    Review for passport services only. They accept walk ins!!! The passport office is separate from the mailing office so you want to head to the office door left of the main entrance. There's an elevator for ADA accessibility once you enter, and the stairs up and second floor is where all the things happen for passports. If you can make an appt I encourage it! If you have appt, Line 2! It's suuuper short and you prob can be in and out in like 20 mins. On the other hand Walk Ins line is Line 1 - if you ever wonder which line is which - the line with allll the people is the walk ins line. If you need paperwork, you can get it from here too and fill out. But if you can, def print your own and just fill out your own papers and come here prepared. The longest process for me was waiting in line, I had all my copies and paperwork filled out so when it came to processing it took like 2 mins. I really appreciate the person processing the passport paperwork. She would time to time yell out things we need to make sure we have so we don't have to wait longer, and tells people time after time walk ins are closed even though there's already a sign outside. I thought that was helpful ! She has reasonable sass, patience and is really helpful! Time is money! After the paperwork is processed, the next step is going to a second window - Cashier. That part is towards the back. On the day I came, they stop taking walk ins at 10am and office opens at 8:30am Monday. So if you really don't have an appointment and plan to walk in and want to make your time worthwhile - I highly recc to come on a weekday and come before opening and wait. Make sure ALL your paperwork is filled out correctly. Have your documents in hand. Make sure you have your photo ready. Make copies too if you can beforehand. They charge for copies by the way if you don't. They open 7am Sat too so come EARLY. Some people give bad reviews but I knew I would have to wait esp with no appt and this place reached my expectations! I was here for about 3 hours. The folks here are nice and helpful!

    Rude. The lady in the front desk is so rude. She was speaking to my cousin and I with such an aggressive tone.

    Went on Labor Day weekend on a Saturday and was in and out within 40 minutes. The process was painless and quick.

    Passport services suck. Only ONE person processing applications. Expect to be here all day. On top of that employees are rude.

She said I can just take it back to where I bought it and ask for a refund but the fine print on the money order said otherwise. We were going back and forth about it and then I looked it up online and as I was explaining it her, she walked away to ask her peer for clarification. (So rude!) When I looked it up online, it said I could get a refund on an unused money order that has already been filled out but there would be a fee (Western Union). I told the cashier I could refund it but I could not have to pay even more fees due to her administrative error. Horrible service!

We filled out our applications online, printed them out and got our passport photos taken. We walked in at 9:45, had our forms checked, and signed our documents. The postal clerk attached our photos. I wrote two checks then paid for postage to next day air the application package. We were done in 20 minutes after waiting for the two people in line before us. Really quick and easy. The clerks were very helpful and friendly. This could not have been easier.

On 05/18/2026 around 2:30 p.m., a young man (unfortunately I did not catch his name) helped me submit and mail my passport renewal paperwork. I was already feeling extremely overwhelmed due to personal circumstances, and he remained calm, patient, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Unfortunately, the employee next to him, a woman with colored braids and eyeglasses, was dismissive and rude toward me. Despite the young man already informing me he could assist me, she repeatedly tried to discourage me from mailing my paperwork there and told me I should go to another USPS location instead. Her approach added unnecessary stress during an already difficult moment. What stood out to me most, however, was how quickly the young man stepped in after overhearing the interaction. He immediately reassured me and took the initiative to help without hesitation. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how much one employee can impact a customer's entire experience. One person can make someone feel unwelcome, while another can completely restore their faith in humanity. This employee deserves recognition for the way he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Employees like him are the reason customers continue returning and trusting USPS services.

    I've watched my post office change over the years for better and for worse…read more They closed the mail pick-up line that used to be near the front entrance/P.O. Boxes and moved the services to the main line to the right. Pens for packages usually have to be asked for here since they're a hot commodity. Recently, my building had a mailbox key access issue and the post office took a month to repair/replace it. This caused residents to have to come in for mail pick-up, which got a bit messy. At one point, my blind mother went in to pick up her mail and someone released the entire building's mail to her. Thankfully she asked my SO for help sorting it which sent flags up to him to immediately return everything that wasn't hers. He explained the situation and the post office has seemingly taken things more seriously. The clerks? (not sure of the proper verbiage here) seem overworked and exhausted. I wish people were nicer to them despite their frustrations. It's better to stop in instead of calling for things, or set up a USPS account online where you can manage some things.

First excuse you, and second I was paying for the other items I was shipping and 3rd I need prints of my prepaid labels since your machine decided to update now of all moments. The staff just seems miserable here and bothered if you actually need human help it seems
