Has a mohawk and tat on the right arm) proceeded to show me a more expensive unit and not the units matching what I reserved. How do I know? He asked me the upselling questions and never showed me the reserved unit and said none of them were available to show until the day of the move-in? Then why have me reserve? Do you think I'm dumb enough to rent a unit I've never seen? They have 2 dollies for the entire building btw. Then he was performing some speech, pumping up the storage building like a sales pitch he just learned in his Management 101 Class. Cut the bullshit. And show me the unit I reserved. I finally had to share with him I've rented for a decade at all different types of storage companies so I already have experience of what makes a good or bad storage company. This guy either needs more training or put in another role. He wasn't receptive to being challenged with feedback. The whole fake salesman persona was offputting. Come to find out this is new management which they should have been upfront about. They've only been here a month. You can tell if you ever have issues with this storage location that they're going to have every excuse. Bottom line is if I reserve a unit online, I expect to be shown a unit that matches that criteria. What a waste of time. And please don't tell me to email your generic customer service email regarding this situation which will most likely go nowhere. But at least, I can warn people to not rent here.

They just sent me an email $600. Email was pretty late if I didn't come and get some items that it's a common area where items are always left and I left expensive items. It's not like it was trash. I left two flatscreen TVs that were 65 inches apiece. I left a fireplace mantle heater TV stand combo that retails for about $500 at Home Depot right now and I left a solid oak vintage dinette table that I paid over $1000 for so I didn't leave junk. I left stuff that people most likely took and if I'm not surprised if the staff didn't take it home themselves that I have too much staff so I just figured I'll donate it and my donations. They want to charge me $600 for donating which their stuff down there all the time and I've left stuff there before and people have taken it so this time they decided to be a little facetious but anyway the pictures dude reflect trash left over the span of a month elevators. Nasty smell smells like urine everywhere. People are living on site staff as well aware staff is never in office and if they are, they're very rude and adaptive I will consider going to a different storage facility.
