Came here on a Saturday morning around 11 am and it was no shocker that the line was long. I was just grateful to see that they were open considering the location closest to me was not. I was hoping to use the self-service, and it awaited me...available with no customers - yay! I was in and out in no time. If you're coming in on a Saturday, plan ahead to wait or use the self-service. Don't forget your sharpie or pen! I don't use the post office personally but lately my employer has had several pieces of bulk mail pass through it. Every single returned postcard has come back with a label over the address saying "Return to Sender." With the address completely obscured in this way it's nearly impossible to correct the bad address. Only a complete moron would do something like this. This post office is dirty and the staff member Naomi is one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I have held off in writing a review but enough is enough. The past two years I have been coming to this location and they have finally lost me as a customer. Naomi has no customer skills what so ever. She talks down on customers. You can clearly see that she hates her job. I had an incident with her over a label. I used my own white label but she felt the label was a priority label and argued we with me abt it. She also tells ppl to listen for when she calls them up to the window in a condescending way. If you have ever had an encounter with Naomi at this location, I encourage you to file a formal complaint about Naomi on the USPS WEBSITE. This woman is unprofessional and has the worst customer service skills. I was serviced by her recently and she fraudulently processed my paperwork and threatened me that she would. I had to contact her supervisor, called the State Department to verify that she incorrectly filed my paperwork and had them correct it on site. She is an agent so she should know better and my mistrust of her is confirmed after her threats and evidence that she did this on purpose. I have filed a formal complaint with USPS, the Office of the Inspector General and have a call into the Attorney General for fraud. You cannot ask her questions or she has an immediate attitude. So helpful!! I was one of "those people" that came in last minute to pick up a package and they still helped me! (Walked in at 4:58 and they close at 5:00). Randy was the gentleman that searched for my package and was very sweet. Just like most people, I would give this a Zero Star if available. This place should be closed, along with the entire USPS. Try calling them to complain; what a joke. Everything negative is accurate. Let me add this. I have a business, use Stamps.com and request package pick up a couple times a week. Most of the time it goes OK, but at least once a month, they don't pick up my mail, but the real pisser is that they send me an email saying they have picked it up. So in addition to everything else, they are liars. I have spoken to a supervisor in person and on the phone ( when they answer HA!) at least a half dozen times. Same old &^%*. Our government hard at work. Here's something sadly comical. I was in one time and NONE of the automated machines were working. I inquired why there were no out of order signs on the machines. Terrible service. I arrived this afternoon asking for a lost package and the sending to my to Jean. I rang the bell and I gave to her my tracking number and surprise. The mail boy delivered my package to another address. She didn't care. I told her. What should I do? She showed me the map . Where my package was delivered and very arrogant. I went to this post office last week, to pick up our mails and was fortunate to have Eva at the customer service window. She took her time to canvass for all our mails that were tied together with other peoples' mails. She went through at least five bundles of mails to pick out the ones that bore my company's name. I guess I am just another victim in the long list of victims here on this review page. I shipped a package on December 14, 2020 to my in-laws house in San Diego, Ca. In the package were various items that without the gift cards priced out to about $500.00. So I insured the package and sent it on its way. Consequently, the package was opened and rifled through. Items were removed and then the package was taped up and delivered. We discovered the theft in a phone call conversation about items that they should have received in the package but were missing. I filed a claim on the package that was insured and after 3 weeks of back and forth phone calls for follow up, the claim was denied. They said the package was not packed correctly. WTF, shouldn't they have told me that when it was taken by them for delivery? This is outrageous! I highly recommend you never use this service for any delivery. What is the sense in purchasing insurance if they won't even honor it? I am disgusted! read more

If you guys plan on renewing your passport, please go else where. Usually places with bad reviews tend to be false information but all the 1star reviews are accurate and true. I was scheduled for my passport appointment a couple days back and theres literally nobody there to assist you or tell you where to go, you kind of have to ask your way around or wait in line. As a previous servicemember in the USN, I'm very familiar with the sometimes utter wretchedness of a government office providing government services that they know and you know you simply can't avoid. It was a clear necessity to deal with these people on a fairly regular basis but you eventually learn that mediocrity is the best you can expect and the norm is just outright bad service. Sad, but just a fact of life interacting the government. That being said, I don't recall a post office being this clearly unhelpful. No one seems to know how to look up anything, there's no communication between the office staff and mail carriers and there appears to be not even a glimmer of a modicum of caring whether or not your issue addressed at all, much less showing empathy for the problems they've inflicted on you. My wife and I recently moved into a home in Spring and became aware we had no mailbox key. Apparently a replacement takes over a month, and even mail held on hold often shows up in the locked mailbox anyway. Everytime we ask why the mail is STILL delivered to a locked box we can't open, we're told they don't know and can't contact the mailman. They've also successfully lost a package from Amazon shipped through them for almost a week with no indication where it is or how I can retrieve it. When asking how we can find it, either an 'I don't know' over the phone or a blank stare in person is offered. Obviously this particular office is a bad example of the Postal Service but is ample evidence of how far they still need to go before USPS can regain even a lukewarm expression of public trust. read more

