Kevin was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the assisting process of my storage rental. I was not sure what size would best fit my storage needs and Kevin showed me each unit that he felt would be a perfect fit. I have been with this storage for the last two years. The place is very safe and all units provide for cylinder locks which offer a bit more security than disc locks that you find at cheaper locations. The staff here is very helpful. I've had my storage unit here for over a year, although their prices are quite high for a little 5x10 storage unit (im guessing the size, I could be wrong) I've NEVER had an issue here. The new manager Kevin is awesome too, he called me last week to let me know the sliding door panel needed to be fixed. I was in the area when he called again, went down and he fixed the side of my storage unit in 5 minutes. That place is well managed, very clean and feels secure leaving my stuff in storage. This place was great a couple of years ago when we rented 2 adjacent units. After several months, we received the first of multiple rental rate increases, for a total of 6 or 7. Over a 2 year period, we saw the management lose control of the property. Homeless people sleep there and hang-out during the day. I have​ nothing against the homeless but the fellow living near our units was using a fire starting device one evening when I went to drop off some stuff. Can you imagine losing all your stored items to fire because of something like this? His bed was rolled​ out neatly in the hall and he was in his undies, getting ready to sleep. Our rental was paid through October 31, 2019 but they refused to let me into the property today! They deactivated my access code and I had to threaten to call the police. Happy to be gone from that place and the lazy, nasty people on the payroll. You and your stuff deserve way better. read more

I couldn't have imagined a better experience at this U.S. Storage Centers location. From the moment I arrived, Kevin was attentive and professional, personally ensuring that I was happy with my unit (immaculate, secure, easy-access) and efficiently processing my paperwork (fair prices!) so that I could assist my movers. He walked me through my contract and all the safety features of both the unit and the facility. Kevin even went so far as to skip his lunch break so that he could be there to assist me with locking my unit. No question this storage facility is the best around, but it was Kevin who made it a superior experience. Keli Whalon is very professional and gets the job done. She is also a kind, caring person. I have had a couple units here for over a year. Be careful of untold charges...my State Farm renter's insurance confirmed my my storage unit is covered but when I set up my account online, discovered I was charged for insurance. Ana informed I had to show proof which I was able to provide since requested but needed to discuss the first month's charge to be removed with the person I signed up with, Kevin, so I did. He attempted to justify not mentioning the charge to me by stating he processed my request for a unit quickly but then informed me that I agreed to donate money to that month's charity which was never mentioned either. Then he informed me his boss requires him to do his job that way. Regardless, I absolutely did not authorize the unmentioned additional charges and demanded them to be removed immediately. Extremely disappointed I had to endure such ridiculous customer service! I went there since I was at Public Storage but needed a larger unit, they didn't have one available so went to Bolsa Chica Storage isn't open on Sunday so US Storage Center able to help out with larger and inexpensive unit. What I thought wasn't an easy and quick painless process end up not being the case after all. read more

This is a unexpected return trip for me, to be honest. The place I rented turned out to have major issues. (no hot water, for one) I remembered how nicely I had been treated by Kevin Paul and Arianna when I first rented a space here. I went there with a truck filled with stuff, with no appointment and, lucked out on a 1st floor rental. Kevin took very good care of me.I had been through a horrible ordeal and the appreciation for the treatment I received from US Storage for making an incredibly difficult day, a little bit easier, is huge. The Yelp review machine thinks this review is not very helpful so let me give you some more details. First off, the place is clean, very important for me. I've seen some negative reviews that talk about monitoring. That is hooey. Hooey I tell ya! I see cameras everywhere and they close the gates at a certain time. (before that, you have your own unique code to open the gates till closing) I feel totally safe here. (we are going on 9 months now, since I still haven't found a place) Kevin and his staff keep you updated with any new changes (if there are any) but don't "spam" your e-mail like most businesses do. They just make sure you are always in the loop, so there are no surprises. I really appreciate that. The hours they are open are more than reasonable and they give you a nice buffer zone of time to move in even if the office is not open. In addition, payment is very simple. You can drop it off personally, (my usual favorite method) or use the user friendly website to pay online with a major credit card. (much easier than navigating, say, Kaiser Permanente's website!) As to the prices. They are fairly priced. I have a lot of stuff and I got a nice big space for a good price. From time to time, they also might have specials running, so ask about them. (hey, it doesn't hurt) In terms of geographical location, it is very well located, right next to the mall. You can move, or add to your storage space and treat yourself with lunch at the mall! (yes, I often do) It is not too far from the 405 or the 22, so it is very convenient for anyone in Westminster, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, etc...All in all, I have been nothing but satisfied with the humane and professional treatment that Kevin and his staff have provided here. I can honestly say it's one of the very few things in the last 9 months that I haven't had to worry about. Thank you Kevin and US Storage! read more
