Thank You Benson for making the process so fast and easy for me! This location looks safe and very clean compared to other storage locations I had looked into previously! I would definitely recommend to everyone! read more

Pros: - the site is clean - it has a gate and is secure - they collect for charity Cons: - you move in for $100 and they suddenly put it up 50% or more knowing it's tough to move your stuff out - you only get 30 day notice (I am going up from $125 to $175!!!!) - some of the carts are old and don't spin well slowing down the move - they force you to purchase insurance to store there (first time I've ever had that) I highly recommend you look into a different company - US Storage is a disgrace - taking advantage of people knowing that it's costs to move. Bait and hook system. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

This review is long overdue, but this location is great! It's super convenient and very clean. The rental process was easy and quick, and honestly very affordable in comparison to other options near by. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend this place! Service is great, never have encountered any issues. Property manager Benson Williams is amazing! Made everything so easy. :) Thank you! read more

Ive been at this storage unit for a couple years now. Maybe three years and it has been a consistent and smooth experience. I pay unit late every month and they always call to remind me to pay. And I do, the last day before the late fee. For real though. I like them. I like the early and late access and that there always carts for use at your disposal. Today, the manager Benson went out of his way (after giving me a hard time) to cut my lock the next day (when they normally require at 48 hour notice). He's a nice guy, so I knew he would . I recommend this location for safe, climate controlled, reasonably priced, good ground hours storage. read more

US Storage Centers - Jolene is the best!! - Self Storage Near Me - Hawthorne, California

I rented a large unit here and if I need to rent a unit again I will definitely come back to this location. Benson the manager is very prompt and the front staff is very kind. The facilities are very clean and the units are made of concrete with a metal roll door. The building I was in was not climate controlled with AC but was still very cool and was not humid inside. Great place with great prices read more

I needed to put a bunch of my things in storage for a year or so and was very happy to come across this storage center and here's why: -Benson, the office manager, was very helpful with explaining and showing my options -I got a great move in deal (1/2 price for the first 3 months) -Great hours to access your unit, 6am - 9pm every day -The units are clean and climate controlled -They let you use a moving truck and carts for free Overall, I was very happy with my decision to rent a unit from here. read more

Jolene is amazing! She was so amicable the instant I came in the door. Moving is super stressfull as it is, and dealing with mean people is, well, not fun! She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The location is superb as well. Off of Aviation Blvd, very close to the freeway. Easy access to the units and plenty of parking. No loitering allowed here either which is nice, as the previous location I used allowed people to hang out. I like that US storage is so clean and clearly states in its rules that people cannot live in their units. It gets creepy when that happens. The building is also climate controlled which means my things won't get hot and will stay nice. The price is right too! Anyway, if you have to put your things into storage this is the place. read more

This is a very well run facility. Clean and accessible with courteous staff and management. Freeway close and near retail stores and hotels. I recommend seeing this facility when making a decision to rent temporary space. Great security and modern buildings that allow ample space for loading and unloading. Well lighted and they keep the facility in good order. My company took two (2) large units became of the ease of use. Price is fair and we are very pleased with storing at this facility! Accommodating entry hours including weekends and holidays. We were helped by Emily and the next day by the property manger, Benson. Both went out if their way to answer all of our questions and show us the various options. read more

We chose this particular US Storage because it is in a safe location and entry is gated requiring key code. The facilities are very clean and the units are easily accessible. US Storage on Aviation in Manhattan Beach/Hawthorne is hands down the best storage facility I've done business with. Both Mallery and Nelson are Property Manager-Extraordinaires! They are at the same time extremely friendly and helpful all the while maintaining the utmost professionalism. They are truly customer service professionals. On top of all if this, they maintain the facility with the utmost care. The entire property is very clean, modern, accessible and in a great neighborhood. If you're looking for a storage facility, your search is over. Call Mallerey and Nelson. You won't regret it. read more

This is absolutely THE best storage facility! It is clean, spacious and you can't better customer service! They are the nicest, most helpful and understanding people ever! If only the rest of the world was like this. I am a new 21' travel trailer owner and needed a place to store it. Being a bit nervous about moving it around and parking it at first I passed up a few other storage facilities and I'm glad I did. It was so easy to get to from Culver City. Lots of room to maneuver the big beast of a trailer. Easy to get in and out. Never any issues. I can not recommend them enough! read more

Ben was super helpful. Storage sucks in general -we need it in emergencies and we are not at our best when trying to manage moving a bunch of stuff we weren't prepared to deal with. Even thought it's zoned as Hawthorne, it's actually closer to El Segundo/Manhattan Beach so very safe neighborhood. I opened up an account with them a few days ago and the entire process was extremely professional and painless...took a total of 20 minutes! Kudos to Christina & Erica for being so professional and patient. Both of them just radiated happiness and were so pleasant to work with. Thank you both for making the entire process so quick and stress-free! Here's what to expect: 1. You're taken on a quick tour of the facility where you're shown an example of a unit you're interested in. They'll show you that there's only 1 entrance/exit which has multiple keypad entries. 2. If you're interested in buying a space, you fill out a short application and show them your DL. 3. A one-time administration $20 fee is charged. 4. You will also need insurance so either show them your homeowner's/renters insurance or you must purchase an insurance plan from them (less than $20/month). 5. You'll have to buy a lock but I was given mine for free. :) 6. They'll go with you to your new space and show you how to open/close your unit and also how to insert your lock. 7. They're open daily 6am-10pm. Pros: 1. Very professional and kind staff 2. There is a live-in storage manager on the property which makes it very safe. 3. Great neighborhood - it's located behind the Springhill Marriott Suites and next to the MTA repair center so there's not a lot of traffic and very safe. 4. Very clean facility. I've checked out other storage facilities in the same area and they can't compare - some of them were so dirty and in sketchy neighborhoods. 5. Right now on their website, they're offering a 50% off deal for the first 2 months! Cons: 1. It's a small facility compared to other storage companies 2. For some reason, their bigger spaces are cheaper than the smaller spots so even if you don't need such a big space, you're almost better off getting the bigger once since it's cheaper which doesn't make any sense (I was told that bigger units are always discounted since there's more of them). read more

Exceptional customer service! Benson the property manager was fantastic. Super friendly staff and great location. Highly recommend

Moved into a unit here, and Benson (the manager) was a complete professional, totally courteous and just straight up helpful. The unit was clean, and secured with many video cameras at all the building entrances. There's a climate-controlled building, but it costs more than I was willing to pay. I'm happy with this storage unit from Day 1. read more
