Went in for my passport appointment and everything went well, except they don't do photo appointments like they say they do online They'll tell you to go to CVS or Walgreens to take one, so keep that in mind for anyone planning to go here for passports. read more

This location needs to be shut down. The staff are rude, and often steal mail, or throw it away. I have had several packages stolen by employees, who sign for the package long after business hours. Absolutely no way I could have gone in to pick it up, much less sign for it. Plus they sign for it using initials. No actual name. They do not ansewr the phone at the location either. You actually have to go in just to speak to someone, then they act suprised when you say you tried to call but nobody will answer the phone. read more

This Post office is horrible! We had 3 packages stolen so far and 2 in the last 2 weeks . It's Saturday19th and they didn't open up until 9:15 And 10 minutes just to find the right key. And of course they were rude and loud as always. They said my husband picked up his package Friday the 18th and he did not! They all need to be fired or closed down read more

Can't say enough negative things about this location. Garbage. Never bother answering the phone. Can we vote the employees out, ffs?

0 stars if I could. The employees here so clearly hate their job and know they have no repercussions so there is no respect at the location. Supervisor should be ashamed of themselves. Lost my License twice and if you got a package coming through here Goodluck! Can't believe this is what my tax dollars pay for good grief. read more

WHY have a local number if no one EVER answers the phone?? If you call the 1-877 number they tell you that you must call the individual branch location for most questions but the phone just rings until it disconnects?? read more

-0 stars Literally just came in to check if i had the right postage for my wedding invitations and he just said it "looks fine" and i was like okay perfect where do i send them send them or do i just give them to you? and he literally didn't say anything grabbing my little basket i was holding my invitations in and dumping them load as hell something... I wasn't expecting that i literally had extra stamps in there with my cards. i had to tell him that he just throw my extra stamps and he looked at me stupid. like wtf go get them. hopefully my invitations get sent out in one piece:( praying the little details we put into them didn't get f** up read more

This place is a f'n joke. Good luck trying to call or contact anyone. The mail carrier does not delivery our mail on a regular basis, nor does he come in to pick up our outgoing mail. Typical Government BS! read more

honestly do not understand how people here still have a job, customer service skills are horrible not to me, but to a customer two people in front of me she had a simple question and they had nothing but attitude, now of course the customer was getting frustrated, and that was good to be obvious, but that was due to the fact that these clerks or service representative whatever you would call them. where I work at, I would call them fired. it's all about accountability and it starts with management so yes, I think the management should be fired. Not demoted but fired. Sad but made an example of. And then go down the line. read more

The employees working there are extremely rude to everyone. Can't ask a simple question because they will give you an attitude. They need to get new people that actually want to work in customer service. read more

Customer service is a zero at this post office. Employees are rude, lazy, most unhelpful and unfriendly. Who manages this location? The employees need a remedial course on customer service. I avoid this post office at all cost. read more

I will say I get my mail but if it comes to them delivering a package they will not even try to deliver or get out the vehicle and say that they did. I have been sitting outside with my gate open watch them as they use my driveway to turn around because I'm on a dead end and drive off. read more

*0 Stars* This Post Office has the worst customer service I have ever seen!! EVERY time I have to go in- which I always dread doing because of said person- there is one certain man that always has the worst attitude ever. He is always being sooo rude & mean & making you feel like a total idiot. Today he literally made me cry because I had to do 2 transactions for personal & business reasons & he got very upset at me because how dare I have to do 2 separate transactions?! And it's not just to me that he's rude & mean to- it is everybody!! And I do mean everybody. This person is beyond rude- he is just downright mean & hurtful. If he hates his job so much & dislikes people so much- why doesn't he just quit his job & find something that is more suitable for his mean personality. It seems like somebody would eventually read & take notice of these reviews & do something about this horrible place. read more

Walked in to an employee yelling at a disabled customer 5 minutes before 5pm( closing) . Slammed service door as I attempted to ask a question. Always someone working there being sassy, rude,or downright disrespectful. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

I just rather take the drive to Deer Park. The clerks upfront are always on their phones and don't say a word to you.

Horrible customer service, came in to deliver a package that I already did all the work for. Dude at the front counter couldn't even look up from his phone and he just seemed so pissed that he had to do his job. Didn't say a word and slammed the receipt on the counter. And can't even talk properly, just mumbling incoherent speech the whole time. What has society come to. Can't even do their job correctly and have no manners. read more

Seriously I have never in my life met such rude people! We have been wait 3 weeks for our mail box to be rekeyed ! I just want to cry !

Whoever is over this post office needs to do away with the entire staff or have proper training on customer service. Unhelpful employees and they all look like they hate their job. read more

0 stars, I saw the reviews before coming and still decided to give it a try. but they were right they have really bad service. It looks like they don't want to work there. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got a notification to come pick up my package from this location because my package was undeliverable. Why? I don't know I've never had that problem before I think it's pure laziness honestly. So I drive here to get my package ( says I have until the 25th to get it ) it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th... it's the 12th.. and they say they don't have it. Kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to them what it told me and that it said they do have it. Then proceeded to laugh at me.. the entire staff. And then tells me his supervisor said that they are sending it back because that's not the way they do things. They all have attitudes and all act miserable. Do your job correctly. read more

Sucks I can't give a 0 star review. Young short bald dude in the front always has an attitude, never once has he been an ounce of "customer service" to myself or other customers. I wouldn't have to go up there if they picked up my packages as scheduled time & time again... asked him to scan my packages so I have proof for my customers, & he literally groans as if he's not at his job Proceeded to YEET my packages in front of me into the large bin behind him! He's the reason I despise going to this USPS. I did make him scan them in front of me just to make his day a lil more dreadful. Y'all need to hire better people lol. Deer Parks USPS is the best ever. read more

