I requested a receipt at the time of dropping off three packages with prepaid labels. I was told that the mailing label that I printed was my receipt. I didn't stop to think about this and soon realized that the return label was no receipt that shows I left three packages with Mail Room Plus. I phoned Mail Room Plus to ask for a printed receipt and was told that they do not provide receipts for prepaid packages. This feels like porch pirating to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have been using Mail Room+ since 2020. Not only is it close to my home but the ladies (Bridget and Kelly) that work there are the best. They have always been friendly and helpful. They are over worked and underpaid for sure but they are lot better to deal with then some of the other employees they have had over the years and way better then the owners. read more

So many times I come here when they are suppose to be opened and they are closed. They open 9am, I arrived at 9am, no one there and left after 10 mins of waiting. Came back at 9:30am with no one still to be there!! Another time I came 15 mins before closing and again, they are shut down. Waste of time driving out when they open super late beyond their posted open time, or close earlier then posted. So irritating!! Either poor management or lazy employees! Update: I came back another time for it to be closed AGAIN at 1pm when they are suppose to be opened until 3pm. This place is a freaken joke!!!!! I signed up for a post box with these guys via Anytime mailbox and its been a complete disaster and its gone from bad to worse! Initially I called and spoke to the owner and asked if I sent packages that were too big for my box would there be any additional fees, he said no. Before Christmas I had several packages sent to my post box and thats when things went sideways. Shortly after I shipped packages to the location I got a frantic call from the owner saying that he was going to change the agreement and start charging me astronomical fees. I told him this was not legal and reminded him of our initial phone call where I specifically asked about sending large boxes. He claimed he didn't understand and we agreed to part ways and not do further business this was Near mid to late December 2017. Now its the end of March and I realized these shady characters have been charging my credit card $70 per month for the past 3 months!!!!!! I am NOT Pleased! I will be following up appropriately and I warn you to not do business with these people as they are unethical! read more

AVOID THIS SHIPPER AT ALL COSTS PLEASE READ: I tried to ship a special edition Playstation 4 to a good friend in Phoenix. The owner allowed the new employee, upon hire, to "update" the security cameras and move them around. This said employee then STOLE my package, sent it to himself, and tore the receipt so the address to be sent to was missing. Called police and the kid was fired. The owner withheld the dude's last paycheck until the employee brought back the Playstation. They never called me, the sender, to see if it was the correct system. No cables and no letter and no controller. The owner offered to reimburse shipping cost but REFUSES TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE STOLEN ITEM. This is a $400 Arkham Knight console. I will NEVER ship here again. I still have not received compensation. This item was stolen a month ago. read more

Make sure you get a receipt for your...EVERYTHING. Not CS oriented when there's a problem. Doesn't want to admit there's a problem. My return was never picked up, but no one seems to know what happened to it. It sprouted legs and walked off. Oh, and don't ask about the security camera unless you want your head bitten off. I've had a mailbox here for almost 9 years, and during that time the business has changed owners. The current staff, although very busy, know me by name and will arrange it so I can pick up my packages after hours. What's not to like? Sure beats having someone steal the packages delivered on my porch at home! read more

Scammers. Used their forwarding service and they just kept the package and never forwarded it. Highly recommend to stay away. I feel ripped off and frustrated. The company I work for utilizes Mail Room Plus locations all across the US and this location run by the owner Scott and the rest of his team is one of the best stores to work with. The staff during the day is super helpful and always willing to answer my calls since all our mail is managed virtually with them. Scott comes in after hours to help take care of mine and the rest of the customers mail. Scott is very sincere and a pleasure to do business with. read more