So let my start off by saying I'm on a post office reviewing mission. I was in an absurd discussion in my sculpture class earlier. Somehow we ended up talking about yelping about post offices. This is now a personal mission to go to every post office and review it. This shouldn't be too hard since I'm on a massive letter writing kick (of course numerous packages are being sent as well). Anyway, this is the post office located where I grew up. It has the passport service, but beware of the fact you're gonna be standing in line for ages. Don't even try the line during the few months before tourist season. YIKES! The rest of the lines move at the average post office snail pace, but they have a few automated package machines so I rarely have to come in contact with bitter employees. My big thing is the row of mail boxes outside. I have to be able to find the row of mail boxes and not have a huge time entering and exiting the little driveway. It's extremely easy to find, but quite often there's heavy traffic on the street that you exit onto. The traffic is awful since it's right next to a school, so don't go during the school dismissal hours. read more

I had an absolutely horrible time changing my mail going through this post office. I relocated from Spring to Fort Worth. I did a mail hold online before I moved, because I was living in two cities for a short time. I received an email confirmation. When my mail hold ended, I went to pick my mail up at the post office and found that I had no mail. I was told by Gerald that someone forgot to print out the mail hold notices from online. So at this point, I do a change of address at the post office. 3 weeks later I realize that I was not receiving mail, and my change of address was not in the system after manually completing it and handing it to the clerk Gerald. Now, I do a 2nd change of address at the post office in person. One week later, still not receiving mail. I asked for the post master, and got "Mary". I explained to her that I changed my mail twice in person at this location, and I'm still not receiving mail at my new address. She replied, " well go to a different post office". My concern is , if the post office can't handle a mail change, someone is definitely incompetent in their duties. The responses and attitudes from the clerks were unbelievable. Even calling on the phone, I didn't get a return call from the manager. My issue was only resolved after going to a different post office in Fort Worth. This is the MOST incompetent , rude, unethical staff of postal clerks I have EVER encountered. After looking at the reviews I took it on myself to WRITE A GRIEVANCE and advise others to do the same . I have listed 2 addresses below. There needs to be a thorough internal investigation of the work practices here. Don't just come here to post a bad review. Follow it up with grievances to their administration. They are not immune. The lady miss Naomi I'm not sure if that's her real name or if the coworker is trying to cover her up but I've seen that a lot of people on the reviews have said that she is rude and it's really unprofessional and especially for working with a lot of people. I was already having a bad day and she had to ruin it by being so ugly with me because I couldn't hear her when she called me. I couldn't understand what she was saying because she had a clear shield mask. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me and then she yelled at me. Horrible!!!! This post office doesn't ONE star. I've been having a post office box at this location for over six years and I can count one hand how friendly and helpful the staff was. To be completely honest, majority of the staff is friendly and willing to help, but the lady who does the passports is ALWAYS rude, screaming, not willing to help, very inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. My son and I had an appointment for our passports that was booked two weeks in advance. An hour before our appointment she called to advised me that she had to cancel our appointment because they were short of staff. Please, be mindful we were sitting outside when she called. I asked if she was calling to reschedule; her reply "No, I don't do that that. You have to go online or to the kiosk and do that yourself." If you want to schedule a passport appointment make sure you do it between 10:00am - 12:00pm is what she advised me. Excuse me?! She was the person that walked me through scheduling my appointment. She called to cancel my appointment the day of and an hour before!!! She wasn't aware that we were at the post office when she called. I walked in to speak with her because I really needed clarification from her. There were approximately 4 to 5 people in the lobby and NOT a single person was at her counter. People, please be aware and pace yourself for the very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate lady with the short red hair that proudly wears all her stars and badges. I understand what she was saying, but I was trying to tell the person I was on the phone that I was having the worst experience to hold on that I was going to call him back... the first part was in English and the second part was in Spanish... why Naomi had the audacity to make a comment about me speaking Spanish, and acting like it was her need to comment about what I told the person I was speaking with...
