Quick wait to be seated around 20 minutes or so during late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The hostess stand was busy but everyone was kind and helpful. We were seated as a party of 5- 3 adults and two infant children with a double stroller in tow. They sat us fairly comfortably in the back on a booth with a booster seat for our toddler. The service was excellent- we had Izzy W as our server. We ordered 3 steak entres. All amazing and cooked to perfection. Table appetizers were delicious as well. The new peach lemonade was tasty and the peach Bellini spritz was very refreshing. I had to update it to three stars because even though I don't really enjoy the food at this place, I know we will be back so I think that deserves three stars. The reason we keep coming to cheesecake factory is my oldest son loves it. And a ton of other people enjoy it as well because on a Sunday at about noon it was absolutely packed. There was a 20 minute wait and this is not a small restaurant. This is even with construction being done all around the patio so people aren't just wandering by. They are coming specifically for a cheesecake factory. It was a 20 minute wait for a normal table, but the high tops at the bar our first come first serve. We grabbed a high top at the bar and there were a couple other tables open next to us so if you don't want to wait just head to the bar area. Service was still a little slow, but not outside the realm of what is reasonable. Our server was really nice. It was just me, my husband and my older son so my son got the chicken tenders and fries. Like my last review said he loves the fries, he ate half the chicken tenders, which is quite good for him. He also loves this sourdough bread. I got the beet and arugula salad because I knew I'd end up eating some of his chicken tenders. The waitress warned me that it is quite small. I didn't realize how small until it came. It's not that the size really surprise me, but there is very little beets. Other places you would receive a whole beet, but here it's cut up into tiny pieces and there aren't that many. That being said it is an absolutely delicious dish. Is it worth $13, probably not, but I really enjoyed it and felt healthy so I probably will get it again. My son's chicken tenders was deeply fried. So it balanced out the greasiness I felt eating two of his chicken tenders. My husband got a chicken sandwich, but asked for it to be grilled instead of fried. That's definitely the way to go for him. He subbed out the salad for green beans. They were undercooked. They were just cooked enough though to be edible so we decided not to send it back. I'm sure they were slathered in butter though, so that's definitely not the healthiest choice of vegetables. So in the end is the food great, not really, but my older son loves it and it's not that bad so we will be back. read more

This particular location is a bit of a mess. The previous time there were issues and now this time too. The wait wasn't bad. Probably 10min or so. When we were seated there was food on the floor near our table. Guessing it was from the previous guests. That same mess was still there when we were leaving making the floor slippery and gross. The food both times took forever and our waitress seemed to be preoccupied with another table as they got a lot more attention. We had a pretty disappointing experience here. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for two, which wasn't a problem, but after waiting we were seated back in the bar area at a very small table along a long booth, extremely close to the couple next to us. We were so close that our purses were nearly touching, and I had to apologize while squeezing past their table and food just to get into my seat. While waiting, we each had a Modelo Especial on draft at the bar and were surprised that they were about $9 each, which seemed unusually high for a standard draft beer. We started with the tuna nachos for about $20. The portion of tuna, avocado, and edamame was incredibly small compared with the amount of wonton chips. We left most of the wontons because there simply weren't enough toppings to eat with them. Our entrées also took a very long time to arrive. Our waiter was perfectly pleasant, but it was difficult to get his attention throughout the meal. He may simply have been overextended, and I can't speak to what was happening behind the scenes, but it definitely affected the level of service. We both ordered the steak frites, which were over $30 each. I ordered mine medium-rare, leaning toward rare. After the long wait, it arrived closer to medium or medium-well and was so tough that I could barely cut it. The red wine sauce was also extremely heavy and tasted more like A1 than a red wine sauce. My boyfriend ate his because he was starving, but I sent mine back because I couldn't eat it. I ended up getting the spinach cheese dip to go instead. I understand that a cheese-based dip is going to be rich, but this was excessively oily and visibly separated, with a layer of grease that made it pretty unappetizing. Between the cramped seating, surprisingly high drink prices, sparse appetizer, slow service, long wait for our entrées, improperly cooked steak, and disappointing replacement, the entire meal felt very overpriced for the quality and experience we received. read more

