Every time I've come here I've had a good experience with the employees, they're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I usually end up talking to Terry, she's very friendly and has always answered my questions with great clarity. I believe the USPS is an amazing service and my hobby is penpalling so I completely rely on it so I hope that me coming in here to bombard their mail bags is okay with them. However, each phone call only left me more frustrated, disappointed and annoyed. What is the point of the prepaid label drop off if I have to stand in line to scan my package in order to keep USPS and the workers accountable? I don't appreciate the unsolicited 'advice' when the situation is already out of my hands and there is nothing I can do. I've never had a problem with the drop-off box until now. Instead of placing responsibility back on the customer, there should be better accountability or something in place to prevent packages from disappearing in the first place.
