This location is small, and is not a typical post office. It appears to be some sort of regional distribution center with specialty services. I had to come here to get the keys to the mailbox in my new house, and on today's occasion, to pick up a package that required a signature for which nobody was home to sign for on the original delivery attempt. There are only a few parking spaces, and it is not clear where one is supposed to park. There is a small, utilitarian lobby with a single service window. No postage is sold here, nor can you do most of the things you can do at a "regular" post office. The one constant throughout is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have had to recover large packages from this branch and waited half an hour, then it took attended ten minutes to find the package, they won't deliver large packages to apartment complexes or have mail boxes to where the package could be left. read more

They do not answer their phones, unacceptable! You have to stay in the line in small lobby full of people for at least 30 minutes to ask a simple question. It's worst than in third world countries. Wake up America! read more

Absolutely incompetent office, and very much on par with the other 1 star reviews here. I cannot wrap my brain around the fact these guys are actually in the delivery business. First off, their direct # will never get answered, I'm not sure if they're all sitting around intentionally ignoring it and smugly chuckling, or if it's an outdated # or what not, but you've got a better chance at getting struck by lightening than getting a voice on the other end of the line. Second, shipping or waiting for a delivery from them or basically getting them to do anything that even remotely resembles decent customer service is a game of chance. Why? Oh, they may or may not lose your package. Better yet, they'll TELL you they have your package ready by email and disclose the full address and phone # for said location (surprise, also a phone which never gets answered) and then redirect you when you show up to retrieve it by being told it's actually being held at another location. Cherry on top? You go to that other location, and upon giving them the tracking #, they'll say their system says your package is there and ready, but they can't physically find it. They send you home with unfulfilled and empty promises of a timely callback like a nightmarish date, and you leave yet again cursing yourself for running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Also, anytime you make an attempt to call the 1-800 #, you wait an hour only to speak with someone that sounds like Chewbacca and has ZERO clue as to what to tell you except "sorry, sorry, sorry." I say they can take all those unapologetic apologies, stick em in a cannon, and shoot that cannon directly into their Chewbacca-sounding face read more

This post office sucks!! And the mailman's in the area are rude!!! They don't answer the phones nor deliver the mail correctly

Where to start!!! I ordered a christmas present for my husband and it never arrived. We were told either the usps lost it or the carrier stole it. A "manager" names Joanne E. Dunn has lied to my husband and I several times now and never calls as she PROMISES!! I am beyond angry. We have been dealing with them for over TWO WEEKS and still NO HELP AT ALL!!!! We have also contacted the attorney general's office as my immediate family is the attorney general. We are hoping to investigate Ms. Dunn and her employees as soon as possible. read more

There's currently a line of about 10 people that have been standing outside getting completely soaked in the wet snow for the last 40 minutes. I'll probably get inside after another 10 minutes, then actually helped after another 10-15 more. They are so slow here and allow such a small number of people inside that you better devote an hour of your time to be able to speak to someone. The other orchards post office seems to allow dozens of people inside without a problem. read more

I'm fairly certain that one person works here at any given time. Time of day, day of the week, time of year, amount of customers waiting for service: none of these seem to be considerations for how they staff this place. Be prepared to wait 15-45 minutes to get service at any given time. The lobby holds about 3-5 people, so you'll be waiting outside. The staff also do not try hard to deliver packages or update you on status of deliveries. I've waited weeks for updates on an "attempted delivery" (which is in quotes because I'm not sure what would have halted the delivery, I was inside the whole time), but it continues to say "they will try again later," yet later never comes. So then you wait in line for 45 minutes instead. read more

Our mail key was changed over a week ago. I went in the first time, and they could not find the key, even though they had changed the lock days ago. I left my number and they said they would call when they found the key. They called a week later, I went and picked up the new key, and when I came home to test it, it didn't work. Between the absurdly long lines and the 20 minute drive, I've wasted multiple hours there trying to get this situation sorted out, but they seem unable to do so. Unfortunately the reviews are all accurate. They don't answer the phone and a line of 10 people will take you an hour to get to the front. Then they most likely won't be able to help you and you just stood in line for nothing. I understand that we need to be patient these days but your experience going to the post office shouldn't be that miserable. read more

I did explain in a long review mentioning "I have been very ill and unable to leave the house, plus the post on my mail box broke last week. I have been unable to get to the post office and "I cannot get anyone to answer the phone" which disconnects after a few rings. if I Have to come to that post office and have a bowel explosion i will do it and it will be this afternoon before 5pm. yes, the phone being answered IS A JOKE on the public...that does not happen! read more

