At first I didn't understand the hype about Cold stone but I believe I understand now. You can literally create your own masterpiece, who doesn't want to create their own masterpiece!! The customer service is always great here, my only complaint here is the topping are near the register, I wish they were closer to the ordering station. It makes it kind of hard to choose your toppings without getting in peoples way. Other than that I love cold stone and I especially love the fact that they have a dairy free option! I always go for the dairy free Silk Option Also they have a loyalty program so sign up so you can save some cash. I recently saved $5 on an almost $9 Gotta have it. Definitely check them out! P.s they have room inside if you'd like to stay and eat or you can order to go, you can ever order in advance. read more

I decided to stop by Cold Stone and receive a coupon I had received. The long was pretty long but it was a holiday weekend and hot so not shocking. The person who needed up helping me was friendly and efficient as he made my Oreo Birthday Cake ice cream. Please don't mind the melted picture - I didn't think to take a picture before the drive home! read more

I love cold stones they always create such a yummy thing for you to taste. There's so much love in every scoop.

Was craving some Cold Stone and I have to say they did not disappoint! I got the French vanilla with Heath Bar and it was so delicious! I don't go to Cold Stone that often but when I do it really changes your whole demeanor in a good way. The young lady who made my dessert was really friendly. The building was packed with people that night. read more

Stopped by Cold Stone today and had such a good experience! The ice cream was amazing and Ashi was super sweet and welcoming the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about customers. Definitely coming back :) read more

Getting Ice cream can be such an impromptu activity. I came here after 2P on a Monday after experiencing an afternoon of car trouble because we know ice cream makes everything better. With no crowd, we took our time ordering and even ate inside which is a rarity since the table is usually always occupied. The manager seemed to be training a new hire, so he was thorough and didn't miss a beat during our encounter from Order to Check Out. This made for an optimal experience as you can imagine lol this location has always been our Go-To in good and bad times and I don't see that changing anytime soon. read more

It feels like forever since I've been to a cold stone but man did it bring back memories! I used to eat cold stone on my lunch breaks because it wasn't the only thing local so I think I got sick of it at one point but I was grabbing a Togo order and saw them out the corner of my eye and decided to try them again! I got inside and there was only one person ahead of me so I was in the clear for ordering. I was stuck between getting a cake batter or Reese's lovers but ended up deciding on Reese's with a delicious butterfingers white chocolate waffle bowl and man oh man... It was so creamy and sweet and I thought the bowl might have been to much but honestly it was great it brought a nice crunch to the ice cream it was wonderful. read more

This is the opinion of a man in his late 30s so take that into account. My wife and I came here randomly on a busy Saturday night. The line was out the door and they actually did seem like they are fully staffed, they just had a ton of customers. It must have taken us at least 20 minutes to just order our cones. For the ice cream, I got the cookie doughnut signature in a waffle cone and the wife got a cake batter. We came here because it was where we went on our first date and I think my tastes have changed. Both of us agreed it was like simply biting into a big bowl of sugar with some slight other flavorings on top. To be honest there are a few other ice cream spots in the area that are just a short drive away and have much better tastes and shorter lines. Be warned, if you come here, the parking lot SUCKS. It has narrow corners, limited parking and is very packed most of the time. I know there is parking around back so you may want to look for that and take a walk. read more

I understand there are hardworking younger people who work here but I almost felt obligated to leave a "tip" when paying. The nice, young gentleman who prepared my ice cream, did so efficiently but when you get tablet turned and you see an option for a tip, I felt like I had to. I'm sorry but $5 and change isn't worth 1 scoop. I won't be back. read more

I had a Cold Stone Creamery gift card from back in the old days that I just needed to get rid of so I decided to stop by on a whim on a Monday night at 8:00pm and the staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful. I asked to try the chocolate and it was good. I asked for it with oreos in a waffle cone and she got right into making it for me. It was neat to watch but when it came to my total, it was almost $7 for my ice-cream! I could've just drove over to Sam's Club and picked up a box of ice-cream! It was expensive and it tasted good but I don't think I would've stopped in if I didn't have that gift card. Now that I am gift-card-less, I definitely don't think I would stop in again. It's just okay for ice-cream that's good but not great. read more

I had the BEST ice cream today and I just had to come leave a review. There were so many good choices i almost drove myself sick with my indecisiveness! I ended up creating this ice creation that had brownies and gummy bears and everything -- and the young lady somehow mixed it up so well to where I got a bite of everything with every bite! I'm having a greedy girl moment as I type this LOL It's been at least a year or more since I've stopped in to have ice cream, so I really enjoyed being able to break my diet and pig out on my favorite! They have this Whipped Lemon ice cream (non dairy) that was SO good! I almost got it but I didn't know how well it'd mix with brownies and I had my heart set on brownies. I just had to share! Try them out! read more

