I'm so thankful to the Lord for helping me keep my temper in check and respond gracefully. I recently visited this post office to ship my son's belongings overseas, as he is stationed out of the country in the military. From the start, the clerk named Daizha was unnecessarily critical. She questioned if I was "really" trying to ship everything, remarked about how "it's a lot" and would cost "a lot" -- comments that were unhelpful and not her concern. She told me to go outside the packing area to assemble my package and suggested I was sending his whole wardrobe! I explained that these were the items my son requested. A veteran standing nearby noticed what was happening and kindly stepped in to help me find a box, for which I was truly grateful. Daizha, meanwhile, continued to be dismissive, even as I was the only person there. Despite a back injury from the previous day, I had to lift the box multiple times as she changed her mind about where it should go. When she handed me the customs form, she insisted I list every single item, even though she watched me pack it up. I would have had to unseal the airtight bags to write detailed descriptions, which seemed excessive. Thankfully, two other polite clerks stepped in to help and reassure me that general descriptions (like "pants" and "shirts" with quantities) were perfectly acceptable. These two clerks -- one tall lady near the entry and the lady next to her -- were so kind and understanding. They helped me get everything ready for my son, who is tall and slim and needs specific clothes and shoes that are hard to find. I appreciate them so much for their patience and support. I hope Mrs. Watkins, the supervisor, sees this review and has a chance to counsel Daizha on her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. This location is a complete disaster from the lackluster employees to the "management" I have spoken with all employees regarding mail being stolen from my mailbox, package is not being delivered that are stating they are delivered, within minutes of my informed delivery stating my package was delivered. The package has evaporated and I have a camera facing my mailbox, so there is no one who access the mailbox other than the mail carrier that delivered my package, so them stating that there are people with master Keys, is an excuse for an internal investigation, needing to be opened. These people are stealing packages and although it has been reported to the United States Postal Service and the investigations team, there is nothing being done, I have all the tracking numbers all the video, they even activated a Discover card of mine, and went to Memorial to purchase items from Lululemon, which was reported to the police, this is ridiculous. This location needs to be shut down or thoroughly investigated and cleaned out. Complete trash facility, and staff. read more

This place never has priority mailing supplies! I went here around 6pm , 1 hour after they closed and there wasn't any priority mail envelopes or boxes. It's so inconvenient to have to leave and go to a store to purchase a box when this is something that comes with priority mail shipping service. Come on USPS, get it together! My mom tried to mail something in for my brother's birthday, she came in 15 minutes before close and she was about to done with the form and this lady kicked her out and said she didn't want to wait for her to finish the form that she was almost done with. It's just a no go for me at this USPS location. I've used this office randomly & can only think of 1 time the service was nice. Other than that, it's just been rudeness all around. My recent visit was my last visit. Was in the area & figured I'd drop off a package that wouldn't fit in regular drop box. It was Saturday morning. Mind you the main service lobby is closed, but the service window is open. I wasn't in a rush. All I needed was tape, already printed my label. No tape in the lobby per usual. A young lady was waiting, then I was next. Apparently she'd been there quite some time, had spoken with clerk working the window & was waiting for them to come back. We joked & the young lady said when the clerk came back I could go ahead of her to ask for tape. I'd been standing there for a moment when another customer came in the door behind me. It was at least another 10 minutes all 3 of us stood there. When the clerk finally came back & opened the window he was talking to the young lady with a nasty attitude. Apparently it was an ongoing issue related to her business she'd been trying to resolve for weeks. I distinctly remember the man just looking at her as if he could care less. Even more so when she said she'd been waiting for over 30 minutes & this was 3rd visit to office. And no the woman wasn't yelling. Not long after that both myself & the woman behind me just left. Carrier 6/21 11am 1960/Fallbrook route marked my certified mail as delivered and signed by "an individual" at my home but NEVER CAME to my home to deliver it. I will be making a police report after the 2/3 business days are completed and my check is still missing. I have launched a ticket to open an investigation. They signed for my package. I can't wait to find out who signed for a package they didn't deliver by their company's policy. I have a front door camera and no one ever attempted to knock. They saw it was a check of course. My initial review had 5 stars due to the great customer service. I feel the need to update. The customer service in the mailing area is