I needed about two inches of clear tape to repair a greeting card envelope with a small tear. So, I waited in the customer service line figuring that the postal worker could fix me up. Nope. She said that they did not have ANYTHING that could help me fix my envelope. Absolute craziness. read more

I have had two packages get "lost" when shipping at this location. I had two different packages (Shein provided the two return labels) going to the same store. I mailed both on the same day, one package made it to Shein, the other just mysteriously disappeared so I have to make a claim. A few days ago I shipped two items to the Shein again, I received notification that one item made it and the other says it never left the Baytown post office. Whichever broke employee that's stealing the packages should be very ashamed of themselves. This isn't a coincidence at all. It's frustrating and pathetic. I also ordered from a clothing store, when my package arrived my bag was opened and taped back shut, a pair of shades were missing!! REALLY!!!! read more

Very unsatisfied with this USPS office! We've lived in our home for a month now and still can not get into our mailbox! Baker post office has failed us! They claim they don't have enough staff to fix the key issue on the mail boxes so we are to pick up our mail from the post office if we want it! I can understand unforeseen issues but a month has passed & Baker post office has done NOTHING to resolve our issue! Also, when we go to the Baker location it's like they don't even know what's going on & they don't know where our mail is & have to track it down! We are paying for the service but NOT GETTING OUR MAIL! read more

The workers definitely could use some customer service training. Rude, short, eye rolling...very unprofessional. Don't dare ask for a piece of tape...you have to get out of line, buy a roll and try again. The Undercover Boss should definitely stop by. read more

They are very rude and they always hang up with you when you are talking to them I wish there was another way to get my mail

This is one of two post offices in Baytown, and it's just ok. The other post office has very limited hours and is in the corner of town. This location seems to always have a line with too few attendants. In recent years, it's become clear that the workers at this location are trying very hard to address all customers by way of a pick-up window and a person that randomly checks for passport needs. And while there seems to be plenty of PO boxes, everytime I inquire about a small one, there seems to only be a large one available for rent... As Baytown seems to be in constant growth, it seems strange that this post office has not grown in over 20 years. A person really has no choice but to visit this place... read more

the office workers are so unprofessional here. whenever customers ask questions or ask for help they've laughed and just look at them like they're dumb. I've had to ask for help and they do the same thing. read more

This place sucks. The managers suck they like to pick on you and they hate training people on what to do. Also they don't like helping customers , so if you're wondering why the lines always long well now you know . The general manager there doesn't have a backbone he lets his peers take control over him when he has the higher title all the because they are women.. there are barely any guys working there. I only seen about 7 including me. And mind you about 30 people work there. But they all use to work military so there mindset is that they are better then the "public general people " it's a joke read more

They mess up every PO Box I had there taking my money saying I didn't pay when l did pay my package was lost there beware

0 stars. The employees are rude and they are so not helpful. I never get my nail. Packages will sit there for days before they drop them off and Mail doesn't get here till 7 or 8pm at night. They always give me the wrong mail and when I send it back they put it back over and over. Stay far away from this post office. read more

I JUST MARKED 20 MINUTES WAITING ON THE PHONE. I had call to ask where TF my newspaper subscription was. The Baytown Sun says it sent my subscription to the post office to be delivered as ordered. They said call the post office. I did. It's now been 25 minutes. I think I'll burn up the rest of my allowed phone minutes to see just how long it takes the post office to PICK UP. read more

the workers are very unprofessional, they had a a old lady who couldn't hear or walk , waiting for a very long time . when it was time to help the employee got mad and made faces over the lady who couldn't speak and how she passed her a note . it was very disgusting how these people treat others . and still didn't want to do her job read more

If I could rate them zero starts, I would! I had a $400 package that was marked delivered. However, I never received the package and a week later they are still "looking" for it. They don't care about me or my package and now I have wasted $400. I even had to take a day off of work to do up there because no one would help me over the phone and they kept telling me they would call me back, but NEVER did! The sender is kind of working with me and has offered a replacement for $183, but this is absolutely ridiculous! So not only am I out $400 for the package, but also $184 for the replacement, AND a whole days work! I will do everything I possibly can to go above and beyond management to get something sorted out! This isn't my first time having an issue, in fact I've had so many issues I can't could even count them all! This is the absolute worse place of "business" I have ever seen!!! read more

The fact that you literally wanted to charge me money to use desk tap to tape a return label onto your own box is comical. The ONLY reason USPS is still open is because you're owned by the government. This place is a joke. read more

I'd give them 0 if I could. Every time I order something, my package gets lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address.

Good morning! I just want to send a huge thank you to the postal service for making sure my son's camp packet from the military showed up in time! NOT REALLY! As a result of the poor service from the US postal service that does our route my son will not be going to church camp this year. My son gets a grant every year to attend due to my husband being a disabled combat veteran, but nooooo not this year says the postal service! The payment was due tonight at kids church, and they could not replace the check until today because they had to wait if it was returned to the military kids organization. So thanks again US postal service for making America great again! read more

We're tired of our packages getting lost or placed in other folks mailboxes AND getting other folks packages and mail in ours. Filing complaints has not helped nor changed anything. read more

Worst decision to move where my mail runs through Baytown! This post office and mail service is by far THE WORST!!!! We never get mail and when we do....it's way late!!! I would advise to try all electronic method for bill pay services unless you save numbers, acct. #'s, etc. to pay bills because you will NOT get your mail on time; if ever! I've contacted post office personnel & post master numerous times & still unresolved issues and mail service still STINKS!!!! Very frustrating! read more

The worst post office in the US, very rude staff. Very disrespectful. I simply asked the man a question and he goes off on me like I asked him to cut his arm off. And the other staff member started laughing. As I was walking out the door I could hear them talking about me. read more
