I was expecting a wait since they do not accept reservations but we were able to be seated immediately as a table of 4. During our meal, more people came in and it was busier. Great and quick service! I ordered the Southern Benny. I didn't remember seeing this as an option on the online menu but in person it was on the menu. Comes with two poached eggs over biscuits and ham. I ordered with a size of fingerling potatoes. Very good! Personally I would have preferred another meat instead of ham. read more

We did brunch today. Haven't been here in a while. Pizza,smashburger, salads and some of the salads were the non brunch items. Food came out and presentation good, but wasnt super hot. The food was warm/ room tempbat best. It wasnt busy so I don't understand the temperature on things. Our server was good and helped us out. Drinks were fast and good. Bridget brought one of our drinks and made us feel special. She was a joy. This was our 2nd visit to this Noble Crust. Fortunate to have got the same server as last time - Rustie. Brought some friend who also enjoyed it. Started with Mexican Mules which were tasty. The appetizer of FGBLT was very good - In this case the B was Pork Belly. Bronzed Salmon had some great flavors going on. Desert of Coconut Cream Pie ended the evening in a good way. The food is always great, but unfortunately I've had a couple of really questionable experiences with the servers here. On one visit, my server took my card to process the payment, selected a tip amount without my authorization, and signed the Toast payment screen on my behalf without ever showing me the screen or allowing me to select the tip or sign myself. That made me extremely uncomfortable. Another time, I came specifically for happy hour and ordered two martinis that I thought were $6 each. When I got the bill, I realized I had been charged $18 per martini, so I spent almost $40 on two drinks when even most of their regular cocktails are under $15. The first martini was also made with Svedka even though I asked for gin, and it was honestly one of the worst dirty martinis I've ever had. It tasted like it had a lot of sweet vermouth in it. I didn't make an issue of the vodka because I thought I was paying $6. My second martini was made with Bulldog gin. Had I known I wasn't getting the happy hour price and was being charged $18 per drink, I would have at least ordered Hendrick's. I really like the food here, which is why I've continued coming back, but these experiences have made me much more cautious about checking my bill and payment screen. read more

Our waitress was very busy but our meals came promptly and were exactly what we ordered. The ambience is a little crowded for my taste. Hard to hear each other speak when it's packed. I've never had a bad meal at Noble Crust, and I've been to several locations over the years - multiple meals, various drinks, etc., and the nail it. Every. Single. Time. Service has never been short of top notch. The ambiance is always comfortable and inviting. They have something for everyone on the menu, including for brunch/lunch and dinner. On the most recent visit, I finally tried their kale Caesar salad, which was so good we ate it too fast to take a photo. Also finally got to try their rigatoni with house made impossible meatballs. It was so fresh and flavorful, and I so appreciate them having vegetarian options across their entire menu. I also loved the crispiness of the garlic bread. At first they brought me the regular fries which are good too but it's worth paying a little extra for the truffle fries. They were super fresh, perfectly crispy, and well seasoned. Everything tasted good and was well prepared, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! First time trying this place and it was fantastic. We had reservations but got there a little early and were able to choose from different tables. The fried green tomato app blends the fried fruit with pimento cheese and pork belly, a combination that was as surprising as how much we liked it. The bucatini and meatballs was perfect, with meatballs that were somehow light and which fell apart gently under a fork. The chicken parm was also great, but def heavier than the bucatini. Unfortunately, Noble Crust was a big letdown. I had high hopes based on the photos and reviews, but the overall dining experience missed the mark for me. One bright spot was our server who was kind and attentive throughout our meal. We started off with their No Mojitos as our drinks and their pepperoni pizza. The drinks were absolutely amazing so we were thrilled that things were starting off well. The pizza was average. For our entrees we ordered the steak frites and beef ragu. The steak frites wasn't cooked to the correct temp we ordered and was forgettable. The beef ragu was not enjoyable.. the pasta was warm, but topped with cold cheese that started creating a liquidy mess at the bottom of the dish. We ended things off with their warm cinnamon apple cobbler and somehow even this was bad. The "cobbler" was an extremely hard topping that was overcooked and just snapped in half. Our server told us "it's cooked in the pizza oven so be careful it's hot" and honestly I can see how the topping of the cobbler became that rock hard. I had a lovely dinner at Noble Crust. The restaurant ambiance is meant to be fun and social. We got there at 5:45, but at 6:00, the manager lowered the lights and raised the music. Brooke was a sweet server. She had a full section, but always managed to meet all our needs. I asked her to choose between two dishes, and she said I HAD TO get the Bronzed Salmon. It did not disappoint. The salmon was delish and the whipped potatoes were perfectly seasoned. I did push the golden raisins to the side because I found them unnecessary for the dish, and the cauliflower was pretty raw (I don't think it was supposed to be) but still full of flavor. We got a pitcher of the White Sangria, which was super yummy and refreshing. Lastly, for dessert, we got the chocolate pecan pie. I'm on the fence with that one. It arrived a little deflated. I think it would have been better cold or hot. Room temperature wasn't at it's best. read more

Let me just say, I was pleasantly surprised at my pleasure in dinner tonight. Service, especially the greeter, was excellent the whole night. Our waiter was professional and friendly and the manager working tonight, checked in on us which was nice. The decor and atmosphere feels upscale but it's an affordable restaurant. The menu had quite an interesting flavor profile that I would NEVER put together but it all worked great. My sister had the salmon which had raisins in it. Yes raisins. They could have skipped that part but everything else was delicious. I had the figgy piggy pizza which was an awkward combination of flavors that worked so great together. We shared a pitcher of white sangria which was fruity, sweet, refreshing and phenomenal. And we capped off the night with their chocolate pecan pie. Again, odd flavors but they worked. what an absolutely incredible food journey this was from start to finish. The fried green tomato with tabasco honey glazed pork belly was amazing. Id say it's a must get to start. The southern fried chicken was solid and the mac n cheese with watermelon salad was unique and incredible. The pizza. Wow. Peach on a pizza? Yes. The vibe was quite lively and nice. The food actually came out fairly quick so A+ on that with the service. I personally feel that the cocktail and drink prices were great. $10 for a cocktail is a win.