I enjoyed my meal except the brussels sprouts that I was eager to try. My dish was mostly outer leaves rather than actual sprouts abd they taste a little bitter to me. We started with two appetizers: the stuffed mushrooms and the soy‑glazed ribs. The mushrooms were excellent and honestly exceeded my expectations. The ribs tasted great, but the portion was disappointing -- four small pieces, and two of them were basically just bone with a tiny bit of overcooked meat that wasn't even a full bite. It definitely didn't look like the picture on the menu, and I felt like I paid for rib bones more than anything else. For the entrées, my fiancée ordered the Steak Diane, but it was so heavily covered in pepper that it was almost inedible. She couldn't finish it because it was extremely spicy. I enjoy pepper myself, but even I felt something was off with how it was prepared. I ordered the pineapple and shrimp dish, which was pretty good overall, but the brown rice was very dry, like it had been sitting out for a while, and some pieces were too hard to eat. The last disappointment was the service. Our server disappeared for quite a while after bringing the entrées. He wasn't rude, but he didn't seem very engaged or friendly, and when he finally returned to clear our plates and bring the check, he smelled strongly of burnt cigar smoke. Was there again 7/10 still as good as ever. I had the Thai lettuce wraps and the Southwest eggrolls, so good. Good lunch meal with a friend at the end of my vacation. The wraps are one of my favorite dishes here but I don't like the peanut sauce and that's just because I don't like peanuts that much. The other two sauces however are really good. The Cheesecake Factory at Brandon Exchange (formerly Brandon Town Center) is a beautiful restaurant with great food and service. I may be biased as The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite chain restaurant, but I can honestly say this was a 5 star experience in all aspects. The menu is extensive and continues to change over the years. Tonight I saw some new items but also saw things that have been there for 20 years. My favorite "Cajun chicken littles" is now "chicken tenders." The only difference was that the corn succotash was substituted for just corn. We ordered 3 appetizers on the happy hour menu which is only available at the bar. It saves about $4-5 per plate. Service at the bar was excellent. We always had full drinks. As usual, we took a lot of food home; the portion sizes are large. Last but not least is the cheesecake. You must try the cheesecake. There are over 30 different cheesecakes. It takes two pages to list them all and the cakes. A few of my favorites are the Oreo, Reese's, or Hershey's. They're all good! The Cheesecake Factory is the best chain restaurant in my opinion. There is something on the menu for everyone. Food quality is above average and so is the portion. Best service! A group of us decided to have dinner after a training. Some of us were familiar with the plethora of options, and some of us were eating at CF for the very first time. Service started with the staff holding space for our newbie and helping them navigate all of the options. I don't think I've ever see that level of compassion from a server in this type of context. The food was excellent, there are some dishes I frequent back to like the lemon shrimp angel hair pasta or their Reese's Cheesecake, but there are dishes I've had that I would not get again- which is okay because they have a huge menu. I went on a Friday at 3pm so that's a busy time. The parking is always full, but it doesn't take long to find a spot. There was a 40 minute wait time and it took the whole 40 minutes. The server we had was not the best, but it looked like they had good servers otherwise. The menu is overwhelming because they have too many options. For anyone who doesn't know, Cheesecake Factory is notorious for their extensive menu. I eventually decided on the crispy brussels sprouts and Tuna Tataki salad. My older brother ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. My Mom ordered the Asian chicken lettuce wraps and loved them. For a party of 9, our server did an excellent job, they were attentive, efficient, and accommodating-even with our large party and during a busy period. Food was good, quality was good, no complaints there. I had the Shepards pie, my wife just had the avocado eggrolls, my son had some chicken & jalapeno fritters as an appetizer for which said they were not that spicy, and as a main dish he had Korean Fried chicken. They do serve you enough to end up taking food home if you are not a big eater. Other than the prices in this place, I really have nothing bad to say. We do come to this place a few times a year, this was a first for Mother's Day, but for being such a big party, I would say we were seated pretty fast, given the amount of people that were there on this day. Can't really go wrong coming here, because they do serve just about anything you can think off. A few minutes later a man who looked to be a manager came to the table and said....This is the same sandwich. The mayo was removed. Really?? My sister told him she didn't want mayo at all. He told her to look at the sandwich because they scrapped it off. She looked. And there was still mayo on the breading of the sandwich. He stood there with an attitude and was trying to force her to take the sandwich. And got irritated because she would not accept the sandwich. Horrible display of professionalism and it was disrespectful. A new sandwich finally made its way to the table thanks to our server. In the display, the slices were huge and actually worth what I paid. Also why even have a curbside option if you have to go in anyways??? This took an additional 25 minutes. We had 2 very elderly family members that didn't have a place to sit while waiting due to it being busy. Our service at the table was good.
