Can't go wrong with the plethora of menu items. There's something for everybody here. Sat in the rotunda room.

Our food was very hit or miss. My husband's old fashioned, which I took a picture of because it looked so bizarre, tasted like cherry medicine. My well mannered martini (which is a dirty martini with vodka), was ok. Very strong, but definitely not my favorite. I was able to power through, my husband sent his back. The martini was $16 so for that price I would have expected better. The Caesar salad had way too much dressing, next time I'll ask for it on the side. My son whose seven said this is not the best Cheesecake Factory we've been to, which made me chuckle because we've only been to two. Those were the major negatives for food. It also took a long time to get our food, which was a bit surprising. These two things together is why I gave it 2 stars. I don't go to a Cheesecake Factory expecting to be blown away, but usually it's a solid experience. That's why this one was underwhelming. My son loves the sourdough bread. He ate half a chicken tenders but likes the fries (which he says reminds me of McDonald's. I'm not claiming he's my high brow child.) I appreciate the calories on the menu and got an impossible burger which I really liked. My husband got a chicken Parmesan sandwich and said it was good, he took half home. This place is huge. I probably won't come back since there are other restaurants around, but if my son really wants to come here at least I know now what to avoid.

I've gone to this location a few times! Always really nice and the food is really good. I usually go for the happy hour since that makes the most sense. Only con is it is only available at the bar area instead of the whole restaurant. I've tried a few things. The eggrolls are delish!! My favorite being the chicken taquitos and the avocado eggrolls. The chicken blasts were okay, crunchy outside but soggy inside not for me. But taste overall was good. Very filling i could only have one. This cheesecake was the snores cheesecake very chocaletly. They definitely shrunk in size but what can you do! Either way all their dishes taste fresh and the free bread is always a plus:)!

Been going to the Brandon Cheesecake Factory for a couple years now just as a twice a year kind of customer. The food was excellent, there are some dishes I frequent back to like the lemon shrimp angel hair pasta or their Reese's Cheesecake, but there are dishes I've had that I would not get again- which is okay because they have a huge menu. Also pro tip, don't buy the ginger ale there, they charged me 4.95 for a small bottle. Service is nice but every time the server seems too busy to give the best service to their abilities. The ambiance is nice with their lighting and interior design as Cheesecake is known for.

Seared Tuna Tataki Salad*

Overall it was a pleasant experience. I went on a Tuesday night at 9pm and there weren't many people, which was really nice. For anyone who doesn't know, Cheesecake Factory is notorious for their extensive menu. I eventually decided on the crispy brussels sprouts and Tuna Tataki salad. The brussels sprouts were crunchy, but I was a bit disappointed because almost the entire dish composed of separate leaves instead of whole sprouts. The flavor was good though. As for the salad, the tuna was good but it was a little strange that they gave me the sliced tomatoes and avocado on the side of the plate. It was still fine though. The main reason for my trip here was to redeem the free birthday cheesecake with any purchase. Just make sure you sign up for their rewards before your birthday! I got the pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was good.

Stopped in on my birthday just for a slice of cheesecake and some sourdough bread, and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel special. Super friendly service and, as always, the cheesecake was amazing. Great experience!

I went on a Friday at 3pm so that's a busy time. The parking is always full, but it doesn't take long to find a spot. There was a 40 minute wait time and it took the whole 40 minutes. The server we had was not the best, but it looked like they had good servers otherwise. The menu is overwhelming because they have too many options. I ordered a mocktail which was good and the price was fair. I had the spicy rigatoni and it wasn't the best pasta Iv'e ever had, but good enough to eat. Overall, I do want to go again and see will my experience be a little better.

Let's start out with the club sandwich. I ordered that and it was delicious. I ordered it special with no lettuce and no tomato and added cheese and it came out great. My older brother ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. My Mom ordered the Asian chicken lettuce wraps and loved them. Unfortunately, my younger brother ordered the French Dip Cheeseburger without the grilled onions. Well he was eating it and started noticing onions and it pretty much ruined his meal. Thank god he had fries and I shared some of my club sandwich. We had to wait so long, at this point he didn't want it made over plus he was turned off. Anyways, they gave us a free Reese's peanut butter cup cheesecake to take home. Our server, was Dan and he was very nice it just seemed to take forever to get the bread and refills of our drinks. The service definitely could have been better. The ambiance was ok, but we were way in the back by the kitchen even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Overall, three stars just because it took so long and everything was kinda a struggle. Next time, I'm hoping for a different experience.

Picked up my free birthday cheesecake this time around and it did not disappoint. So delicious as always! I got their Salted Caramel cheesecake slice! It was absolutely delicious. The customer service at the cheesecake area was so friendly and kind. Can't wait to come back to eat. Been craving their Miso salmon and egg rolls! So good!

Went here for my sons birthday and I ordered the CHEESEBURGER SPRING ROLLS Ground Certified Angus Beef®, Lots of Melted Cheese and Grilled Onions Rolled in a Crispy Wrapper. They were delicious and I had leftovers to take home.

