This is by far the worst Post Office I've ever experienced. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We come here, it's a negative experience, from the wait times, to the rude attitude of the employees.... But I thought okay, it's a government operated agency, they can't really control (or care about) personal service and how their customers are treated. However this last experience was the straw on the camels back... The carrier that tried to drop off my package knocked on the door. I was trapped under a sleeping infant, so I was slowly getting up as not to wake her. But the time I got to the door, he had already left I initially received a "sorry we missed you slip..." with directions on how to reschedule delivery. I thought "wow, that's convenient!" Yea right.... so on the date that I scheduled the delivery, I made sure that my daughter did not fall asleep on me all day. I waited and waited and finally while I was talking to a neighbor (standing in MY doorway), I saw the mail truck stop at my mailbox at 6:18pm and put in some items. One of which was ANOTHER FREAKING "SORRY WE MISSED YOU SLIP"! Except this one wasn't even a real one! It was a photo copy! And he didn't even get out of the damn truck to attempt to deliver the package!!!!! Lazy a$$ mailman in a rush to get home. Saw him speeding down Champion forest 20 min after. Absolutely unacceptable. Update: As I waited in the 45 minute long line at the post office to pick up said package, I was writing this... once I finally got to the front of the line, they STILL COULDNT FIND THE PACKAGE! They sent me home because they were "sure it was out for delivery today"... surprise, surprise... it wasn't. read more

I was just in the post office US post office on Louetta I have never been treated so badly at that post office ever! the guy behind the counter was so unhelpful he was rude. I didn't put tape on one of my packages thinking I was supposed to put a receipt in the bag before shipping and he didn't even have the courtesy to use his tape I had a buy some and get back in line what's that about? I will go elsewhere to send my packages for the holidays. read more

Came here on a Saturday morning around 11 am and it was no shocker that the line was long. I was just grateful to see that they were open considering the location closest to me was not. I was hoping to use the self-service, and it awaited me...available with no customers - yay! I was in and out in no time. If you're coming in on a Saturday, plan ahead to wait or use the self-service. Don't forget your sharpie or pen! I can't say much about the staff or how long the wait actually is, but the location is central to a lot of other errand stops you're probably heading to. Easy in and out. read more

Very rude staff (Naomi) I didn't have to directly deal with her but I felt very sorry for the couple in front of me who were being yelled at for being close to her counter. He took 3 steps back and still wasn't enough she kept yelling. If one hates their job that much they need to find another job otherwise their entire life will be crap! If I could put a negative star I would make it million negative! read more

Bad service, careless people. I really hate this place. They even won't help in you in getting the flat rate boxes to mail your stuff. I can't believe that this place is in America ! read more

US Postal Service - Post Offices Near Me - Spring, Texas

I don't use the post office personally but lately my employer has had several pieces of bulk mail pass through it. Every single returned postcard has come back with a label over the address saying "Return to Sender." With the address completely obscured in this way it's nearly impossible to correct the bad address. Only a complete moron would do something like this. Buy a "Return to Sender" stamp and stop covering up the address. read more

Best Post Office I've ever been to period. In and out in minutes and friendly staff to guide you as needed. Surprised at the low ratings, and we'd all be sorry if we lose this stand up office. read more

I get so much mail that doesn't belong to me. Usually it is a random piece of mail that I just deliver to my nearby neighbors. But yesterday, all these letters that belong to other people were delivered to my box. It makes me wonder how much of my own mail never arrives in my mailbox. read more

This post office is dirty and the staff member Naomi is one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I have held off in writing a review but enough is enough. The past two years I have been coming to this location and they have finally lost me as a customer. Naomi has no customer skills what so ever. She talks down on customers. You can clearly see that she hates her job. I had an incident with her over a label. I used my own white label but she felt the label was a priority label and argued we with me abt it. She also tells ppl to listen for when she calls them up to the window in a condescending way. I mean the line was long and the lady she was rude to didn't understand her. overall horrible worker she's lucky to have a union job somewhere else she would have been fired years ago!! read more

So helpful!! I was one of "those people" that came in last minute to pick up a package and they still helped me! (Walked in at 4:58 and they close at 5:00). Randy was the gentleman that searched for my package and was very sweet. I could hear the boss in the background telling him to hurry up so they could close, but Randy was still very sweet and kept a smile on his face. I am so glad this post office is the one in my neighborhood! You rock Randy! read more

Post office lived up to its expectations "poor customer service" Another example of a government run business. Came in early for a passport appointment, Clerk had no customers and preferred to make me wait instead of doing what she gets paid for. Never willing to go above and beyond, and no accountability for this behavior. No star by the way, only clicked to give the review for this location. read more

