To add to the frustration, their new site is one of the worst I've seen and I'm a IT Technician. The due dates e-mailed are not the same as when they're actually due on their website. If it is the same, it's off. I usually get charged the 12th-15th of every month. They never answer their e-mails or calls either. Don't bother leaving a voicemail. Just wait for someone to answer.
