If you want storage, well, you can store stuff here. Much like other options in the area, they have clean, temperature controlled and convenient space that is reasonably priced. Well truthfully, they may be a little more secure than other options that recently were burgled or had a fire. Where they excel is their front office management. Angel knows her stuff. She is friendly, helpful and makes the process of renting a storage unit easy. I feel confident about putting our stuff there while we move. read more

I had a great experience there. Specifically with the use of their first time customer discounts. The storage unit is relatively easy to access. Just one code in the gate and one out. Please beware- Ive been patient and quiet about what happened to me and my little boy on November 31st-1st at this US STORAGE facility in Westminster. My son (9yrs old) and I had just left my husband due to domestic violence problems and chose this facility to hold our things we were able to bring with us. Between the hours of 12am - 6am everything of ours had been ransacked and things of value stolen. Manager refused to cooperate. They're were very scary individuals lurking around. I had police report done. But with our pereonal situation this burglary had to take a backseat to our most pressing problems. They got everything and they got away with it. Causing us severe hardships for a long time. A true nightmare. Frightening that this kind of business exists. I would just find another storage if I was reading this. Not worth the risks and the headaches you could possibly have to deal with. There are plenty of honest storages don't risk it. I regret severely putting my trust and money into this horrible place. The manager that refused to cooperate is no longer there of course. Her name was "kelly". read more

I've been using US Storage multiple times when I'm in between moves. Great deals and prices. Rates has never gone up on me and I've been using a drive up unit for over a year. My father and I came in today to find a storage unit, we were greeted right away by an employee named Kevin. He dropped what he was doing and started a friendly conversation on how to get started with opening a storage space. After we went to go check out the unit, Kevin was very understanding and put us in a space where it was easy to access because of my fathers disabilities. Kevin even remembered our names and wasn't too eager on getting us in (which made us more inclined to use US STORAGE ) he was very friendly, I couldn't be happier to keep my fathers personal belongings with this company. Thank you Kevin, you are the best. I hope this review helps other people who have been looking for a good place to go, with good rates come here to experience great customer service as my father and I did. I have been a tenant at this US Storage facility for over 14 years. I've seen a few of the employees at this facility come and go, but there is one employee that that greets me every time I see her, she is very polite, she even asked me if I need a cart for items that I was loading and she's overall very pleasant. Her customer service is 5 stars. Anna is why after 14 years I'm writing a review. Anna is an amazing employee to have and an absolute delight to interact with when I go to my storage unit. We moved out of the unit on 8/8/2016 and US Storage Westminister continues to call us 3 to 5 times a day demanding we pay rent we do not owe. They started harassing us the day we gave notice demanding we give them twice the amount of time required and they continue to harass to pay for another month + "late Charges" that we don't owe because we no longer have a storage unit with them. read more

Terrible business! We have had repeated problems with this location in the last year. We missed a payment due to life circumstances and were told how we could resolve it but when we came in to make the payment they had fired the manager and refused to honor our agreement. Then after we were paid up, they didn't remove the locks so we wasted travel time and gas money we didn't have and were unable to get into our unit. I had even called in advance to make sure our access had been restored and was assured everything was fine. I have also had problems with calling repeatedly for 3 weeks and never getting my voicemail returned. We are looking for a new storage facility so we can be away from their organization as quickly as possible. read more

I would have had a 5-star review for this place, but... It's 9:53am on Saturday 8/8/15 and I should be moving my stuff into this place from the Mini U Storage in Westminster where I recently had my unit broken into and robbed. I started renting a unit here at US Storage on 8/4/15. The person who was helping me was the manager from the Stanton(?) location who was filling in for a couple days. I reserved the moving truck for today, 8/8/15, and was told I'd have it for the whole day, but I told her I'd have it back within an hour. I only needed the truck to move in my tall steel case file cabinet. I picked today because my friend could only help me move on the weekends and I work late mornings on the weekend. They opened at 9am today, perfect. We arrived shortly after 9am to pick up the truck, but was told by the guy who was working today, "I don't see your name on the calendar. It's been rented to this family." I have no idea what was or wasn't written on the calendar or whatever they do in the office -- not my problem. I do know that I had literally just enough time to move this file cabinet from 5 mins away, then get to work. The guy told me he had to go by what was on the calendar and gave it up to them. He said I could have it tomorrow. Great! Can I pick it up at 9am? No. They open at 10am on Sundays and I'm not calling in sick to move a file cabinet. I have to move out by Tuesday from the old storage place and already gave notice and am paid up until then. My friend even asked the mother who rented it if they wouldn't mind if we could use the truck really quick. Of course they said no. So, I understand that my tight schedule is no one's responsibility besides my own, but when I have my act together, all my ducks in a row, to have this relatively easy task scheduled out and someone forgets to write my reservation on a stupid calendar... yeah, it irks me. Very nice facility, clean and well maintained with helpful, competent staff. They graciously allowed me to borrow their box truck for my move-in and had plenty of flat carts for moving things in and out. They have great security with access made simple by giving me a private code for the gated entry and exits. I was treated very well and would recommend using this or other US Storage Centers. This doesn't even warrant 1 star. Horrible Customer Service. New customer who had questions when I called got hold music and after 3 min got the call center. Made reservations and asked for call back about my questions. Periodically thru the day tried calling to which no one answered. Next morning after no call back I called back, same thing after minutes got call center. Explained I asked for call back & didn't get one and asked again for one. Periodically called thru the day with no answer, at 5:30 pm when called again and got call center was told I could be out thru to location and got hung up on. 3rd morning attempt only got call center Again after minutes on hold. Cancelled reservation. I do not recommend this place At All! read more
