We arrived for Happy hour and were seated at the bar . The bartender was very slow with taking our order . We ordered two drinks the mojito and the whiskey smash they were ok not strong enough. Crab wontons is always good however, my first order came out over cook. Second order was great. Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were delicious and the red sauce . The Cheesecake Factory at Brandon Exchange (formerly Brandon Town Center) is a beautiful restaurant with great food and service. I may be biased as The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite chain restaurant, but I can honestly say this was a 5 star experience in all aspects. The menu is extensive and continues to change over the years. Tonight I saw some new items but also saw things that have been there for 20 years. My favorite "Cajun chicken littles" is now "chicken tenders." The only difference was that the corn succotash was substituted for just corn. We ordered 3 appetizers on the happy hour menu which is only available at the bar. It saves about $4-5 per plate. Service at the bar was excellent. We always had full drinks. As usual, we took a lot of food home; the portion sizes are large. Last but not least is the cheesecake. You must try the cheesecake. There are over 30 different cheesecakes. It takes two pages to list them all and the cakes. A few of my favorites are the Oreo, Reese's, or Hershey's. They're all good! The Cheesecake Factory is the best chain restaurant in my opinion. There is something on the menu for everyone. Food quality is above average and so is the portion. Our food was very hit or miss. My husband's old fashioned, which I took a picture of because it looked so bizarre, tasted like cherry medicine. My well mannered martini (which is a dirty martini with vodka), was ok. Very strong, but definitely not my favorite. I was able to power through, my husband sent his back. The martini was $16 so for that price I would have expected better. The Caesar salad had way too much dressing, next time I'll ask for it on the side. My son whose seven said this is not the best Cheesecake Factory we've been to, which made me chuckle because we've only been to two. Those were the major negatives for food. It also took a long time to get our food, which was a bit surprising. These two things together is why I gave it 2 stars. I don't go to a Cheesecake Factory expecting to be blown away, but usually it's a solid experience. That's why this one was underwhelming. My son loves the sourdough bread. He ate half a chicken tenders but likes the fries (which he says reminds me of McDonald's. I'm not claiming he's my high brow child.) I appreciate the calories on the menu and got an impossible burger which I really liked. My husband got a chicken Parmesan sandwich and said it was good, he took half home. This place is huge. I've gone to this location a few times! Always really nice and the food is really good. I usually go for the happy hour since that makes the most sense. Only con is it is only available at the bar area instead of the whole restaurant. I've tried a few things. The eggrolls are delish!! My favorite being the chicken taquitos and the avocado eggrolls. The chicken blasts were okay, crunchy outside but soggy inside not for me. But taste overall was good. Very filling i could only have one. This cheesecake was the snores cheesecake very chocaletly. Been going to the Brandon Cheesecake Factory for a couple years now just as a twice a year kind of customer. The food was excellent, there are some dishes I frequent back to like the lemon shrimp angel hair pasta or their Reese's Cheesecake, but there are dishes I've had that I would not get again- which is okay because they have a huge menu. Also pro tip, don't buy the ginger ale there, they charged me 4.95 for a small bottle. Service is nice but every time the server seems too busy to give the best service to their abilities. We came for lunch and sat outside. It was not crowded at all. We had great service and always had our drinks filled. They have an extensive menu but my favorite item here is the Thai lettuce wraps. They are so fresh and a beautiful presentation. They are build your own style and come with 3 sauces, my favorite being the peanut sauce. I also enjoy the tropical tea. