I was in another state and reserved online. Then I missed my connecting fight and got stuck in a random city. They extended my reservation via text message. After arrival, I realized the unit I reserved didn't fit my needs and THANK GOODNESS, they had other options to view. I immediately took the unit and they were patient with my questions.
