our current wine list.

Do they offer weekend brunch drink specials?

They do offer weekend brunch drinks (I had Bellini), but not sure about specials on that

(though still comically high) Rocca continues to be solid, if not spectacular. Two things I think hold it back; first, value. The prices feel too high relative to the portion/tastiness. A great comparison restaurant to Rocca would be Rezdora in Manhattan. I would put Rezdora a few rungs above Rocca in quality/flavor (it's one of the top 100 restaurants in NYC per the NY Times and has a Michelin star, very different than landing one in Tampa) yet the prices at Rocca are effectively the same (each have a traditional ragu at $28). You also don't have to look as far as Manhattan. Just across the bay is Elliott Aster who I think delivers more delicious food, in heartier portions, at a better price point. Given Rocca is perpetually fully-booked, Tampa is obviously okay with their prices, so I suppose 'don't hate the player' (you can't begrudge anyone from charging what they can in this restaurant environment), but for me the value isn't there. Second - I think the inside could use some work. Looking at Eliott Aster, Predalina, or Ponte you can see an example of more elevated interior design. I think Rocca comes off more kitschy than 'homey'.

I made a reservation on Open Table for 2 p.m. My husband and I live in the South Shore area and one of our sons lives in St. Petersburg. For each of us, it's a 45 minute to an hour drive to get to Casa Santo Stefano. My husband (the Dad whom we were celebrating) and I arrived @ 1:45. We get to the door with about 10 other patrons and the door is LOCKED. After a couple of minutes, the door opens and we're told the restaurant is closed due to an "emergency" but that the restaurant may open later that night and anyone with a reservation was notified. I checked my phone and received an email from Open Table stating " the restaurant canceled your reservation" at 1:10 p.m. Everyone was already on the road and we don't check emails while driving. Why not post a sign on the door instead of having patrons stand outside in 100° heat wondering what happened? We didn't see emergency personal, a fire truck or ambulance, so thankfully it wasn't anything catastrophic. Knowing the Columbia and Casa Santo Stefano are owned by the same family, we walked to the Columbia, they graciously honored our reservation. We had a great meal even though it wasn't the Italian Sunday pasta we were anticipating. Someone told me Casa posted that they were open at 4 p.m. on Monday. Good thing we didn't wait around on Sunday. Casa Santo Stefano, how about doing right by your disappointed patrons? How about comping a meal for Dad or least a complimentary glass of wine, coffee and dessert so I can change this 1 star review to a 5 star!

They also don't allow kids, so the atmosphere stays quiet and intimate. they're only open for dinner and take out seemed busy. There was also a standard 20% tip no matter the party size which I was fine with as service was outstanding! Osteria Natalina is a hidden gem. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Our server Madeline was very helpful and recommended the Farfalle Luigi with the house made sausage. It was perfectly creamy and savory and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Pasquale's. My boyfriend got the Nonna Tina Lasagna and it was very delicious as well. The meat sauce was the best I've had in Tampa. For an appetizer we had the bruschetta which you could smell and taste how fresh it was. Finally we had the limoncello cake which was also so fresh and moist we finished it within 2 minutes. Definitely would come here again!

The food simply isn't on the same level as other Italian restaurants in Tampa. We ordered the bruschetta as one of our appetizers, and it was disappointing. The bread was barely toasted, there was no mozzarella, no balsamic drizzle--just plain bread with chopped tomatoes in a bowl, and not even Roma tomatoes. My chicken parm was equally underwhelming. It came as two chicken breasts with sauce and cheese, but they weren't pounded thin and they weren't breaded! I'm Italian, and this is definitely not authentic chicken parm. They mentioned having a chef, but if that's the case... he must of been off that night!

Their HH runs until 6pm every day and I HIGHLY recommended making a trip for it. The menu advertises pizza by the slice but it actually comes with 2 slices! My partner and I each got a pizza and then split the truffles fries and chicken wings, all on the HH menu. Everything was phenomenal. I can't wait for their location in st Pete to open soon, I will definitely be paying a visit.

It was very busy but that didn't affect our service or our food, we started with some wings and a couple drinks, I am a fan of Hugo spritz, and this one was very good! My husband does not drink, so we are always looking for fun mocktails! He tried the Kiwi-osity, I also tried a sip and it was delicious! We also ordered some calamari, it was pretty average, but okay! Now, their truffle fries are out of this world, very well balanced! But the star of the day was my wedge salad, the mix between all the ingredients is just a match made in heaven! The shrimp that I choose to add was also very well seasoned and tasty! I am sure coming back to try something from their dinner menu. Paige was our waitress, she was wonderful and so sweet! I have to come back during the week to admire a little more the atmosphere, I always take a peak of their bar, and it looked very beautiful! I have to come back and sit there! Their patio is also beautiful!

She gave great recommendations and gave us all the time we needed. And on top of it with the water top offs. The restaurant was decorated great. A gorgeous pizza oven in the corner really makes the place come together. The food was delicious, I mean so so so good. All the pastas and sauces are made in house. The gnocchi I got was probably the best I've ever had. Fresh warm bread was brought out with a just amazing oil and spices. Right now they have a special going on for HALF OFF FOOD every Monday and Wednesday in June and July!!!! Such a great deal!!! The owner even gave us a free slice of lemonchello cake after our meal which was so kind, that was also so good and moist. Couldn't recommend this place more!!! Great for a date night or evening with friends/family.

This place is tucked into a quaint spot on the outskirts of Hyde Park and I somehow have never noticed it! Starting off, the staff is so friendly and restaurant is very cozy + old Italian vibes. The complimentary bread and oil dip was fantastic. The oil was one of the best I've EVER had a restaurant - so. much. flavor. A ton of great options to choose from, but we decided pasta was the move. The Pappardelle Bolognese was delicious! Loved the flavor + meat ratio, as well as the thick pasta noodles! The lasagna was piping hot and also one of the best we've ever had at a restaurant. We finished with cannolis for dessert. There is a hint of lemon in the filling, and I personally am not a fan of citrus in desserts, but they were still good. My partner really enjoyed them. I cannot recommend this place enough if you love traditional + classic family style Italian!!
