I was shocked that standard shipping is $10 these days, however, luckily things move faster than they used two years ago. UPDATE: A 2nd clerk showed up and the line flew! Both clerks were extremely helpful. The man who helped me took extra care to ensure that I knew where my tracking numbers were, and that I would receive proof of receipt from the recipient of my letter. I could hear how the other clerk was supporting customers at her window and it was equally above and beyond the typical level of service. So, staffing levels here kind of sucks, but the clerks themselves are awesome! I am revising my review (if Yelp will let me) to average the one star I initially gave and the five stars I would give for service.
