    I've lived at my current house for 6 years now and almost every single order I have delivered by USPS has an issue. Today my tracking showed "front door or driveway was inaccessible". I have a ring camera which showed that there wasn't a USPS driver in my neighborhood. I'd honestly rather drive to where my package was manufactured across the Pacific Ocean before letting USPS attempt to deliver it on time. Calling is useless since the robot tells you there is nothing you can do. I've had packages over $100 left at the front gate on the side of the road before in the rain (electronics or fragile items) and way to many times where my packages were brought to me by neighbors who got them instead of me. Absolutely pathetic from USPS, but not surprising since I do online retail and have 2 years of dealing with them ruining my customer delivery rates and shipping time. Not to mention the scams they try to pull with Priority and Express (worker told me I'd have to pay $70-$140 per package since I accidentally used the wrong envelope. Guess that's why nobody wants to work here. At this point I shipped maybe 50-100 packages before they told me) I'd use UPS if possible since they have amazing customer service and are always nice. If they can't deliver they call me (UPS) to make sure it's delivered well. Take some notes USPS.

    This is my local post office. I have never experienced any issues here. Staff is usually helpful. No complaints.

    Postage machine didn't dispense postage for my package. Got the receipt and was charged though.

    This post office location is really scattered and disorganized. I no longer trust them handling my…read moremail (incoming or outgoing). 1) I ordered and pre-paid for a post office box online. When I went into pick up keys and sign my agreement, I was informed I'd need to wait a whole week because they didn't have keys. On to top this off, I had to call repeatedly to check in to see if the keys were printed; otherwise, it would mean standing in a long line just to be told the keys weren't available. 2) it's not even been a month and my mail has been mishandled. They lost my personal check order that requires a signature. Tracking information shows it is available for pick up as of 4 days ago. The lady behind the counter told me that could't possibly be the case. Ok, so why does tracking indicate it's available? An overwhelmed handler came out to talk with me, and he expressed that it looks like the package is lost. Seriously? You had one job. The package didn't even have to leave the building or go into a carrier's van. After calling the customer service number they did in fact confirm my package should be available and it is marked available for pick up because it was passed to this post office to deliver to my po box. What a mess. Too many extra trips to and from this place just to get the run around,

They seem to have all the stamps I need in stock (fancy forever stamps, international first class, domestic postcard, 10 cents, etc), The clerks behind the counter are friendly and there is plenty of parking.

    I have been a customer of this business for years, and generally had few complaints until today…read more Earlier today I received an email indicating I am about to be charged for storage which I found strange since I just cleared my mail box out. I logged in, and was prompted to sign an agreement to new terms. I read through the agreement, and says I need to indemnify the business, and agree to mandatory binding arbitration. I then attempted to select my mail so that all of my current mail could be deleted, but the website wouldn't let me do this unless I agreed to mandatory arbitration. I have no intention of signing such an agreement. My experience with arbitration agreements suggest the perpetrator plans on robbing you, or doing something illegal, but doesn't want to pay for that so he/she sticks an arbitration agreement into your contract so that you have no access to the courts. I have no intention of signing such an agreement, and neither should you! I have complained to Mitch who owns this place, and waiting for his response. I no longer feel safe using this company, and will begin looking for someone else. I have been with this company for many years, and only received the request for mandatory arbitration on 06-02-24.