So I walked down the street to pick up my mail at one of those big community mailboxes and it was gone...poof...nada...no longer there. Worse yet, there was no note from the post office about what happened and how we were to retrieve our mail. Called the number listed for this PO and when the person answers they act as though they are local...but they are not. It is a generic call center. Both times we called we got incorrect information. Had to drive to the PO to find out what was going on. It appears that we have to drive to pick up our mail everyday. The new mailbox was installed fairly quickly, but our key didn't work. Again, called the generic number and the person asked it there was a note on the mailbox informing us to pick up our mail. Of course there wasn't and neither the generic person nor the person at this PO were at all concerned. A little communication can go a long way to improve customer service and relations, i.e., a simple note pasted to the mailbox or flyers sent to 18 customers...how hard can that be? Also saves the PO from having to field questions from ticked-off customers. Anyway, our mailbox is here, but today we were told, after another trip, that the keys may not be here "for weeks." Apparently, the light is on, but no one is home at our local PO. read more

No wonder they can't make any money. They changed our community mail box and not only me, but a couple of my neighbors can't access our mailboxes because our keys don't work and can't unlock our boxes. Can't get a hold of anyone for help, either on line or by phone. Geez, I swear a lab monkey can do a better job. read more

I hate going there and they wont deliver packages that wont fit in our apt mail boxes, the driver goes right pass my apt but wont stop, i am trying to get people i am going to receive a package send UPS or FEDEX but they still ship USPS and with having foot and leg trouble still wont deliver to my apt. read more

I had a box ALL TAPED UP and addressd to my grand daughter that contained about gifts for her, plus a card, plus a letter and guess what?! THAT box never arrived to them, in it's place was a buncch of old yearbooks from someone from the 1960's. REALLY????? YOU work at the post office and you have to STEAL from my granddaughter????? My God! I hope you receive just punishment! I can't believe you can't trust your own post office. There are no blue boxes to leave your mail for after hours but a carrier was able to take it.

I've seen nothing but bad and horrible service since moving here a few months ago regarding the delivery of items to my home address. Two items were supposed to be signed for and when there was no one home they indicated a note was left. False information and report. 1) There was someone at home at the time they indicated and 2) No note was left. I currently have another item to be delivered and as I watch tracking it indicated it would be delivered yesterday on Friday. It did not come. As I continue to track I had hoped it might arrived today, Saturday but again, it did not. I guess the USPS has no regard to systems and information they provide. They are faulty in regards to the attempts to deliver and even blatantly dishonest about the time frame. Who do we contact to make someone accountable for this poor and inadequate type of service or because they are Federal they are except from scrutiny? I really like this post office, the line doesn't get super long and even when it does it moves pretty quickly. I usually only stand in line to get pet rescue stamps, otherwise I use the automated machine which is so easy! The parking is good and the post office is clean. read more

When you call on the phone, they have a very nice recording asking you to please hold on for the next available operator and it's a trick. The line rings and rings and rings, and then you get a busy signal and you're cut off. I called three times and that happened. read more

Employees are consistently rude and impatient. I've made numerous requests for delivery instructions here and they never get done. Customer service and productivity is not their priority. I would recommend UPS or FedEx over USPS in Vancouver any day of the week. read more

They do a horrible job when it comes to delivery, if you can even call it doing their job at all. I had a package arriving and got an email saying they came to my apt and nobody answered the door. Lie, lie, lie. Not only was I home but I also have surveillance cameras that shows no one came to my door. Now I can't even get it redelivered. I don't mind picking up my packages but not if its because someone was too lazy to do their job. USPS you should take all these complaints seriously after all you do get paid to that job. read more

The staff here are very helpful and friendly! I had a problem with an Arizona Post office forwarding my mail to my new address which this office delivers to. After calling and explaining my problem they called the other office and handled everything for me. In a couple of days I received a package containing a bundle of mail that was being held in Arizona and my mail started coming daily to my new address. read more

He didn't only find my package, he called me to tell me he found it, and let me know they close at 12, hoping I could make it in time. He was so nice and very helpful!! read more

The service from this distribution center is variable, to say the least. Several times the carrier has bent a book in order to fit it into the letter box. Once the item was bent so bad I could not use it as intended, for a gift. The carrier may or may not notice that I've left letters in the box to be mailed, or Netflix discs to be returned. I've opened the letter box to find a small package (CD) and a key, with the rest of my mail in the larger parcel box. Every time I got to the mail box it's a pig in a poke! read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is BY FAR the worst run post office I have ever worked with. For starters I have been waiting for my mailbox key for over a month, even though I was originally told 1-2 weeks. I recently ordered from amazon and my tracking info told me it was delivered by USPS but I knew that couldn't be right because my mail is on hold. I called the post office and they said it could not be delivered because it was on hold so I would have to come pick it up with the rest of my mail. I drove to the post office in the terrible icy weather, waited over 30 minutes in line to be told by the EXTREMELY rude employee (tall guy in a blue man group Tshirt) that my package wasn't there and "I can't help you, I don't know what you want from me" I got home called amazon was patched through to the post office to be told my package actually was there and it was "misplaced".