still great so far however the pick up window is a completely different story. I unfortunately dealt with an extremely rude employee several times at the pick up window who seemed short tempered and frustrated almost every time I saw him. He speaks in a condescending tone and is over all just GRUMPY I'm giving this location 5 starts because my experiences in post offices have always been horrible. I have always had nasty attitudes, rude employees that seem annoyed and short tempered. The staff here was very helpful. It seems like everyone chips in to help customers. There's a Lady at this post office that always sends me to the Side door to get a receipt for my prepaid packages. Mind you it may only be one or two packages that she can quickly scan and give me a receipt for but she says she can't do it there where is if I go to another office they totally do it at the front counter so this lady is just plain lazy and unhelpful. Decent location, placed in a quiet neighborhood. A little hidden, you'd have to know it was here to find it. We immediately walked in to a line of people just waiting to pick up their mail, shortly before waiting in a longer line for customer service. They must be understaffed or something because this afternoon we waited in line for 15 minutes before we got to the counter. There were 2 workers at the desk, but only one was assisting customers. Once another employee came back from what I'm guessing was her lunch break (she looked energized & cheery), the other emmployee closed her register for her coworker to tend to the 8 people waiting in line. read more

Everyone shouldn't really expect too much from a USPS, so my experience shouldn't come as a surprise. But here it is for those who need it or want to relate to someone. I literally just come here to pick up packages. That's it. No business transactions other than picking up a parcel that can't fit in my mailbox. Most of the time it's been fine. They were able to find and give me most of my packages. In all the times I've been there, they've only lost one of my packages, but I honestly didn't know what it was or where it was coming from so it didn't matter to me. But this time takes the cake because this package was really important. I check my mail everyday and today I got a slip that I missed a delivery the day before. Fine. I went 1hr before they were closing to get my package. No wait time when I arrived and got serviced immediately. As soon as I handed my slip, not even 30 secs later, the man comes back and said they sent my package back. What?! How when I just got the slip today? He points out the date on the slip and for some reason the driver put the wrong month. Okay? Not my fault. I told him that I just got the slip and I have the tracking number associated with this slip and it shows the correct date of attempted delivery. He literally kept trying to convince me they sent my package back because they send packages back after 15 days. I am fully aware of the 15 day return, but my package just got attempted delivery a day before. In all reality he didn't even search for my package when I handed him my slip. Just went off the date on the slip. He went to go "look" again and claims he can't find it and it got sent back. Absolutely ridiculous. He completely disregarded my tracking number and my Informed Delivery account that literally showed that it was attempted delivery the day before I got the slip. He tried to keep the slip, but I asked for it back. I'm planning to go back hopefully when he's not there to have someone who's willing to find my package. If it wasn't for the fact that this is my home location for my packages to be sent to, I would avoid it at all cost. Yes, the driver is also at fault as well for putting the wrong date (specifically the month, the day and year were fine), but it shouldn't stop the person at this location from finding my package if I have proof. I would've settled for "We lost your package.", instead of pushing blame on me saying I waited 15 days to pick up a package when I didn't. This has been going on for 6 months. Close down this Post Office. I moved to a new residence. I had to purchase keys for my box. I don't know why being I'm the renter. I received keys that do not work on the mailbox. I went there and complained. They were supposed to bring me new keys. Never happened. I filed a complaint. I received a call from Mrs. Long. The counter workers here are extremely slow and very unhelpful. I went in today to pick up a package and there was a line at the window. The lady at the front of the line left due to not being helped. The man behind her states that he had been standing there for 10 minutes and no one came to the window he also stated that the lady in front of him had spoken to the ladies at the counter. He buzzed the bell again no one came we waited a good 5 minutes before he left. Then the next guy rung the bell no response So I peeped inside and asked if someone was working the window her response was I hope so. So I asked if she could call for someone and got ignored. When we arrived a woman who was covered from her forehead to her thighs told us to wait, because "were not even on the clock yet" though the buainess had been open for atleast 35 minutes at this point. We decided to go ahead and leave and come back an hour and a half later. We requested a package that we had confirmed was delivered here through our tracking number. She insisted that we were incorrect and that there was no way they had our