Decided to visit cheesecake factory for Mother's Day. Restaurant is located at the mall, so plenty of parking. Place was super pack; we had a party of 9 so we had to wait 90 minutes for get seated. I consider prices at this place to be on the high side. I would recommend you check the internet menu before going there, because the menu is pretty extensive. Staff was wonderful, and on point. For a party of 9, our server did an excellent job, they were attentive, efficient, and accommodating-even with our large party and during a busy period. Food was good, quality was good, no complaints there. I had the Shepards pie, my wife just had the avocado eggrolls, my son had some chicken & jalapeno fritters as an appetizer for which said they were not that spicy, and as a main dish he had Korean Fried chicken. They do serve you enough to end up taking food home if you are not a big eater. Other than the prices in this place, I really have nothing bad to say. We do come to this place a few times a year, this was a first for Mother's Day, but for being such a big party, I would say we were seated pretty fast, given the amount of people that were there on this day. Can't really go wrong coming here, because they do serve just about anything you can think off. Conclusion: The Cheesecake Factory remains a reliable choice for family celebrations, offering a vast menu, generous portions, and attentive service. While prices are on the higher side, the overall experience-especially for special occasions like Mother's Day-makes it a worthwhile destination. The restaurant's ability to accommodate large parties and maintain quality service during peak times is a notable strength

Shepherd's Pie**

So I ordered to because I'm exhausted. I decided to get the egg roll sampler which came with 4 different types . Let me tell you they were delicious. I also ordered the Shepards pie , it was good and extremely filling. It's made for two, at least I think it is. For dessert I got the pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was sooo good. There were just so many options but I think I made a good choice. It's located on the outskirts of the Brandon Westfield Shopping plaza. The gentleman when was bringing my order was nice as he kept in contact with me about my order. I will return .

My family and I dined in on Sunday and had reservations for 12:30pm for a party of 6. We arrived just before 12:30pm and was told they would text us when our table was ready. This took an additional 25 minutes. We had 2 very elderly family members that didn't have a place to sit while waiting due to it being busy. Our service at the table was good. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was delicious and a decent size. I could only eat about half and took the other half to-go. The only down fall was that we asked for more bread 2x and it was never brought to the table. Our server did a good job taking all of our cheesecake orders to-go. I had the Oreo cheesecake and highly recommend it. Overall the meal itself was good. I would try to visit here during a weekday.

Are you feeling like a power bowl, a coffee, a vape, a matcha, Kratom, kava....it's all here! Not only is it here, it is delicious and served up by an awesome team led by a very cool owner. I have always disliked matcha (and I've tried it all over the world...) I mentioned that to the owner and he said "Nooooooo- you've not had it made the right way!" And he gave me an awesome education about matcha. Even shared the one he was making so I could experience it the way God intended....with an "ahhhhh" , a smile, and a chocolate cold foam mustache! Perfection! It didn't taste like dirt, it tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry in liquid form! We intended to pop in for a coffee, stayed for a coffee, a matcha, an education, and the cool vibes put out by the folks here. They actually talk, smile, laugh and joke with their new friends (aka. customers) which is a very nice change from some places you go these days. They have a guitar for any artist to play and many drink options like kava tea, loose leaf, coffee, smoothies, beer, sodas and more! The barista/bartender Zoey was super sweet! She answered all my newbie questions and recommendations. I tried their iced latte with coconut and caramel which was DELISH. The coffee was smooth with a strong flavor which I like, but not bitter. I was still getting their key lime pies at Winn-Dixie up until this past week. For those who are not local, they started their business in Tampa over 30 years ago. The pies can be found nationally at restaurants and grocery stores. They happened to be one of many contestants in a pie contest on GMA recently which prompted me to look up their address. They are closer than I thought. As others have said, it's hidden. Thankfully I read the reviews stating that because it still took me a while to find it. I had also read that you need to call ahead if you want something specific, or during the holiday rush for pies. I went on a whim to see what they had available. They had many frozen pies, and I believe some were being held for pick up orders. She said there was one seasonal guava cheesecake left. At that point, I didn't even really care what other flavors they had. I think they had key lime, pecan, and others. It was guava that screamed the loudest to me. It was a very quick transaction after that. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I kept it in the car for a while because I had other errands to run. It defrosted enough were I could pull out a slice of it and pop the rest into the freezer (yep, it can be refrozen). These cheesecakes are already pre-sliced which is very convenient. Mind you, these are larger than any of the Mike's Pies sold at grocery stores. There are 12 big slices in this cheesecake. I couldn't wait for my slice to defrost. I went ahead and ate it partially frozen. It was the best cheesecake ever! The guava is not just on top of it. It's mixed inside the cheese cake. It had guava in every bite. It ended up being so creamy towards the end as it continued to defrost. Maybe because I took my sweet time savoring each bite. I so wish this flavor was on their regular local menu. I remember seeing it on the menu at Fat Willie's Fish Camp back in September but they ran out of it. I feel like this cheesecake was meant for me to find. I will get it again whenever it's back on the local menu. This cheesecake will have to last until then.
