In fact, one of the workers was the same guy as the last time. Both of the movers that came provided excellent customer service and worked quickly and efficiently to move our items. I found their pricing very competitive. However price goes out the window if the equipment fails. I have had a bad experience with one U-Haul outlet. I trust Penske and will return if I need a truck again. Note: This location has early hours; 7AM to 4PM. If you can't return by four PM take another day. I did. The extra few hours allowed me to take another load of furniture to my new home. Five stars, because they were efficient, nice and helpful.

I was told I'd get a call back with an answer. Shortly after I get a call saying "if you come right now you can pick up the keys". After getting dropped off doors were locked and only the manager was behind the counter. She immediately tried telling me to leave because they were closed but I explained that I was called and told I could still pick up. After a couple minutes of going back and forth she finally let me in but not until after a "I'm sorry your rental is more important than my health". I responded with the fact that I was called and told I can pick up the vehicle, I wouldn't have gotten dropped off other wise. She ignored that and just continued being rude. After finally getting the keys while she was on the phone in front of me she said "yea some people just don't understand the health impacts of chemical spills". I responded with another "you guys called me and said that I was good". She then said no one called me and told me to leave. Attached is a screenshot of the incoming call from U-Haul telling me to come get the keys. I wouldn't have had any issue going to a different location for pick up. But I was told this one would still be open. The store messed up but instead of taking ownership of putting out bad information I was the one blamed. Do better.

They had exactly what we were looking for. Harvey explained rental requirements and an hour later we left his lot with a truck. The rental process was quick and easy. We returned the truck the next morning and the retiring process was just as easy. So easy in fact that I was a bit worried that I'd get to work late since we arrived later than planned but Harvey had us out within minutes and I even made it to work early!! We rented the 12' stake-bed truck with a lift gate. The truck was in excellent condition and the lift was easy to operate. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to rent a truck again.
