We are so fortunate to have this store in the neighborhood. So many services, and such great staff to provide them. Most recently, I was in a panic bc my home printer quit while I was printing documents that I needed for a next-day cruise. Camille to the rescue. She expertly and efficiently printed off email and screen shots for me. The store was mobbed at the time, but Camille and all the staff remained pleasant and calm throughout it all. I stopped by here to return a prepaid Amazon item. The parking lot was completely empty, and I wasn't sure that the store was even open. It was open, and I was in and out in under two minutes. This location is one of the best The UPS Stores that I have walked into. The store is bright and clean. I have used the store for many different things and have received top quality customer service. Wide-format Printing and Laminating with a very fast turn around time. Great shipping via UPS. I also have dropped off my amazon return that was well explained to me on how the process works. Very happy that Amazon has asked The UPS Stores to consolidate their shipments and send them out when they are full so that it is not making a lot of waste. My return might have not gone out right away but I got my money back within hours of them scanning my QR Code. The store owner ( Greg I think ) has a lot of heart and you can see the professional nature being passed on to his staff. read more

I procrastinate ,full well knowing Christmas presents must be shipped ASAP but yet here I am racing the clock as usual. Panicked and disappointed in myself once again for not getting them off earlier I prepare the text of shame to family members letting them know presents may get there after Christmas. I walk up to the counter as the anxiety builds inside waiting for my turn. I throw the package up on the counter prepared to pay an obscene amount of money to get the package there by Christmas, the customer associate greets me and immediately let's me know it will arrive in time. After an absolutely dismal experience at the UPS store on 192nd by QFC, UPS corporate customer service recommended we try this location. They cited much better satisfaction scores and reviews. This store did not disappoint! Quick, easy, friendly, and out the door. (Brought in 3 things prepped for shipping. Advised there was one more in the car. Rep said he'd get started while we ran to the car. Got back, finished up, and bam!) Thank you for both quick and awesome service and for restoring my faith in the UPS store. Was SO happy to find this UPS Store! It just opened a year or so ago, so it's still quite new to the area (which is probably why it didn't pop up during my initial online search.) It's in a very convenient location/near a major intersection (Mill Plain & 164th) and still looks and feels brand new and bright. More importantly, the customer service is terrific. Jennie was awesome, she was very friendly and helped me with all of my mailing needs. And I met the owner, Greg, who was equally kind and helpful. You can tell that they aim to please, and want to provide their customers with the best service. I needed shredding services so I visited this (720 SE 160th Ave, Vancouver WA) UPS Store's website: scheduled a drop-off for 10am Oct 12, 2020. Shortly before the drop-off time the manager called to tell me that he couldn't accept the materials that day. I rescheduled with him for drop-off two days later: 10am Oct 14, 2020. I arrived at 10am only to be told that he still couldn't accept the materials for shredding. I understand that there are things beyond a business' ability to control: subcontractor failure, COVID impact etc. I also told him that it was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to not tell me in advance, instead letting me drive 5 miles to his business only to be turned away - especially since HE KNEW. I'll find another service provider ... maybe you should, too. read more

Can't speak about all of their other services but if you want your packages to be returned to amazon in a timely manner do not drop them off at the mill plain and 160th ave location. Apparently they pile up their packages until they have a certain number before they send them out..not sure why since they're a UPS store and should have truck coming and going all the time but Ive dropped off packages more than once and it took over a week for them to get back to amazon. This doesn't happen if you take them to the chakalov location of the new drop off spot in Kohl's. Will not be using their store again. read more

I always receive excellent service here. I know they have no control over when Amazon refunds me for my return. I know The UPS Store is just a place where I can drop off my Amazon return. Sometimes I receive my refund immediately and sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks. But I understand that is Amazons doing, not yours. I understand you have an agreement with Amazon where you put all their returns in a large box and when it is full, you close it up and send it back to Amazon and that is why my return is free! Why someone would only give you 2 stars because Amazon is behind on their refunds is beyond me! People always want to blame someone I guess.