Went to this location to inquire about a ice cream cake since I was waiting for my to go food from Tsunami Didn't get the girls name with the long nails but she wasn't very knowledgeable the cake I was inquiring about. She said they did not have the decorations for the cake I was looking for and that it would take 7 to 10 days to get them. Which made absolutely made no sense... I asked if there was another store in the area that would possibly have the decorations? But she didn't know that either. Why this place says that they make custom cakes if they have no decorations is beyond my comprehension and she didn't care it was very disappointing. They really need to step up their game and Find appropriate associates that can answer Consumer questions and keep the products in stock if you're offering them. I would love to hear from Management...., read more

Tonight we put in an order and paid through their app. When we get there to pick it up they say then never got the order and would make it right away. When we get home - we realize they made the wrong size and when we call to get the issue corrected they first wanted to verify with the person that made it to see if we were lying and then said all they can do is remake it if we brought it back knowing they would close in only a few minutes. They wouldn't offer a credit to our account or refund of any kind. So be sure to check your pick up orders because the store makes it your hassle to get it fixed. read more

I came here last night at 8 pm and the girl helping me (Rebecca) was incredibly rude and gave me an immense amount of attitude. She was constantly rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks. She also was making rude comments underneath her breath about me while I was ordering. She was also yelling at the other employees which was incredibly unprofessional. I will not be coming back here the service is terrible. It's not my fault you're working you chose to work there so don't be rude to the people allowing you to keep your job. Fix your attitude! read more

Went there today and was virtually ignored by the 2 young women working there. I had to say hello for them to even make eye contact with me. I had to wait at least 10 mins before I was given any service. Other people walked in and one of the workers told them she'd be right with them. My husband and I were NOT happy and gave each other a very puzzled look, but I wanted ice cream and he was treating me. I never had any problem when I would go to Cold Stone before. This customer service is rather lacking in basic tact and respect for certain patrons! Not going back! Don't like being ignored when we're spending money in an establishment; it's just gauche! read more

Do not online order at this location. Our order was placed at 8:45 while we waited in the parking lot. The employees chose to fulfill all the orders that were "easy". For an hour we watched people who placed orders after us pick up their orders. We are the last people in the parking lot and we are still waiting. They also made all but two of them the wrong size. read more

I have been here several times and the way these kids treated fellow employees was unreal and no manager to be found. they also act like they are in a hurry and ignored me while chatting amongst themselves. the young man was the only one making me stay. I am honestly out of words for the service that I just got. I just came up there in order $45 and ice cream. I literally had 4 to 5 pieces of long hair inside of my ice cream. I called up to let I don't know the situation and they want me to drive 30 minutes back. I asked if they could take the number on my receipt and give me a credit for another ice cream at the minimum. The employee then told me if I couldn't bring it back up there I would need to freeze the ice cream until my next time coming in. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE system. God bless the workers because they are trying as hard as they can but management needs to address the issue because it should not take a full hour and a half to order and pick up a simple order. She made my order quick and I can tell you it was so yummy! My daughter loved her cotton candy ice cream as well. The portions were well worth the price and the atmosphere was nice! Cold Stone Creamery - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Brandon, Florida

First the girl made my ours to go ice cream incorrectly and charged me extra for a topping she put in. So i went to cold stone to order my usual half sweet cream half butter pecan with caramel and pecans everything mixed together. First issue the lady didn't mix the ice cream, 2nd issue she added heath candy bar and i asked her why was she adding that she said I thought thats what you wanted i said no i don't each chocolate candy so she picks it out and get some more ice cream to throw on top and i told the lady all you did was sit more ice cream on top of the heath candy thats still there. She had an attitude because she had to remake my ice cream so she does remake the ice cream. Im irritated she is irritated at this point I'm ready to go. Barely any pecans and the ice cream wasn't mixed it was side by side. Truly disappointed after two years of ordering the same thing this was my first time having my ice cream screwed up and being charged for mix ins i didn't ask for or want. Would have been nice if the owner reached out to have my bill adjusted for incorrectly charging me or offering to remake it for me for free read more

I've maybe been to 2 or 3 Coldstone's in my life. My experience is usually that the options are overwhelming yet the employees are super nice. This was also the case at this location. The friendly employee helped me decide on something to share with grandma and let me try a bunch of flavors before deciding on a Lava Cake. In general, I find Coldstone Creamery to be too rich and sugary for my taste, but I love the concept of being able to choose toppings which are mixed on a cold slab and created for you fresh, while you wait. read more