The lady helping with passports is absolutely rude. 3 people were in line 3 people she sent home without assisting them. Mean, rude, useless. They need someone with way more customer services knowledge. read more

If you have ever had an encounter with Naomi at this location, I encourage you to file a formal complaint about Naomi on the USPS WEBSITE. This woman is unprofessional and has the worst customer service skills. I was serviced by her recently and she fraudulently processed my paperwork and threatened me that she would. I had to contact her supervisor, called the State Department to verify that she incorrectly filed my paperwork and had them correct it on site. She is an agent so she should know better and my mistrust of her is confirmed after her threats and evidence that she did this on purpose. I have filed a formal complaint with USPS, the Office of the Inspector General and have a call into the Attorney General for fraud. You cannot ask her questions or she has an immediate attitude. She is very rude and EVERYONE needs to report her on the website not here on Google. She yells and berates customers for no reason! She should not be working with the public or with sensitive documents! read more

If you need a passport go to another location. The elderly lady that handles them lost her mind a few decades ago. She's miserable and will do her best to make the whole process a nightmare. Best USPS office I've been to! The staff is super efficient and friendly. I wasn't even there for 5 minutes when I had to ship a package.

Margarita, she brings the mail home, and she is a very respectful person, today I came to the office to return a package, the two cashiers were extremely rude, one literally threw the teip and told me to seal the box, I asked her how much teip I put in it, and she told me that he does not care, that it is not his package, someone so lazy should not be working at the register, put them in the warehouses or in any place where they do not have to serve the customer. read more

I paid good money to mail a registered insured package (re267615616us) on Feb 27. Four days later, it is still sitting there. NO EXCUSE!

If there was a 0, that is what I would give this post office. A woman named "Naomi" specifically is such a terrible person to be working with the public. She was rude to every customer that came in, and sure enough, she was rude to me also. I hate dealing with employees who have such a nasty attitude. My daughter remembered her from the last time we came here... They must just hire anyone at this post office. She needs to stay in the back sorting boxes and not dealing with people. STAY FAR FAR AWAY..! read more

Just like most people, I would give this a Zero Star if available. This place should be closed, along with the entire USPS. Try calling them to complain; what a joke. Everything negative is accurate. Let me add this. I have a business, use Stamps.com and request package pick up a couple times a week. Most of the time it goes OK, but at least once a month, they don't pick up my mail, but the real pisser is that they send me an email saying they have picked it up. So in addition to everything else, they are liars. I have spoken to a supervisor in person and on the phone ( when they answer HA!) at least a half dozen times. Same old &^%*. Our government hard at work. Here's something sadly comical. I was in one time and NONE of the automated machines were working. I inquired why there were no out of order signs on the machines. They stated it is against USPS policy to post a sign. I wrote out my own signs and posted them on the machines. That enraged a supervisor who tore them off. I got my satisfaction though!! read more

The ladies that work here are the rudest! I would recommend going to another post office before they ruin your day.

Worst USPS in America. Don't even waste your time asking for help here. The workers are extremely rude & refuse to help you. I will never go here again. read more

Very unreliable for passport services. They canceled my appointment due to staffing, they shouldn't offer the appointments unless they know that they can actually fulfill them. I asked the woman if I will run into another cancellation if I reschedule and she said more than likely. read more

Terrible service. I arrived this afternoon asking for a lost package and the sending to my to Jean. I rang the bell and I gave to her my tracking number and surprise. The mail boy delivered my package to another address. She didn't care. I told her. What should I do? She showed me the map . Where my package was delivered and very arrogant. You have to talk with the woman sitting on that desk. But she is busy. ( she wasn't going anything) and she closed the door. I was so upset and I rang the bell again and the other old women opened the door. Very upset and yelling me. We can't do anything. So I told her. It is your responsibility. Not mine. I paid $.... whose is going to refund my money and both old women were yelling on me. They didn't give any solution. That is the works post office I have ever been. Terrible service. read more

The building, which is not that old, is a dump. I paid for a post office box but because somebody forgot to remove the cardboard slip from the back of the box, they returned my packages! Y'all need a better system than that--when you get a package addressed to an "unused" box, you don't even double-check to see if it's been re-rented? read more

Incredibly rude staff. Horribly maintained building and grounds. Typical "government" workers. So many people could do a far better job.

