This is my first and last visit to this UPS Customer Service Center. The customer service here is…read morethe absolute worst! I walked in and soon the man that works here came out and he didn't even acknowledge me. I'm the one who said hello and he reluctantly answered. He never asked me how he could help me. I gave him my DL and told him that I needed to pick up my package. He said he needed the tracking number (no eye to eye contact) which I showed him. He went to the back and left my box in the counter. If you don't like your job then you need to quit and allow someone who actually wants to work, take the job. If your attitude sucks because of something you went through, go and fix your issues and come back to work or not. Customer service centers have no place for negative vibes especially since your income depends on your customers! You should treat your customers with the utmost respect and dignity especially if they're courteous and polite. It was so bad that I'm in their parking lot writing this review...DO BETTER!!!!! Treat people right because you never know what could happen if you mistreat the wrong person at the wrong time! Again...DO BETTER!!!!!!

It's FINALLY here! This place has long been hidden: not found in any Bing or Google search, not in…read morethe telephone book, and not easily identified. So, when I recent visited, I requested the address and telephone number as they seem to delight in somewhat of a hidden aspect. It''s directly next to the Nissan dealershp, so slow down as you approach. CAREFUL, this place is simply a hub. It does not contain any boxes for purchase and no packing materials either. I primarily make use of this place as a drop off site for the shoes that I am returning when I regret the purchase. The young ladies are friendly and quite helpful. They never seem to be rattled or frustrated, even though many customers can be a bit difficult. Again, this location is simply for shipping

I have frequented Galveston Pack and Ship for almost one year. Complicated creative package assembly was needed for an antique fly fishing rod to simple ground shipment services. I was helped by the nicest man! He sealed my box and helped me get tracking information on my package. It was such an enjoyable experience! And I say this realizing that all I was doing now was mailing a package. When I used this location for printing services, not only was it the most affordable, beating out all the other copy places on timing and cost, but I spoke the most wonderful lady on the phone. I had submitted everything online and called to check my order status maybe 30 minutes later for planning purposes. This store was obviously swamped with people and she told me everyone was working hard. But the part that inspired me to write this review was that she was truly apologetic that she couldn't give me a timeframe. Her tone of voice was so sincere and you could tell that she wished she could help more! This location has the GREATEST staff!! I don't know why I ever check on services through the other shippers.
