Don't know why it's a Tuesday and they're already out of the smaller bubble envelopes

Ridiculous place. I've used this only because I had to, but the service gets worse with each visit. What is going on? I used to love going to post office to buy stamps and cards and boxes. Now I dread going here all the time Today, I came by because I have an RMA (return material authorization) from manufacture with paid shipping. The line was pretty much non-existent and there were 2 workers at the desk. However, when I stated that I felt like my envelope might not have taped well, the worker said "we don't s provide tape dear." I had no idea what it meant so I stepped out of line. The person after me had a first priority with tapes and the worker proceeded to tape it further with her roll of tape gun from a few counter from her. I was so confused. The lady after me said she had some tape to share if I would be willing to wait until she send her package. I found out she bought the tapes in the corner of the store... which would have been nice if the worker pointed me to where the rolls were. I ended up leaving to send another day because it was too much time consuming for now.

Pleasant customer service guiding on the process and amazing service in the passport desk. Walked in for the passport desk without scheduled appointment. Staff advised us that it has to be scheduled well in advance however we can do the walk-in depending on the staff availability. So we did and succeeded in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Pat for great experience and dealing with our daughter getting her first passport picture taken.

This is definitely one of the better area post offices. I try not to come early in the morning or during the lunch hour because they are always busy. When I worked in the area, I would always walk as well since the parking lot can get crowded. I appreciate that I can drop off large packages and letters in the lobby - even on the weekends. Just beware of the outside drop box. It's usually backed up because someone drops a lot of letters and the letters get stuck. People need to stop this since the next person can easily grab the mail out of the box. The staff is great and I don't know how they stay focused. They also have a good supply of different stamps, though I usually purchase those online. Love coming here and will continue to do so.

It was ok. The line moved decently, there's adequate parking, and it's no better or worse than any other post office.

I can't stand this post office. Almost everyone that works there is completely unprofessional and can't do their job at all.

We came here for the Notary service, and we were not at all disappointed. The notary is the…read morebusiness owner, who gave us his full attention in doing all the tasks that notaries do when witnessing the signature of an important document. He dutifully checked our IDs, and ensured that all the paperwork, fingerprints and logging were done carefully and properly. Best of all, each signature was very inexpensive, as we only had two signatures to be recorded - $15/signature, which is the going rate for getting notary services at a local copy/mail/package estabilshment like this. Yes, we shopped around! And best of all, the notary at Copymat is always here, unlike other package shipping/copy places where notary services aren't always available. I would not hesitate to call upon Copymat again for future notary duties in this area! Thanks Copymat, you got the job done for us!

I can't recommend Copymat Walnut Creek enough. As a paralegal at a local firm, I recently had an…read moreurgent, large-scale printing project with a fast-approaching trial deadline. On Wednesday, February 18, I reached out needing two full sets of trial documents totaling more than 5,400 pages, with everything completed before the following Monday. After calling multiple large chain print shops and being told the turnaround wasn't possible, I contacted Copymat and spoke with Shawn, the owner. Shawn and his team immediately stepped in with professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine willingness to help. They completed the entire project by Friday morning, allowing me to finalize everything by Friday afternoon and stay fully on track for trial. The quality of the work was excellent, the turnaround was incredibly fast, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. It was a huge relief during a stressful week, and I'm extremely grateful for their help. Copymat Walnut Creek absolutely saved the day for our firm, and we will definitely continue using their services. Experiences like this are exactly why supporting local small businesses matters.

Other than that, highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place and support them -- I'm a small business owner myself and I…read morealways try to support family businesses. Unfortunately my three month experience here was consistently disappointing and I will not be renewing my PO Box. When I asked for a key to my own PO Box the owner told me "most clients don't need a key, they just ask me for their mail." That alone should have been a red flag. Package drop offs sometimes take several days to show as scanned by the carrier -- not ideal if you're time sensitive. The worst experience was a missing package. Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more When we started here we were really happy with this location and the service. But after new management the service has become almost repulsive. Julie has to be the most incompetent, rude and racist manager they could've possibly hired. My first interaction with her was so poor. She spoke with so much hate, the racism was LOUD. I let it go because I felt embarrassed with everyone watching the interaction. Then yesterday I walk in to pay our box and pick up my diabetic supplies only for her to tell me they closed our mailbox and sent ALL our mail back to the center. Mind you - NO notice nothing. I show up and find out we no longer have a mailbox there. I told her I was picking up medical supplies and I need them as a diabetic my life is on the line without them, she was incredibly rude and dismissive in her response. No empathy, no "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused". Just "ok well it's not my problem" basically. Then the owner called my husband and explained that our mail was actually still there and wasnt sent back. So she looked me dead in the eyes as I told her I could die without my supplies and still lied and said it wasn't there and smiled. No empathy, no humanity. She saw a brown girl and that just didn't seem to sit right with her. She almost looked joyous that I could possibly die without my supplies when I told her. The amount of hate and racism in her heart came before her duties as a manger. All because of the color of my skin. There was a white woman in line before me and she was so kind to her I actually thought last time she may have just had a bad day or something but no, she's just another racist woman in Walnut Creek. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This is beyond racism, it's just plain disgusting and she had absolutely no empathy on a human level for someone who's out of diabetic supplies and her life is on the line. We went in to the store after the owner called us and he gave us our packages and said he'd talk to her and write her up. So if you still send your mail here, be sure not to send ANY sensitive packages because the owner clearly has no intention of taking any real action to prevent her from harming anyone else in his store.