If I could give 0 star I would ! Just had the WORST experience with the passport officer. She is rude, ignorant and aggressive. She is not a Sargent in the military! She is a public servant who's wages are paid by my taxes ! I DO NOT APPRECIATE having orders barked at me like I am a mindless dog ! There is a way to speak to customers that is polite and curious. She should not treat people like I was treated this morning, telling me I should be grateful she didn't cancel my appointment because they were short a postal clerk. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this passport appointment, which should take priority over people walking in to mail parcels ! I have no problem at all waiting. I was only asking a question, she just kept telling to wait at the white wall, loudly and aggressively. She is ill manned, ill spoken , and on a power trip! She was arguing with me about the color of my son's eyes! They look green sometimes, but they are blue. She is telling me what they look like to her. She had the audacity to tell me I had an attitude. I told her it's because she is so aggressive. I WILL NEVER USE THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed at the poor level of customer service I received this morning. Horrifying display of ignorance ! read more

I went to this post office last week, to pick up our mails and was fortunate to have Eva at the customer service window. She took her time to canvass for all our mails that were tied together with other peoples' mails. She went through at least five bundles of mails to pick out the ones that bore my company's name. With more Eva at this location, we wouldn't have any reason to complain. I can't say that about some of the employees that I have had to deal with. Thank you so much, Eva. read more

This post office has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Every. Single. Time. Drive to another.

This is government inefficiency at its best. Our carrier is a SLUG. We only get mail mid afternoon when he is off. When he's "working" it 7:00 pm or??.! Previous carriers delivered mid/late mornings and occasionally early afternoon. Syrians (in Syria) get better service from Assad or ISIS (ISIL to POTUS).. If there were an option for a -5 stars they would get it! read more

As a previous servicemember in the USN, I'm very familiar with the sometimes utter wretchedness of a government office providing government services that they know and you know you simply can't avoid. It was a clear necessity to deal with these people on a fairly regular basis but you eventually learn that mediocrity is the best you can expect and the norm is just outright bad service. Sad, but just a fact of life interacting the government. That being said, I don't recall a post office being this clearly unhelpful. No one seems to know how to look up anything, there's no communication between the office staff and mail carriers and there appears to be not even a glimmer of a modicum of caring whether or not your issue addressed at all, much less showing empathy for the problems they've inflicted on you. My wife and I recently moved into a home in Spring and became aware we had no mailbox key. Apparently a replacement takes over a month, and even mail held on hold often shows up in the locked mailbox anyway. Everytime we ask why the mail is STILL delivered to a locked box we can't open, we're told they don't know and can't contact the mailman. They've also successfully lost a package from Amazon shipped through them for almost a week with no indication where it is or how I can retrieve it. When asking how we can find it, either an 'I don't know' over the phone or a blank stare in person is offered. Obviously this particular office is a bad example of the Postal Service but is ample evidence of how far they still need to go before USPS can regain even a lukewarm expression of public trust. read more

So let my start off by saying I'm on a post office reviewing mission. I was in an absurd discussion in my sculpture class earlier. Somehow we ended up talking about yelping about post offices. This is now a personal mission to go to every post office and review it. This shouldn't be too hard since I'm on a massive letter writing kick (of course numerous packages are being sent as well). Anyway, this is the post office located where I grew up. It has the passport service, but beware of the fact you're gonna be standing in line for ages. Don't even try the line during the few months before tourist season. YIKES! The rest of the lines move at the average post office snail pace, but they have a few automated package machines so I rarely have to come in contact with bitter employees. My big thing is the row of mail boxes outside. I have to be able to find the row of mail boxes and not have a huge time entering and exiting the little driveway. It's extremely easy to find, but quite often there's heavy traffic on the street that you exit onto. The traffic is awful since it's right next to a school, so don't go during the school dismissal hours. read more

I guess I am just another victim in the long list of victims here on this review page. I shipped a package on December 14, 2020 to my in-laws house in San Diego, Ca. In the package were various items that without the gift cards priced out to about $500.00. So I insured the package and sent it on its way. Consequently, the package was opened and rifled through. Items were removed and then the package was taped up and delivered. We discovered the theft in a phone call conversation about items that they should have received in the package but were missing. I filed a claim on the package that was insured and after 3 weeks of back and forth phone calls for follow up, the claim was denied. They said the package was not packed correctly. WTF, shouldn't they have told me that when it was taken by them for delivery? This is outrageous! I highly recommend you never use this service for any delivery. What is the sense in purchasing insurance if they won't even honor it? I am disgusted! read more

It is so sad that one person can make this post office unbearable to go to. If you go there do not get help by Naomi. She is very rude and condescending. I have tried my best that day not to escalate the situation but she has the worst communication skills. The other employees are the best though. I feel bad that they have to work with her. I wonder how she talks to them. I only had to deal with her once but they have to work with her all day. read more