Yikes! Don't use them for any DHL shipments- at least not international ones! They didn't have enough knowledge about international shipments so my package was rejected at the Mexican border (I was shipping contact lenses). Apparently my packaged needed some additional documentation which I didn't know about - but isn't that why you GO to a store like this? Aren't THEY supposed to know all the details about making shipments? So I spent $77 to have the packaged shipped and immediately returned to me. When I requested a refund, because well $77 to send a package back and forth and never delivered seemed totally unreasonable, they denied it and said that I received the package back free of charge - so it was like they wanted me to THANK them for not charging me another $77 for the undelivered packaged to come home! read more

although I have used Mail Room plus in the past, I never will again. And I urge others to bypass them as well. I shipped a package to my daughter in Michigan, at the lowest rate possible - $12. When the package arrived, she owed an additional $17 because someone put the package in the wrong envelope. Mail Room Plus refused to accept any financial responsibility, told me the problem was up to me to resolve, and hung up on me when I countered their argument. Came in today to get something notarized and received the worst customer service. Even though I was next in line I was told to "go stand over there" which I did. The gentlemen working here proceeded to help everyone else that was in the store, even some people that walked in minutes later. Needless to say I finally left (frustrated/confused). What happened to standing in line and waiting your turn. Since when do you selectively help what customers you feel like helping in whatever order you want. read more

Nice enough service, but charged me 25 cents for one strip of tape on the box. Laughable. I have been to plenty of privately owned mail stores that will tape your box. It was a Comcast equipment return for UPS. These business owners should consider the 25 cents not a big deal (marketing) for the return business they would get from me-much more money than 25 cents. Unfortunately, I will Not be back or recommend to anyone. read more

They are so nice here!! And they keep your address info in their computer and print the international slips for you so you dont have to fill them out. A little bit more expensive than going to USPS but worth it. Plus, if you live closer to this place, you save on gas so it evens out anyway. read more

If it wasnt for this place and the referral they gave us to another business, we would not have been able to ship our two cases of beer back to California with us. Went to the Mail Room Plus to inquire about shipping our alcohol back to the Bay Area. The nice owners politely told us that only licensed liquor shippers are able to do this. Mail Room Plus does not ship alcohol, but the nice lady referred us to a business in Gresham (Allegri Wine Shop). If it wasnt for these nice people and us walking into Mail Room Plus on a rainy morning, we would have been searching and out of luck. Thanks for the great referral and look out for my review on Allegri Wine Shop in Gresham. They are a licensed business to ship alcohol. read more

I have been to many post offices, ups stores, and have never smoked crack with the owner. :) I recently moved out of the neighborhood but going to this place was always a nice/regular/non-upsetting experience for me. The worst mail room on the west coast! Unknowledgable, overpriced, rude and half the time their services are inadequate. We paid 10$ for a 4 page fax that never made it to the receiver. Another time we paid 30$ to mail a small 4"x6" box 3 day postage and 2 weeks later the box arrived. They refused to give money back on both, and was rude. I also watched the man working there try to charge a Hispanic family 200$ for one package to Mexico, which is absurd. Save yourself some money and time by shipping with professionals UNLIKE mail room plus. We live within 2 blocks and refuse to use them after the 20 bad experiences. We now drive an extra 2 miles to the post office because mail room plus is horrible in everyday possible. The people who rate this place above one star either haven't been there in a year, have never been to a post office or ups store, or smoke crack with the owner who is obviously racist and miserable. Please take my word, anyplace in the world is better than this mail room plus!!! read more

Dropped off two Netflix dvds that were in prepaid envelopes and ready to go....however they never made it back to Netflix. I would not recommend this place for mailing anything out. HORRIBLE customer service! I worked a really long day, ran home, grabbed UPS packages and flew to this location- my I-phone said it was 5:55. The girl in there had locked everything up and was standing there staring at me and another lady who was knocking. The business hours say they are open until 6 PM; the other lady said she had already complained to the owner about this employee locking up before 6 PM. Five minutes don't seem like a big deal to someone, but it IS to a busy individual who has a lot to handle. Instead of checking this errand off my list, I am stuck with three packages to take care of later. I think this horrible employee should be replaced with someone who understands customer service. BTW- I have NEVER written a negative review in my life before. This should tell you how much frustration I feel to take the time out of my busy day to write one.
