At first I didn't understand the hype about Cold stone but I believe I understand now. You can literally create your own masterpiece, who doesn't want to create their own masterpiece!! The customer service is always great here, my only complaint here is the topping are near the register, I wish they were closer to the ordering station. It makes it kind of hard to choose your toppings without getting in peoples way. Other than that I love cold stone and I especially love the fact that they have a dairy free option! I always go for the dairy free Silk Option Also they have a loyalty program so sign up so you can save some cash. I recently saved $5 on an almost $9 Gotta have it. Definitely check them out! Getting Ice cream can be such an impromptu activity. I came here after 2P on a Monday after experiencing an afternoon of car trouble because we know ice cream makes everything better. With no crowd, we took our time ordering and even ate inside which is a rarity since the table is usually always occupied. This is the opinion of a man in his late 30s so take that into account. My wife and I came here randomly on a busy Saturday night. The line was out the door and they actually did seem like they are fully staffed, they just had a ton of customers. It must have taken us at least 20 minutes to just order our cones. For the ice cream, I got the cookie doughnut signature in a waffle cone and the wife got a cake batter. We came here because it was where we went on our first date and I think my tastes have changed. Both of us agreed it was like simply biting into a big bowl of sugar with some slight other flavorings on top. To be honest there are a few other ice cream spots in the area that are just a short drive away and have much better tastes and shorter lines. Be warned, if you come here, the parking lot SUCKS. It has narrow corners, limited parking and is very packed most of the time. I know there is parking around back so you may want to look for that and take a walk. read more

I had a Cold Stone Creamery gift card from back in the old days that I just needed to get rid of so I decided to stop by on a whim on a Monday night at 8:00pm and the staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful. I asked to try the chocolate and it was good. I asked for it with oreos in a waffle cone and she got right into making it for me. It was neat to watch but when it came to my total, it was almost $7 for my ice-cream! I could've just drove over to Sam's Club and picked up a box of ice-cream! It was expensive and it tasted good but I don't think I would've stopped in if I didn't have that gift card. Now that I am gift-card-less, I definitely don't think I would stop in again. I had the BEST ice cream today and I just had to come leave a review. There were so many good choices i almost drove myself sick with my indecisiveness! I ended up creating this ice creation that had brownies and gummy bears and everything -- and the young lady somehow mixed it up so well to where I got a bite of everything with every bite! Tonight we put in an order and paid through their app. When we get there to pick it up they say then never got the order and would make it right away. When we get home - we realize they made the wrong size and when we call to get the issue corrected they first wanted to verify with the person that made it to see if we were lying and then said all they can do is remake it if we brought it back knowing they would close in only a few minutes. They wouldn't offer a credit to our account or refund of any kind. So be sure to check your pick up orders because the store makes it your hassle to get it fixed. read more

I came here last night at 8 pm and the girl helping me (Rebecca) was incredibly rude and gave me an immense amount of attitude. She was constantly rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks. I am honestly out of words for the service that I just got. I just came up there in order $45 and ice cream. I literally had 4 to 5 pieces of long hair inside of my ice cream. I called up to let I don't know the situation and they want me to drive 30 minutes back. I asked if they could take the number on my receipt and give me a credit for another ice cream at the minimum.