These people do not care at all!!! They just lost my package and it was like who cares move on attitude. They lady that called me said the delivery person confirmed delivery to to right address in the right mailbox guess what I'm the only one with a key to my mailbox so either it was delivered to the wrong address or you guys stole it. There is no accountability for lost or stolen mail it's pretty disgusting. And the no care not sorry attitude is really uncalled for. read more

Is it so hard to answer the phone! I literally have one question and no one will answer the phone. I decided to call usps customers service line and their automated system is honestly a joke. It does it's best to make sure you don't get transfer to an agent. How do you confuse "yes" with a "no" then it's just hangs up on you. Are they no there to help? I wish I could give this location and actual usps zero stars. read more

I had an absolutely horrible time changing my mail going through this post office. I relocated from Spring to Fort Worth. I did a mail hold online before I moved, because I was living in two cities for a short time. I received an email confirmation. When my mail hold ended, I went to pick my mail up at the post office and found that I had no mail. I was told by Gerald that someone forgot to print out the mail hold notices from online. So at this point, I do a change of address at the post office. 3 weeks later I realize that I was not receiving mail, and my change of address was not in the system after manually completing it and handing it to the clerk Gerald. Now, I do a 2nd change of address at the post office in person. One week later, still not receiving mail. I asked for the post master, and got "Mary". I explained to her that I changed my mail twice in person at this location, and I'm still not receiving mail at my new address. She replied, " well go to a different post office". My concern is , if the post office can't handle a mail change, someone is definitely incompetent in their duties. The responses and attitudes from the clerks were unbelievable. Even calling on the phone, I didn't get a return call from the manager. My issue was only resolved after going to a different post office in Fort Worth. This is the MOST incompetent , rude, unethical staff of postal clerks I have EVER encountered. After looking at the reviews I took it on myself to WRITE A GRIEVANCE and advise others to do the same . I have listed 2 addresses below. There needs to be a thorough internal investigation of the work practices here. Don't just come here to post a bad review. Follow it up with grievances to their administration. They are not immune. If you guys plan on renewing your passport, please go else where. Usually places with bad reviews tend to be false information but all the 1star reviews are accurate and true. I was scheduled for my passport appointment a couple days back and theres literally nobody there to assist you or tell you where to go, you kind of have to ask your way around or wait in line. That being said i was late to my appointment considering that i had no help. And you would think someone who's employed would do their job to help you but no, that was not the case here. So the lady who "helped" me goes by the name Naomi Morney, was extremely rude and loud for no reason. Not only did she made a scene in front of everyone practically humiliating me but she was being unprofessional and rude, while i on the other hand, was being respectful and patient with her. I dont know what that lady's problem is, she clearly doesn't like her job. Don't work there if you're not willing to help ur customers or be patient. Worst experience ever!! read more

Horrible!!!! This post office doesn't ONE star. I've been having a post office box at this location for over six years and I can count one hand how friendly and helpful the staff was. To be completely honest, majority of the staff is friendly and willing to help, but the lady who does the passports is ALWAYS rude, screaming, not willing to help, very inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. My son and I had an appointment for our passports that was booked two weeks in advance. An hour before our appointment she called to advised me that she had to cancel our appointment because they were short of staff. Please, be mindful we were sitting outside when she called. I asked if she was calling to reschedule; her reply "No, I don't do that that. You have to go online or to the kiosk and do that yourself." If you want to schedule a passport appointment make sure you do it between 10:00am - 12:00pm is what she advised me. Excuse me?! She was the person that walked me through scheduling my appointment. She called to cancel my appointment the day of and an hour before!!! She wasn't aware that we were at the post office when she called. I walked in to speak with her because I really needed clarification from her. There were approximately 4 to 5 people in the lobby and NOT a single person was at her counter. People, please be aware and pace yourself for the very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate lady with the short red hair that proudly wears all her stars and badges. She continues to fail miserably at customer service because I have seen her do it with others in the past. Avoid her at all cost!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible!! They embarrassed me and hurt my feelings! They wouldn't take my package because they said to put it in a paper envelope. Which was incorrect of them because the other usps location took my package. The black lady working yelled and called me names and was super rude. There were other people who came up to me and said that they're always rude. One girl said she hates coming here because she feels like they bully her. Please don't ever go here! Also, I said "Can I talk to a supervisor or get a number for corporate" and they were so scared and wouldn't help. Absolutely disgusting!
