The address for this location is 15701 Sherman Way. Van Nuys, CA 91409. Your box number is your unit number. They are able to accept deliveries from UPS and other carriers that previously would not deliver to a PO Box. For the PO Box section, they have extended hours up until 8 PM Monday through Sunday. This is a lot more versatility than before. I had a choice of going with this location or the UPS store and I chose this location because it's closer to the business that I'm starting. Prices are comparable with USPS being just a little cheaper. I think I can easily recommend this location. Edit is still a post office with all the postal services. This location even offers passport services.

Unfortunately, this is the post office that handles outgoing mail for my workplace, and sometimes packages are delayed because the staff here work very slowly. Occasionally, a package will show as arriving late at night, only to update last minute with a message saying, "It will be delivered tomorrow. Sorry for the delay." I'm not sure what needs to change for this location to start operating in a timely manner. Maybe they have to hire more people here that might help and or better management to make sure this location runs smoothly. I don't have nearly as many issues with the post office near my home. I visited your store to return three unused items in exchange for the correct ones. The items were in their original condition and there was no valid reason to refuse the return. Nevertheless, your staff declined and required me to purchase what I needed outright, an unnecessary expense that should never have occurred. Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly.