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I went on a Tuesday night at 9pm and there weren't many people, which was really nice. For anyone who doesn't know, Cheesecake Factory is notorious for their extensive menu. I eventually decided on the crispy brussels sprouts and Tuna Tataki salad. The brussels sprouts were crunchy, but I was a bit disappointed because almost the entire dish composed of separate leaves instead of whole sprouts. The flavor was good though. As for the salad, the tuna was good but it was a little strange that they gave me the sliced tomatoes and avocado on the side of the plate. It was still fine though. For a party of 9, our server did an excellent job, they were attentive, efficient, and accommodating-even with our large party and during a busy period. Food was good, quality was good, no complaints there. I had the Shepards pie, my wife just had the avocado eggrolls, my son had some chicken & jalapeno fritters as an appetizer for which said they were not that spicy, and as a main dish he had Korean Fried chicken. They do serve you enough to end up taking food home if you are not a big eater. Other than the prices in this place, I really have nothing bad to say. We do come to this place a few times a year, this was a first for Mother's Day, but for being such a big party, I would say we were seated pretty fast, given the amount of people that were there on this day. Can't really go wrong coming here, because they do serve just about anything you can think off. My family and I dined in on Sunday and had reservations for 12:30pm for a party of 6. We arrived just before 12:30pm and was told they would text us when our table was ready. This took an additional 25 minutes. We had 2 very elderly family members that didn't have a place to sit while waiting due to it being busy. Our service at the table was good. I hadn't set foot in a Cheesecake Factory in ages. And I now remember why. We ordered a Dynamite Shrimp as a starter. Each shrimp was 75% batter/breading. We took the breading off of them and inside was a tiny shrimp. The shrimp themselves and the sauce they came with were just ok. We left the plate covered in the breading. Looked almost exactly how they brought it out to us to begin with. That's how much breading was on these things. for some reason, a server brought out a tiny plate with two of the breaded shrimps, saying something about the cook saying that we were missing two of them. Needless to say, we were quite confused by this. I ordered the Carne Asada. Asked to replace the rice and corn for a double salad. The salad was decent, mostly due to good dressing. Other than that, it was just lettuce and tomato. Nothing else. I requested the meat cooked to medium. As you can see in the photo, that was not the end result. It was also brought out in an enormous plate, which made the meat (which was already an embarrassingly small portion) look even sadder. The meat was inconsistently cooked. Some bits were tough. Only had flavor if eaten covered in peppers and onions and sauce. Very disappointing. My wife ordered the Tuscan Chicken. The portion of chicken was generous, and the plate looked appealing. But when we ate the chicken itself, it was yet another disappointment. The chicken taste as if it has not been seasoned, even with salt. I had to pour a large amount of salt to add flavor and my wife, who is usually very averse to salt, had to do the same. Besides the chicken, there were four soggy asparagus and a sea of balsamic dressing. Essentially this was some pre-cooked chicken breast, veggies tossed on top of it, and then balsamic dressing poured over the whole thing. My apologies to the kitchen staff if that wasn't the case, but that's exactly what it looked and tasted like. The entire eating experience was very disappointing. What's the point of these massive restaurants, decorated like the Poseidon ride at Universal Studios, with a MASSIVE menu, if the food itself is mediocre and meager? Stick to cheesecake. Positives. The employee (gentleman with glasses, didn't grab his name), working in the cheesecake counter was quite rude to my wife. We stopped in to grab a slice cheesecake after a long day and the cheesecake she chose was already half gone and she asked for a slice that was already cut just on the opposite end of the tray. The one at the other side was smushed down and she didn't want that slice (rightfully so). She asked very respectfully for the other end and the employee was rude and told us he "had to up charge us, we don't usually take requests". I understand your restaurant might not normally take requests with which slice to choose, but if the slice is smushed and the other slice is on an end piece and already cut it should be a simple yes we can do that. There was no need to be rude to her or tell us it's an up-charge on an already almost $15 slice of cheesecake. This was unprofessional and makes customers not want to come back. read more

My moms salad arrived and there were 2 tiny quarter sized pieces of chicken on it, it seemed as if someone didn't finish putting the chicken on it lol... so she kindly asked for some more chicken and she was brought a plentiful amount in a bowl very quickly. She enjoyed her salad, she often gets the same one when we come here. She tried my meal and loved it and there wasn't much at all left on my plate. It was delicious! Highly recommend!
