I was there for almost whole fking hour waiting for their useless notary who took forever with the first client. and then she skipped over me to help someone else because I guess I had too many questions. I spent 13 dollars to not get anything accomplished. with other ups notaries, they've provided the forms. ok so they don't offer that at this one, so they charged three dollars alone everytime i printed (with mistakes ), the forms I needed, onlin. 13 dollars to walk out with nothing because she didn't want to accept the interim drivers license renewal receipt (with expired ID). The Notary at this place is one of the Biggest A-holes we've ever encountered. And we've had to endure some real Losers at a UPS store before! This guy, Jorge Hernandez actually WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to be as disrespectful as an employee could be! Is that bc UPS doesn't reprimand its AWFUL WORKERS? This is a great ups. Everyone who works there is friendly and fast. The store is clean and well kept. I feel like I'm never waiting that long. I'm happy ups also takes Usps drop offs now because the hours are so much better. Overall would recommend this one. Good for amazon returns too! read more

Ordered online from West Elm which offered a choice to pickup product at UPS or delivery at home. I chose to pick up the product at this UPS store. Once the product arrived at UPS, the UPSstore associate called me and said I would have to pay $10 per box for "storing" the boxes at their facility. Even though the boxes were just delivered, I would be charged $10/box. (I planned to pick up the same day it was delivered to UPS.) This information was not disclosed when I made the purchase. I told the UPS associate I would talk to West Elm because I was not informed of this policy and wasn't going to pay $30 to pick up my boxes. When I contacted West Elm, they were confused and horrified to hear about this policy. First time West Elm and I have heard of this type of UPS policy. The UPS store associate was rude and incredibly unhelpful from the start.She said that because I don't have an account with their store, they would charge to "store" each box. (The boxes were sitting in a corner on the floor near the cashier....)The UPS store associate also called me back to see if I would pick up the boxes or have them returned. Her overall tone from the start of this process was rude. The worst customer service experience. Lost a potential repeat customer. read more

Okay...this UPS Store has the greatest Staff ever! Carly is missed, don't get me wrong, but Rachel and her crew are amazing! Covid has made there lives and job harder BUT this staff is still such hard workers and kind as they come! Thanks Rachel for ALL you do for us! Hardest worker ever!!!!!! (ok ok equal to Carly! lol! ) I've rented a P.O. Box there for 4-5 years and it's such a gift that most know my name and Box # - I feel so comfortable going into the store and thankful to the Staff! Employees need retraining on legal documents and customer service (girl with blue hair) I needed to get 2 passport papers done over the weekend. First, she doesn't in blue ink my mistake for not reading the instructions in black ink only you would think the person that went to training would know better than to do it in blue ink and the expiration date on both papers don't match. Well, I go back to TRY to get it fixed which understandably can't get fixed without the other person there. Well, this young lady makes me feel like it's my mistake I don't think I got an I'm sorry for your inconvenience or it won't happen again knowing passport papers are important. No customer service at all. I hope I don't lose my appointment and a whole day of work. read more

Saturday- hours posted are 9 a. M to 3 p. m. I arrived at 11:16 and still not opened. One employee is outside calling someone and being told "he" is on his way. But won't say how long. Update: "He" arrived and opened the store at 11:29. Five customers were outside waiting to enter including myself. He was silent as could be, looking at his cell phone, going about and eventually began assisting customers while the other young lady had already begun. There was NO apology or explanation whatsoever for the odd hours or delay. Customers were polite and did not ask; however in the parking lot it was mentioned how the gentleman did not apologize for making us wait on him. read more

I dropped off two well-packaged, pre-labeled boxes here on 1/4 - one bound for SLC, the other Tempe. According to the shipping details as to where both packages were, BOTH were heavily damaged in Ventura. I suspect this happened at this dropoff location because I have NEVER had any problems with UPS outbound or inbound shipments before. The young people/teenagers working here need to have better attitudes about their jobs. They are lucky to have them. read more

Writing to commend this store for making overseas shipping easy. Manager, Nicole, ran me through the process so I could gather the input data as she packaged the articles I was sending. Back she came for the data to input, out came a packing label, and a much smaller fee than I expected to pay. Painless 10 minute procedure. Hopefully just a temporary organizational issue, but twice now I've gone to the UPS store on telephone and petit for postage stamps and they've been out... love the convenience of having a business like this nearby but not so convenient when they don't have items in stock they supposedly carry.... will just go straight to post office or order online from now on. read more

Went there to have papers notarized and sent out via FedEx. The manager was less than helpful and kind. She notarized copies of paperwork that I had due to my daughter passing away. She was flippant about the entire situation. Later that week when I realize the paperwork and not been delivered I went back to ask about it. She made a lot of excuses and had no tracking number saying that they don't track FedEx. It was disappointing to say the least since they just moved in and the old owners at the business center were wonderful. read more