package. I countered with the fact that it was marked delivered AND accepted by someone here at the post office so.. where could it be? IT HAS TO BE HERE. She held up her argument for about 30 minutes even beyond my offer to let her look up the tracking information through my phone. When another gentleman finally came out he asked could he see my phone to see the tracking info, after reading that it had in fact BEEN ACCEPTED by them, he said "oh, then it must be here" sir, what? Excuse me, yes we've been telling you this for about an hour now. We were told that they had looked as hard as they could and didn't find it in the beginning. Now the story had changed to, "oh there's one more place I can check." My thought is.. why didn't you check that one more place an hour ago? This place is such a joke, they found the package and the entire ordeal only took about an hour and a half. Ridiculous. Oh yeah, and then we were charged $15 because the gentleman got upset with us. Hahaha I only know this because one of the other guys came from behind the counter and asked, "hey bud, what are you still doing here? I found your package 15 minutes ago! I think they're mad at you guys so they told me they'd just take it from here." That moment, is when the other gentleman and woman came out and told us that we would be charged 15$. What a joke. None of my neighbors do. He gets out of his truck when people are parked in front of the mailbox and delivers anyway. He always takes my packages that I have already stamped. I cannot wait to move so that I do not have to deal with these postmen delivering my mail anymore. Ordered a package, and waited for it to be delivered. I finally got an email saying that for some reason my package was delivered to a neighbor, when I never requested it to be. I went to the post office and explained my problem, and the lady at the package window claimed that "it didn't sound like my mailman to steal the package". She went to the back to look for him, but of course she was unsuccessful. She took down my #, and explained that they would be in contact with me. Well of course nobody called... That would be dumb right? So I head back up to the post office 2 days later and ask again. The same lady was confused that I was back up there. I re-explained my issue, and she went to the back for a couple of minutes just to come back and tell me that my delivery "missscanned" my package, and he left it on the doorstep. Mind you we have NEVER had a package taken, so this didn't seem likely. M I asked to speak to a supervisor... A FREAKING SUPERVISOR, who said he would call. It's been about a week. The ladies employed at this postal center are amazingly rude. If you are coming here you need to be extremely tolerant and passive. I am totally shocked that the postal service would allow their representatives to talked to customers in a arrogant and superior way. There were only two of us in line and three ladies working the counter chatting and made us wait til they were done. They don't even try to hide it in fact very open about it as if, "what are you gonna do about it" attitude. So sad this center is so run by trash now. Several years ago this branch cut back personnel and many of the counter workers retired. I rarely see more than two people working the counter, but those who do, do their best to handle the often long lines. The machine out front to mail letters and packages is the way to go when the line is long or you have a simple transaction. One of the other issues I've seen in recent months is a lot of mail is misdelivered. Every couple of weeks I receive neighbors' mail, and often the addresses are not even close to mine. read more

Mail woman delivering mail to the villas Apts on West is a complete jerk. Called the 1800 # to inquiere about why there was a "vacant" card in my mailbox thinking it's probably just a mistake. Found out the jerk who delivers the mail to us thinks we don't pick up the mail as frequent "AS SHE WANTS" so instead of leaving a card perhaps saying your mailbox is full, your mail will be held at your local post office she puts a vacant card????? A woman called Victoria green called me back to "resolve" the issue and I missed the call, she left a voicemail with a number for me to call her at and it is not even a working number. I have to write a review just because this place is called "United States Government" when it's actually the Post Office. I like this post office but it can get terribly busy during the afternoons (like all post offices). Everyone who works here is straight to the point and usually very nice. I've been to some post offices where they make me feel like a jerk for asking any questions. They are always out of the stamps I want at this location and end up ordering all my stamps online these days. read more

First of all the staff is so unhelpful and they just try to rush you through the line. I have never been to a post office where they are so unwilling to help you do a simple thing. I just needed help attaching my label which various other post offices have done for me in the past. she told me she would not help me and then tried to tell me that I could do it myself and I ended up ripping the label because her instructions were unclear and she was just trying to get me to go away. when she literally could've just helped me and it would've been fine. Now I have to go all the way back home print my label and then go to a different post office because I will never come back to this one ever again.
