Came here around 3pm on a weekday and it was surprisingly busy, maybe because there was only 1 worker available. But she was amazing! So friendly and helpful - she didn't let the long line or semi-grumpy customers get her down. Certainly would be better if they had someone else there to help her out, especially as we near the busy holiday season, but she made the experience so pleasant that I didn't really mind the 20-min wait. read more

So so so inefficient. I waited in the main line at the counter to pick up a certified letter, then I was told that I have to go wait in another line, after I waited 15 min in the first line. No signage stating that. The person working inside there is probably on lunch. No telling, there is just a closed door. Now, the person at the head of the 2nd line stated the bell was rung 30 minutes ago, but nobody returned after they picked up his slip. Huummmm, what to do? This usps lobby was clean and orderly. However the line was long but it's our first Christmas social distancing due to the COVID-19 2020 pandemic so expect huge delays! Plan early b/c everyone is shipping lately good news the line moved fast. I needed a large shipping box clerk was happy to accommodate my request. The lobby had Plenty of extra tape/supplies, and a good variety of stamps which using the post office is always cheaper then fedex or ups so it's a no brainer to use the post office in my opinion that deliver to all parts of the country including rural routes unlike their competitors! read more

I went around 6 to drop off a package and noticed that it was too big to fit into the slot , a nice employee on her way out let me know I could leave it on the dock . I'm not being dramatic when I say I've never had an encounter with anyone who works here that wasn't a completely rude jerk. The bank of mailboxes that I use were vandalized in December 2022. As a solution we need to physically pick up our mail at this location. I went to pick up my mail today and was told that for the past month instead of bundling the mail for each addresses the carrier has just kept it in the delivery boxes. It has been accumulating for over 5 weeks. When I asked how long it would take to get sorted, Ulmer, the postal worker shrugged and said "a while". When I asked if he would inform the carrier to start separating the mail as required by their job he said, "Who am I to tell them that? I ain't no supervisor." I then asked for the supervisor's contact information he said, "no". Then proceeded to ignore me and "helped" the person behind me. This is absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. Every person that I have been in contact with has been rude and unprofessional. I agree about closing this location rather than keep employing people that don't care and are extremely unhelpful. read more

Terrible, worst post office ever. About 1/10th of items ordered just get lost, 90% of the time things are marked "Delivered" and then actually delivered a few days later or not at all. TERRIBLE customer service, they act like you're the one being rude by calling to ask - Um hey, where is the STUFF that I PAID FOR? The latest order they lost cost me 80 bucks, it was marked delivered over a month ago when nothing came, and every time I call to inquire they tell me (with an attitude, always) that their system is slow and they will call back. They never call back because they don't care. The people who work at this post office would be lucky to have jobs at McDonald's. It's ridiculous. Absolutely insane. read more

I seldom use the counter service here, but the single-star rating is for two other reasons. First, there is no package drop-off drum to mail a parcel after hours or without having to get past the crowd waiting for the counter. Second, by the end of the business day, the super-sized mailbox outside is almost always so stuffed that you cannot even slide another letter in; there's mail sticking OUT of the neck of it! They could easily solve this problem by either adding a second box or having it emptied at another point during the day as well, but clearly USPS no longer cares about customer service. read more

My package was delivered to their location by accident. That was 4 days ago. I went to my local Post office to see what was going on. They told me they are just waiting for the other location (77008)to send it back to the distribution center so they could send it to the proper post office. I called the 1-800 number and they told me that it was still at 77008 location. I go to the 77008 location and they told me they mailed it to the distribution center 4 days ago. That if I was to have them look for it in the back it could take hours. I called back to the 1-800 number and they told me that if that location had sent it to the distribution center that it would be there. But it being 4 days later and it was not there that they did not send it. And they just did not want to look for it. People there were very rude. And LAZY. read more

Horrible! They plain refuse to deliver my mail. The carrier had an altercation with a neighbor. Now he refuses to deliver. I've been in four times to complain. They keep telling me I'll never have to go in again and I will get my mail consistently. I'll get it for two days, then they will stop delivering. It's getting old. I'm most likely gonna sue them. This location and associated carriers SUCK! They cheat their delivery times by scanning items delivered and then not delivering for up to 4 days later. This is a scam they pull to make it look like they are actually working, when more than half the day is spent finding a place to hide and nap. 5 times this year! Try to call to complain and get the 800 number and a wait time of 1 hour plus. No wonder the USPS is going down the toilet! STOLEN mail by USPS EMPLOYEE!! Don't go to this location. Handed three cards to an employee coming out of the blue package pick up door. Not one single one of these cards/gifts was received by the person I was sending them to. They were in colorful envelopes with colorful washi tape on them, which must have made them look special to the USPS employee who offered to take them from me. read more

The worst post office ever! They are rude extremely slow when there's a long line of people waiting. I've been shipping boxes of cookies for the last few months the heavy-set African American woman with the short gray hair helped me I asked her to stamped the boxes fragile, because all the other times I had been there they did and she refused to do it and said she would charge me more money if she had to stamp the box fragile! Also I never get mail at my house on Saturday, never! I asked my mail lady if she worked on Saturdays and she said yes and I said why don't I ever see you and why don't I ever get now and she said maybe you just don't get mail on Saturdays. Yes, it is not as efficient as its peers. I had several problems trying to pick up a package which I had a pink slip for. Mainly, I was told the wrong information, the plan for delivery after signing the slip did not happen and I had to come back and none of the personnel there seemed to know their own systems. read more

Absolutely the worst. Scan packages as delivered and then if you're lucky you might receive 3-4 days later. One carrier left a box delivery at the end of my driveway by the street. Called in (after 55 minute on hold - which is the normal weight time) I file complaint. Supervisor finally calls me but sees no issue with carrier leaving package by street to be stolen, was rude, had an attitude and it was clear I was wasting her time. The only thing that keeps them in business is government mandate that they are only ones who can legally deliver mail to mail depositories. If they had competition even poor competition they would be out of business within a month. No one at post office cares or tries to do a good job. And there should be repercussions to the mail carries that mark packaged delivered when they are not but again supervisor at that location seems to not care anymore than the staff. Why this person is in a supervisor role with all the complaints is beyond me. read more

I don't know where they are based from; but Ms. Savannah and Ms. V are THE BEST mail people EVER! They have saved me from sending out incorrect paperwork a couple times. (Apartment outgoing boxes stay locked). They didn't have to help me, but they did. I owe a lot to them for saving me from wasted time, energy, and money.
