A female employee (who worked last Friday 11th and opening the line at the post office center) was not clear in her instructions but instead of politely clarifying it, she blamed me as if I didn't listen. ("I told you to..."). I have a disability which also includes my hearing; I don't appreciate her talking down to me as if I was dumb. It was also humiliating in front of the other people in line. I kept asking to step aside so I could figure out what to do without keeping others waiting. I went there with my granddaughter early and could have filled out the forms needed if they were provided before they open (and they were late and didn't have to be rude). I just wanted to give you a warning to avoid in any way to NOT pay them $35 up front and request to change your mail box key. They said it'd take 5-7 days. I went to the location to check in 2.5 weeks later and wait d in line. They told me that the employee must be out of town and there is no back up. No problem. I asked if they could double check that my small piece of paper that I wrote on with my info was actually submitted to get my lock changed. They said no, they assured it's there in the bin. Called around week 5, still no mail, 30 minutes later I got a confirmation that they should have it done by the weekend. 2 weeks have passed since then- nothing. This is where you go to get your mail when you've got to sign for something (and you weren't home) or if you have a mail hold (and you didn't want it delivered). There are no retail services here. You can't buy stamps or get a package sent. There is a mail drop, however. There is little or no line. That doesn't mean you won't have to wait, however. I would agree with the other reviews regarding this location. The way this facility conducts its business and treats others mail is quiet sad. I have had countless packages not delivered to my home and had to go pick them up. Which would not be an issue but the fact that they never open when they are said to be open, the time it takes to get a clerk to come to the front to assist the line of customers takes anywhere from 5-20mins. The amount of time it takes them to locate your package/mail is astronomical as well. I have had many packages lost or destroyed during its delivery and I have never had this many issues with packages until I moved and this was my primary USPS facility. read more

This Post Office regularly loses and mismanages packages. I actually had to involve a USPS Internal Investigator last year when they lost an expensive package of electronics. At least once per week, I get someone else's mail/packages. I then have to track that address down and deliver it myself. At least once per month, someone else gets my mail/packages. At least once per month, a package is listed as "couldn't find address," simply because it got late in the day and they didn't want to keep delivering that day. At least once per month, my packages are marked as delivered, and I don't actually receive them for 2-3 days. I assume this is to meet an on-time delivery metric. When you call their office number to try to get help, it generally just rings and then goes to a busy signal. I don't think anyone has actually picked up a phone call in 7-8 years. read more

They still say tour open on Saturday, which I learned upon traveling here to pick up a package you'd tried to deliver to my neighbor is no longer accurate... This may be the very worst post office I have encountered in my 40 years of running a small business. Even if you schedule a parcel pick-up the day before online and receive a confirmation, your packages will not be picked up. Worse yet, they'll send you an e-mail confirmation that they were picked up!! I have spoken with a supervisor at this location and complained to USPS customer service, but to no avail. I would give this place a 0 if it were possible... I have lived in the area for 9 months now. This post office has a terrible record of NOT delivering your mail. Ive had to go by there 5 times to pick up my packages in the last 2 months. Each time, the tracking web site says a notice was left. I never received a single notice. The mail carrier seems to be too lazy to use the call box to deliver packages, so they dont even bother to deliver them. There was one time a package was not delivered because it was raining. They said they didnt want the package to get wet. All they had to do was call me on the box at the front gate. Worst service Ive ever received. I really hope they can do something about this. Its unfortunate that people in the area have no choice but to get their mail from these workers. read more

I wish I could remember the name of the woman that gave me and other customers such a bad time because she sure was memorable! For starters I called to locate a package to see if it had indeed arrived at this location (according to my tracking it was "accepted"). This woman put me on hold for 45 minutes. I would not have waited this long but I wanted to see if I could intercept a package because I am leaving out of the country. I called back and she RUDELY said "If it says accepted today then it is out for delivery!" then hung up. I knew this could not be the case (since it did not say Out for Delivery and from experience Fed EX SmartPost/USPS usually takes 1-2 extra days) and since she did not take down my tracking or listen to my explanation how she could possibly know this? Luckily I was able to swing by the post office during lunch. Another employee took the time to understand my request and look to see if the item was there. She couldn't find it and proceeded to take down my number until Ms. Grumpy supervisor came and condescendingly said "If it says Accepted, it is not here yet!". So the total opposite of what she told me on the phone. I knew it was her because of her voice and same RUDE tone. She then continued to talk down to me in front of other customers saying "we see the same tracking you do!" and "just because it says accepted doesn't mean it has been accepted at our facility...you need to wait!" How should I know that? And what is up with her attitude? Why didn't she take the time to listen to my question over the phone? It would have saved both of us some time. It wasn't even about the info she was sharing (which she could have shared over the phone had she not been so dismissive and rude) but how unprofessional she conducted herself both on the phone and in person. Especially considering that I was polite, courteous and understanding. I just shook my head at her upon leaving. I am appalled she demonstrated such a demeanor in front of her subordinate and other customers. She was black, had short, almost grey hair and glasses. She sucks and should not be a supervisor until she demonstrates real customer service and leadership. read more

I really strongly believe that this location needs to be investigated. My package was never delivered even though it shows it was on there tracking system. My mailman always comes between 1:30 to 2:00. The packages shows it was delivered at 4:30. Hmmm. Ok I was home at the time and no mailman ever showed up. As a matter of fact I havent seen him in over a week. I called USPS and they told me my package was delivered from this location, so I decided to go the location because maybe my package was still there. I couldn't believe it! 3 other gentlemen there all said they did not receive there packages even though it showed they were delivered and had not received mail in over a week. They were missing packages from Amazon, Target, and Business checks. And we were all told our packages were not there, and they were actually being rude to us like we did something wrong and would not let us speak to a supervisor! The lady who worked there told me that the mail carrier would ask everyone on his route if he delivered a package to them by mistake. LOL! Are you kidding me.
