If you like Vegan, You'll love Lotus Vegan Restaurant. The menu is several pages long and features every category of dining from appetizers to deserts. I started off with Fresh Sprouts Rolls (2 for $8.99) and Basil Rolls (2 for $6.99). They were both wrapped in rice paper so you can really enjoy the tasty ingredients. Each came with a different dipping sauce. Then I went with the Portobella Noodle ($17.99). I'm happy to report that there were more fresh vegetable & mushrooms than noodles and included a savory sauce. Our waitress, Lee, was attentive and helpful (Although to be for we arrived at 11am when they opened and were the only customers) The restaurant is nicely decorated with vegan information posters, books, and grocery items for sale.

I was given a recommendation to try this place. It was as good as I was told. Quick friendly service. Good was amazing! Ambience is a bit basic but as long as I'm getting great food at a great price, then I'm good. Can't wait to go back and try more things.

Portobello noodle soup that was filled with vegetables and a soup base that was so delicious!!

This is my first time at a purely vegan restaurant and I must say why haven't I tried one before? The food is so flavorful and fresh! Menu is huge! You will definitely find something you like here. Atmosphere is laid back with some light back ground music. They offer vegan shelf products, baked goods and vegan shirts to take home. Several people came and picked up orders to go. If you are in this area, try this amazing place!!

Vegan wings

With easily the largest vegan menu I've ever seen, lotus vegan doesn't disappoint. I went alone today and got the vegan wings and the Brussel sprout curry. The wings are so basic and delicious that my meat eating son would love them. Crispy and not spicy, they are a more delicious chicken tender. They come with a delicious ranch, but I used the house made chilis instead. The Brussel sprout curry, on the other hand, is original and amazing. Brussel sprouts, pineapple, great spice and soy protein, I left out the onions because I hate them, and the rice because I'm avoiding carbs, but she offered brown or white. Delicious and original. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Welcoming and kid friendly.

My mother is vegan & after reading about Lotus Vegan (LV), I begrudgingly took her there for her birthday. I am not vegan so my expectations were ignorant & low, lol. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu. The taste knocked me over in a great way. This was absolutely, astoundingly delicious. I'm still not a vegan, but I better understand now how vegan food doesn't have to be bad. LV produced an amazing product. I would even go back & have it again & again.

So awesome to find a vegan Asian restaurant! We are vegetarian, but also try to be vegan as much as possible. Service was fast and so friendly! The place also has vegan products for sale and cute shirts / totes and souvenirs for sale. Menu is soo big! I want to go back for the scallion pancakes, bao and dumplings! Everything was tasty and came out fast, easy parking in the rear. Would definitely recommend !

Lychee rose tea was good, I wanted more. I had the crispy cauliflower, I feel when I had et in th past et was more saucy. I had brown rice and would of loved sauce. Salad needed dressing. But I was happy for salad. I probably forgot to ask. I also had tempura seaweed snack to kill th hunger while I waited.

Good was sooo good! All menu is vegan. We took to go boxes because we can't have enough of it. Service is kind and really fast. Respectful and helpful. The environment is really good and calm and it tastes like real Vietnamese food

I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Vegan Restaurant! Friendly service, nice nature ambience I started with a delicious soft tato bun then, enjoyed a tasty peach tea with Boba refreshing and lightly sweet. The main course was vegan black pepper steak which was packed with flavor and loaded with fresh veggies like zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots, all served over brown rice with a tasty teriyaki sauce. A clean, satisfying meal that I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for flavorful vegan options!

OB.SESSED. OBSESSED! Might be my favourite restaurant in the Bay.... Both my carnivorous brothers, parents, & I all can eat together here because it's downright good food. As a vegan/vegetarian tho....the opportunities are endless!!!!! So goood!!!!

Adorable vegan place in Pinellas Park! Sweet and prompt service, and yummy food. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian even, but found it really tasty nonetheless. Very creative and extensive food and drink menu. Grass Jelly coffee is not to be missed. Can't wait to come back!! Please support this restaurant - it is a gem!!

Excellent vegan food, no meat or fish at this restaurant. The portions are just enough and the menu is great.

There are a total of 8 stations. 6 of which are savory foods, 1 dessert station, and 1 drinks station. We tried items we'd never had before and some classics. Our savory standouts were their mussels with scallions, bahn xeo (this fried savory shrimp crepe with scallions, & beans sprout), chao long (rice porridge with pork - so rich & delicious!), goi ga (insane chicken salad - has a nice lime and ginger sauce and topped with fried garlic and fried shallots. Not a salad girl at heart, but I loved this one), bahn tam bi (noodles with warm coconut cream, pork, pickled carrots+daikon, bean sprouts, lettuce, and toasted rice powder - it's savory, tangy, sweet, and herby, perfect), and their meats (chicken curry, lemongrass chicken, and braised beef). They also had a drinks station with milk tea, sweet tea, and water. For dessert, (forgive me I didn't take note of the name), we got a warm Mung bean rice pudding with coconut cream. Sweet, warm, comforting, a nice chew with the mung beans. We had some with and without the agar jelly. Both versions were excellent. The agar jelly adds another layer of texture and a coffee flavor. What a great experience. When I'm in the Tampa area, I'll definitely be back.

I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. With a little more variety, hotter food, and a few quality improvements, this place could easily be a worth the price. * Weekdays: $24/adult, kids are half price * Weekends: $29/adult, kids are half price *4 and under free

Everything we tried was delicious, authentic, and incredibly reasonably priced. The place is small but well kept. My mom tried their mì vịt tiềm (roast duck herbal noodle soup) and kept complimenting how good it was, which says a lot because she is a pretty picky eater herself! It's hard to find restaurants that serve such authentic Vietnamese food while still making you feel like the food was prepared with genuine care. The service was exceptional as well. The wife enjoyed a small roast quail for $5 and a serving of 5 garnished clams in the shells for $10. She did not like the $15 garnished bowl of beef slices/pig elbow/cheap canned luncheon meat/and pig blood noodle soup as she says it lacked flavor and she was not thrilled with the cook wiping down the countertop and handling her food with the same gloved hands. I only had a skewer of 4 large chunks of grilled pork belly at $7 and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll come back just for the pork belly. The vendors all were very polite and patient as we had many questions about prices and portion sizes. There was a DJ kicking out several nice tunes with his mixer. Nice job whoever you are! You do need to be vigilant when it comes to product prices. For example, a vendor was selling grilled wieners on a skewer for $7 each without bun, or typical condiments. I instead opted for a huge Sam's club polish dog in a bun with large 30 oz. drink with napkins and all the condiments I needed, and I topped it off with a rotisserie chicken, all, for a total of $6.81. There are some vendors with already cooked food for sale before opening. Parking gets challenging after opening so I would recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before opening for a better chance for a parking space. Overall, I had a nice time at Saigon Summer Nights this winter with its fun lively atmosphere and tasty food, for the most part. We will be back for sure!
