Went to return and amazon item at this location. The girl working this morning shift was super nice and had a smile on her face. I loved the service, was in and out in 1 minute. read more

The employees here are friendly, quick and helpful and I never see any employees just standing around not working. They are always quick to get to a counter and help out when the lines get long. Mostly if it takes a little longer, it's usually because of the customer needing extra guidance with their item. The store is small and so is the parking so go during non-peak hours to avoid a crowded store and parking lot. read more

Had a box here for years now. Multiple personal envelopes have been put in my box opened and contents within were taken. They refuse to acknowledge a thing. They say if the person sending didn't pay for insurance it's not their fault. Okay well I'm sure you're enjoying some Starbucks, Panera, Groceries at HEB, gas cards, cash, etc! Needed a personal mailbox and they fail everytime! read more

Dawson gives excellent service! I love coming to this store. The lines are sometimes long but they are quick waiting on customers. This is a quality drop off store!! Kudos to the owner for hiring quality people!! read more

They will try to rip you off for everything. One of the worst locations I've been to. Unfortunately this is the closest one for me and have to frequent it. If you need something printed, it's best to buy your own ink or get it printed or copied at the library. If you bring in a usb, they make you log in to a computer, which starts charging $2 and then per minute. Before you can even access your document,it's already racking up $. The workers are not friendly and don't know what all services they can and cannot do. One person says they do notary and another time you come in, they say they can't do certain documents. Always check items they make copies for you. ..sometimes things get cut off. This place is a joke. It's too bad because I actually like the UPS shipping company but this location is a no-no, read more

Thank you for your reply Vincent but as we also discussed earlier, the money for the contents of the package is not as relevant to me as, the items in the package can't be replaced for that amount as the majority were bought during holiday shopping sells, won't replace the fact that my Army son has not received a Christmas package frome me in 2 years due to your store or the time & heart break I have over that fact, I'm literally crying right now. How dare someone steal from the US military, the one thing from home they may get all year. I want this person prosecuted & am willing to take the time & money for a lawyer to make that happen. Like I said this location isn't the only one you represent/own where Christmas packages to soldiers over seas have disappeared from this year (Baytown, Crosby) & if it's happened to me 2 years in a row I'm sure I'm not the only one. read more

FRAUDULENT! DECEPTIVE! SHADY! I bubbled wrap all my items and then pay for UPS Store to fill the box with peanut packing and paid for additional insurance as SUGGESTED and RECOMMENDED by employees. Well unfortunately 1 of the 2 items in my packaged arrived broken. I filed an insurance claim on only the ONE item. I was told by the manager after she verified that I purchased insurance and packing that once pictures are received that I should receive payment of claim. After 4-5 weeks of "investigation" I was told my claim was denied because I did not purchase UPS Boxes or UPS full service packing. When I questioned the purpose of purchasing insurance as recommended, I was told it only applies when you purchase all items from UPS. IF this is not already a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, it should be soon. TRAIN your employees to inform the customer unless they purchase all of UPS labeled items and services, insurance claims will NOT be honored. Employees currently fraudulently will tell customers they need insurance. The employees will NOT tell customers they need to buy all UPS labeled boxes and services. I shipped another replacement item to my customer within days after I was informed the original had broken in transit with UPS. I had believed and trusted that UPS would operate with more integrity than what it has thus far. I have paid double shipping and less profit of two items. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before resolving the issue of packaging, one of the customer service reps, Amaya Matlas scanned a package into the system which could not be canceled. Instead of finding a way to resolve the issue, Elias Reyes, the Manager?, seemed to not have any kind of authority..let the customer service rep. talk over him instead of taking control of the situation. When asked for information to speak to Elias's manager, I was given the general number for that same location. Incredibly shady. Elias was also trying not to give either of their full names. While I was still in the office, Amaya thought it was a good idea to call and speak to someone about the situation while laughing about it within earshot. The whole experience felt like it was being handled by immature high school students. You get what you pay for!!! read more

This UPS Store used to be a good one, but now it's sucks. I think the ownership has changed. If it hasn't the owner needs to step up. The store should be more clear about their services and they need to stop making people stand outside when its 100 degrees waiting when there are 3 extra workers just standing around doing. read more

Sent 2 returns to Amazon from this location on Saturday- no problem. Had 2 more small boxes today (Monday) again Amazon returns however the young lady tells me to tape the box closed is .83. She said that was the charge for a strip of tape. When I questioned her about the fee she said the other person did not follow the rules. A few seconds later another lady came in on her way to work to drop off a box that needed a strip of tape. Again the young lady said "it's .83 for a strip of tape" just as I was the lady looked puzzled. Charging for a strip of tape is like ordering french fries and having to pay for the ketchup. As a business owner some cost should be absorbed or built into the cost. It feels like you are nickel-and-diming your customers and it's not a good look . I will not be returning to do business here. read more
