Less than a year here and the business practices are what drove me to relocate my items and make the choice to consolidate what I own instead of hoarding stuff from the years. My price has changed 3 times in the last not even 365 days. I basically got a response of "it is what it is" Asked to speak to a corporate higher up and was told a note was made and to expect a follow up from their dm. After weeks of asking "what's the update" I updated them with the notice that I'm moving out. Kinda unprofessional, kinda price gouging. These increases should be illegal based on the percentages and there aren't any new property features soooo not sure where the money is going but it's fine I'm moved out thankfully read more

I always get very attentive staff, especially Aiden, he is always greeting everyone with a smile. I highly recommend this location. Great storage, I was going through some tough times and found this for a deal so I rented a unit for my belongings. Great staff. The only complain I have is that with the winter storm there must have been some leaking as all my belongings got wet causing mold to my things. I went to pay it my monthly rent on March 3rd, and it suddenly went up by $45 without a notice. The person that was on shift that day said they had sent me an email however, the only email I received from them was a receipt email with the new amount but no reason of why they were charging me more, however I paid it, even though my things were smelly and had had mold. Later that day (03/03) i received an email stating that "some customers may have been negatively impacted by the recent winter storm, Therefore, we have made the decision to provide a one-time Winter Storm Relief Credit to your account for the month of March. You do not need to do anything as the credit will be automatically applied to your account." Sent email was signed by property manager Gabriela Oviedo. I don't understand this email as I had already paid my monthly rent that same day and no one told me I had a credit or whatsoever, instead they had me pay $45 more without a reason why. I went home and gave some thought to it. The next day I called to tell them I'm moving out. I appreciate their business and kindness but they need to improve their system and communication with their customers and make sure all their staff is on the same page on all their notices. I have paid four months in advance for storage service's this particular US storage on Alameda & Vernon closes early 5pm which is a headache in itself now on this Fourth of July weekend 07-04-2021on Sunday it's closed there's a sign stating open 365 days a year which in my opinion is false advertising " when you are paying for storage space the whole idea is 24 hour access to your belongings or at best with in the posted hours of the business agreement. Now I'm riding around with baggage of luggage that I have to hold until hours of service. This is not good business practice if your late for payment 4th of July or Christmas Day your going to have a lock on your storage unit . So I feel closing doors on any holiday is garbage on this type of service I've made a very bad decision renting from this location . If you want full access to your belongings daily you might not want to rent form this location . read more

Ben was the man at the front desk and he helped us a lot! Even when there was a couple of hiccups here and there, he was very responsive, friendly, and generous with us. They have boxes and locks at pretty good prices too! The rules and policies are very fair and reasonable, nothing to complain about there. This place has killer deals for LA. Very affordable. It's a secret. It is by far the most affordable I could find. I have a 10x20 unit. The staff is very friendly. I wish it had ramp in front. The only ramp is the back. So if you have car and don't want to pcik up your things up the stairs, you have drive to back. The elevators are tricky to use, not traditional. This storage facility is near Downtown which is about a 10 minute drive for me and the sizes available were perfect for me. I got a 10 x 15 and Adrian the gentleman at the front really took care of me with service, description and help. We were easily filling up our storage in no time, he even gave me a tour of the place, showed me where the tools and carts were and told me if theres anything I needed to call him directly (downsizing/upgrading, etc) I really appreciate him and he is why I chose this Storage center. In my experience the staff at this place was extremely helpful. I had a lot of stuff and no help, so they moved me down to the first floor to an easier unit to reach. I was looking for a storage nearby and noticed that they open early at 8am, (most places open at 9am) I arrived at 750am and saw Adin open up the gate early to let me in to park, then he took his time to listen to my storage needs as well as suggest all the options in detail. He was able to get me into a really convenient lower space as I requested and even helped me move a big mattress into that space that I was having trouble with without me even asking. Adin was extremely thoughtful and went above and beyond just doing his job and besides offering me a great deal for the time period that was ideal for me, explained everything and answered all my questions with a cheerful attitude.
