Small Post Office, but big on service. Never much of a wait except Christmas when all Post Offices are busy. Very friendly.

This is my first and last visit to this UPS Customer Service Center. The customer service here is…read morethe absolute worst! I walked in and soon the man that works here came out and he didn't even acknowledge me. I'm the one who said hello and he reluctantly answered. He never asked me how he could help me. I gave him my DL and told him that I needed to pick up my package. He said he needed the tracking number (no eye to eye contact) which I showed him. He went to the back and left my box in the counter. If you don't like your job then you need to quit and allow someone who actually wants to work, take the job. If your attitude sucks because of something you went through, go and fix your issues and come back to work or not. Customer service centers have no place for negative vibes especially since your income depends on your customers! You should treat your customers with the utmost respect and dignity especially if they're courteous and polite. It was so bad that I'm in their parking lot writing this review...DO BETTER!!!!! Treat people right because you never know what could happen if you mistreat the wrong person at the wrong time! Again...DO BETTER!!!!!!

Status On Its Way to USPS December 14, 2018 at 6:47 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item BAYTOWN, TX 77521 Now please show me where is the proof that it ever reached Baytown Post office Today is Dec 21st, Baytown Post office is less than 10 miles AWAY. So i Contacted the postmaster general.. Here is the response ...Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General Hotline. It has been determined that your concern does not fall under the jurisdiction of the US Postal Service. Rather, your concern involves UPS, who can be located either online or with an 800 phone number in your local telephone book. And This is UPS Response..... I'm so sorry to hear what you have been through with this package. From what we can see, UPS tendered the package to USPS on 12/14/18. If they indicate that they do not possess this package, I would highly recommend that you contact your shipper to discuss any potential investigation or replacement. Saving a few bucks isn't worth trying to do business with this company…read more I tried to order twice from them and I have experienced in both case the worst custom service. The first time, I had to call them multiple time to have an update on my order. They tell you they will call you back, they don't. The order ended up being canceled because they weren't willing to ship to a storage unit. Fair enough. I ended up buying from a different company with no issue of communication or shipping. I tried to order from them again ( a different item) on Mars 19th to be shipped to my home. You will receive an automated confirmation email but nothing after that. Once again I had to call them to inquire about the status of my order. Once again I was told I would receive a call back, which didn't happen! I call them again and the same issue arises: "someone will call you back " they said . They never did. The third time I called I was finally able to talk to someone who checked on the order and assured me that they will send me a confirmation email as soon as the items are shipped. They never mentioned anything about payment issue! I waited a week, never received anything either via email or through the post office, so I had to call them again. Once again, I was told someone would call me back. It didn't happen. I called again and made sure to let them know that I have called in the past multiple times and that no one ever return my calls. Should I say "luckily" for me this time around someone called me back ? Not so lucky because this is when they decided to inform me that my credit card was declined. Supposedly they sent me an email to let me know, which I never received and don't believe they did one bit! I proceeded to let them know what I think about the way they treat customers and that I won't go forward with that order because it's not worth the trouble! They didn't apologize or anything! This is the type of business they are! They don't care ! Buy at your own risk cause if something go wrong with your order, I really doubt they will lift a finger to help out! People who don't give a crap about doing you wrong aren't worth doing business with as far as I am concerned! I tried to order from this company twice! Each time they don't let you know about shipping unless you contact them multiple times! They don't return phone calls! I placed the last order on Mars 19, called multiple times! It took weeks, until today April 9th to finally have an update on that order ! I finally bought the item from Amazon after wasting weeks trying to deal with this company . A little bit more expensive but I would rather pay more to be treated like a human being! Maybe if you are big company they will treat you better, but small businesses.. stay away!
