I've had storage untis with this location a couple of times. The last one was approximately 7 years ago and I decided to try them again if they had the size I needed for an impromptu need. I was in another state and reserved online. Then I missed my connecting fight and got stuck in a random city. They extended my reservation via text message. After arrival, I realized the unit I reserved didn't fit my needs and THANK GOODNESS, they had other options to view. I immediately took the unit and they were patient with my questions. He explained everything to me, showed me the reserved space, and I ended up going with an even smaller space after sharing some pricing options as I wanted to spend less than the spot I had reserved online. Thanks for being honest about pricing! Greatly appreciated, as he could've kept that info to himself. The storage facility itself is very easy-access, with spots in front of the buildings for efficient parking and cart accessibility. The inside is very clean and well lit. He has always been so friendly and sweet.
