I have been a customer of this business for years, and generally had few complaints until today. Earlier today I received an email indicating I am about to be charged for storage which I found strange since I just cleared my mail box out. I logged in, and was prompted to sign an agreement to new terms. I read through the agreement, and says I need to indemnify the business, and agree to mandatory binding arbitration. I then attempted to select my mail so that all of my current mail could be deleted, but the website wouldn't let me do this unless I agreed to mandatory arbitration. I have no intention of signing such an agreement. My experience with arbitration agreements suggest the perpetrator plans on robbing you, or doing something illegal, but doesn't want to pay for that so he/she sticks an arbitration agreement into your contract so that you have no access to the courts. I have no intention of signing such an agreement, and neither should you! I have complained to Mitch who owns this place, and waiting for his response. I no longer feel safe using this company, and will begin looking for someone else. Brought them a simple 8 lb box to ship to western samoa, and they charged $200.11, and gave it to the US postal service, which after a full month returned it to washougal, with no explanation for undeliverability- and they wouldnt refund our money- THE OWNER THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE WHEN MY WIFE ASKED FOR A REFUND- AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

I love this place! Mitch and the gal (not sure of her name) are so wonderful. I've had a box there for a while now and have been very pleased. They are so friendly, professional, and prompt. I essentially live and work on the road so having a place to get mail and packages is important. Postal Plus is a step up from a regular PO Box though because it enables you to use an actual physical address, meaning you can get packages here where FedEx, UPS, and certain merchants usually won't deliver to a PO Box. I also can use the physical address on my DL. Postal Plus interfaces with iPostal, a nationwide app used for managing mail. Every time I get a new piece of mail, I get an alert and a scanned image of the exterior of the mail/package. I then have the option to have them open it and scan in the interior contents for me, shred it, put it in my mailbox, ship it to a different address for me, etc. *Some of these services mentioned have additional costs* The app gives you the option of what carrier you want to use to send the mail to you, I.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. and have it held at that location for you to pick up. Anywho, I love this location. They are always so helpful and I plan to continue doing business with them for the foreseeable future, unless I permanently relocate somewhere else of course. :) read more

Mitch and Sara that I own and run Postal Plus have had a mailbox for me for many years now and I have been very pleased. It's not like any ordinary PO Box but a real address and have always handled by mail and packages with great care and it shows. On occasion they have handled my shipping needs at a fair price and quick service too I am very happy with Postal Plus and will continue doing business with them they're just another fine example of what small business can do in a small town. Postal plus in camas says the follow Covid guidelines, but we went to get fingerprints and proprietor did not wear a mask even though he had to get very close and manipulate Our hands for the prints. Inappropriately ask the reason we were getting the fingerprints. Not very professional. read more

Do not use this service for Fedex packages. Was over charged $40 for a simple in letter slipped in a Fedex envelope. When I ask why it was $80 (not even overnight delivery) I was told that because sometimes on Saturday, the rates are higher. Go to a FEDEX office, not this postal shipping office! read more

I have a corporate FedEx account and I bring him my label and box already packed up. This guy nickel and dime is you for everything he gives you. I have to pay a dollar for the sleeve of the FedEx pouch. I know that they get them for free because I get them for free as a corporate account. Postal Plus saved my husband's and my bacon. We collectively figured out, at 5:30pm on a Friday night, that the key to our truck in San Jose, CA was at our house in Camas, WA. We desperately needed to move the truck out of the driveway in time for a Monday delivery of lumber. We needed the key shipped fast enough to arrive in time Monday morning. In comes Postal Plus to the rescue! I walked in the doors at 5:55pm, just squeaking in before the 6pm closure. The man behind the counter was amazing. He took the time to talk me through all the pricing and timing options to make sure I shipped it the way we needed. He didn't rush me. He gave me good options. Here I was, sliding through the door at the last second, and he treated me like it was mid-afternoon without a care to be had. I was treated incredibly well. PP is one of the only family operated business geared towards postal services in the area. They are super friend, the facility is well maintained and I never have to worry about being available for packages since they receive and take care of my packages until I'm ready for pick-up. Having this service is nice when I'm out of town and or have a package which is to large to receive in my home mailbox. Special treatment cost a little extra but I for one am happy to help a local business grow and not a large monopoly. read more

Was charged 3 dollars for a prepaid FedEx package because I only had a tracking number and the owner had to print the label. He also gave me ones back in change. Phone quote of $330 to $370 escalated on a Sunday afternoon to $496. This was supposed to be a custom box, pack, ship of an antique chair (30 lbs) from Camas to Phoenix. I had to reluctantly agree to to the high price as we were running to the airport to catch a flight home. I requested to come back and pick up the chair, but it would cost $150 for the so called custom packing. Well when it arrived the custom boxing was an old box with only a single wrap of bubble wrap with only a few pieces of broken loose styrofoam and miscellaneous boxes thrown it. I guess this is the custom packing they touted. The chair arrived but now has loose arms as it was not internally secured in any way. Payment dispute is in process. Beware, beware..... read more

Outstanding service with attention to personal detail. I shipped several boxes for Christmas to Australia and New Zealand the beginning of December. They not only helped me pack for international mail, but advices me on all my option to get it there in time for Christmas. I tried to have mail forwarded by USPS, but the rate was inflated. Business owner refused to indicate what his standard charge is, and indicated it is higher than the post office. This is easily the most expensive private mailbox in Southern Washington, and more expensive than any other vendor in Clark County . Buyer beware. read more

This postal business lost a valuable heirloom that was under their control. They did not notify the owner (me) that they had received the shipment and only after several contacts they admitted that it had been "snatched" (their word). They did not report the theft to the police, either. This is not a good business to use. read more
