This location is small, and is not a typical post office. It appears to be some sort of regional…read moredistribution center with specialty services. I had to come here to get the keys to the mailbox in my new house, and on today's occasion, to pick up a package that required a signature for which nobody was home to sign for on the original delivery attempt. There are only a few parking spaces, and it is not clear where one is supposed to park. There is a small, utilitarian lobby with a single service window. No postage is sold here, nor can you do most of the things you can do at a "regular" post office. The one constant throughout is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are seriously great, and do a really good job.

If they steal your mail (which is apparently a "thing" with this office), call the police and file a report. Enough people making enough complaints might actually get something to change.

I often go to this post office location to send mail, I've used the self service kiosk, used the…read morecounter, it's funny to me how there will be a huge line and no one using the kiosk and in and out in a matter of seconds to send a couple pieces of mail. Every time I've come here I've had a good experience with the employees, they're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I usually end up talking to Terry, she's very friendly and has always answered my questions with great clarity. I believe the USPS is an amazing service and my hobby is penpalling so I completely rely on it so I hope that me coming in here to bombard their mail bags is okay with them. It's considered lost now…read more A USPS lady was kind enough to give me a call and consistently check on the status of the package. However, each phone call only left me more frustrated, disappointed and annoyed. What is the point of the prepaid label drop off if I have to stand in line to scan my package in order to keep USPS and the workers accountable? I don't appreciate the unsolicited 'advice' when the situation is already out of my hands and there is nothing I can do. I've never had a problem with the drop-off box until now. Instead of placing responsibility back on the customer, there should be better accountability or something in place to prevent packages from disappearing in the first place.

I had…read morehorrible service in town and not out of city limits. packages not delivered but say delivered. the usual carrier is rude and leaves packages in weather instead of the porch. the post master never holds anyone accountable herself included. all I want is for the packages I paid for to be delivered when they say they should be. 15+ years of dealing with this and when the option to pay more for ups or anyone else is there I use other carriers and never have issues.

It is almost 6PM now and my 6th trip to the mailbox (because it is far enough from our house that I have to drive there) still has no mail. We frequently receive other peoples mail and when I return it to her, she never even thanks me. I wonder how often other people receive my mail... and doubt it even gets returned to me. I receive many packages and at times the package wont fit in the box and she will bring it up to our house... but will put all the rest of my mail in the box so I still have to drive down to get it. She is the worst carrier we have had yet and has zero personality.
