Like all post offices you may have to wait in line but my waits have never been more than 5 minutes and like I said they have been friendly and professional. They also have a self service machine in the lobby. The only complaint is that they have had problems over the past several years with thieves stealing the large outdoor mail box with its own drive thru lane. That's sad and it's too bad that the bad guys get away with that. It amazes me that people would steal a mail box especially the extra large ones that have been outside here. Currently there is no box so you have to walk inside to mail something.

UPDATE: A 2nd clerk showed up and the line flew! Both clerks were extremely helpful. The man who helped me took extra care to ensure that I knew where my tracking numbers were, and that I would receive proof of receipt from the recipient of my letter. I could hear how the other clerk was supporting customers at her window and it was equally above and beyond the typical level of service. So, staffing levels here kind of sucks, but the clerks themselves are awesome! I am revising my review (if Yelp will let me) to average the one star I initially gave and the five stars I would give for service.
